Built for Sportswear Brands Managing More Than a Single Purchase Order
MOVEVOX is best aligned with buyers that treat sportswear manufacturing as an ongoing product and supply-chain program rather than a one-time sourcing transaction.
Structured Sportswear Programs
You already have products, technical standards or an established market position and need a manufacturing partner that can work within structured development, sample approval and bulk-production requirements.
MOVEVOX can work with formal buyer specifications while keeping development, production and QC connected.
Brands Building a Second Supplier
You may already have a primary factory but need an additional manufacturing source for risk reduction, new capacity, a different production route or future scale.
Qualification can begin with project review, samples, factory verification and a controlled trial order rather than immediate large-volume transfer.
Activewear Collection Programs
Your collection may include leggings, sports bras, shorts, tops and sets, with some products better suited to Seamless and others to Cut & Sew.
MOVEVOX manages both manufacturing routes within one customer-facing project and quality-management system.
Programs Designed to Grow
You expect successful products to move from sample and initial order into repeat orders, more colors, more SKUs or larger quantities.
MOVEVOX combines a core factory with managed satellite capacity so production resources can be expanded according to product, quality and buyer requirements.
Evaluate MOVEVOX as a Manufacturing Supplier, Not Only a Product Source
For established brands, supplier selection usually requires more than price and a successful sample. MOVEVOX can support a structured qualification process covering legal identity, manufacturing capability, product approval, quality control, production-site transparency and audit access.
See the Manufacturing Areas Behind MOVEVOX Sportswear Production
The Yiwu core factory is the technical, sample, core-production and quality-control center of the MOVEVOX manufacturing system. Different areas support product development, Seamless production, Cut & Sew manufacturing, inspection and packing.
Yiwu Core Production Base
The core factory is located in Fotang Town, Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. Actual production use is approximately 6,000 square meters across the operating floors.
It serves as the central location for development, key manufacturing, production-standard establishment and quality control.
Seamless Knitting Area
MOVEVOX operates 28 Italian Santoni seamless knitting machines in the core operation.
Seamless products are developed through yarn, knitted structure, engineered zones, size intent and garment-program decisions rather than being treated as conventional Cut & Sew garments with fewer seams.
Cut & Sew Production
The core operation includes approximately 24 main sewing and garment-production machines.
Cut & Sew development and production can cover pattern-based activewear where panels, pockets, binding, elastic, conventional fabric combinations and garment construction need greater structural flexibility.
Sample & Development Area
An approximately eight-person product-development team covers design, professional pattern work and sample/sample-making roles.
The development objective is to translate the buyer's product information into a physical sample and technical standard that can later be repeated in production.
Quality Control
MOVEVOX has five QC personnel within the core operating structure.
Quality activities can cover incoming material, first article, inline production, finished-garment, measurement, Logo/label, packaging and final-release checks according to the buyer's applicable standard.
Packing & Production Support
Packing and shipment preparation are controlled against the applicable project requirements, including labels, SKU information, packaging direction, carton details and final quantity reconciliation where required.
Key Manufacturing Facts for Initial Supplier Evaluation
These figures describe the current MOVEVOX operating system and should be read within their defined scope rather than as theoretical maximum claims.
Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.
Core Seamless knitting equipment.
Supporting core Cut & Sew production.
Design, professional pattern and sample-development roles.
Supporting production and release control.
This range is project-specific and subject to product mix, production planning, facility allocation and quality release. It is not presented as an unconditional theoretical maximum.
A Factory Shortlist Should Evaluate Control, Not Only Sample Quality
A supplier can make an acceptable first sample and still create significant risk once materials, production sites, quantities and operators change. These risks should be evaluated before a long-term manufacturing relationship is approved.
Sample-to-Bulk Drift
A development sample may be made with close technical supervision, while bulk production introduces larger quantities, different operators, material lots and production conditions.
ControlApproved Sample → Specification Freeze → Pre-production Review → First Article → Bulk Control.
Capacity Failure After Scale-Up
A factory may accept a larger PO without first checking material availability, production window, product complexity, QC load and packing requirements.
ControlMOVEVOX reviews usable capacity project by project rather than presenting an unlimited theoretical maximum.
Uncontrolled Production-Site Changes
Production can become difficult to control when orders move between factories without clear standards, customer visibility or defined responsibility.
ControlThe core factory and managed production network operate under MOVEVOX project, material, quality and final-accountability rules. Buyer contract or approved-site requirements take priority.
Version and Quality Inconsistency
Old Tech Packs, unapproved material changes, inconsistent measurements or unclear Logo and packaging versions can recreate errors even when the original sample was correct.
ControlThe active approved project version is connected to production, inspection and release requirements.
Connect Development, Manufacturing and Quality Through One Supplier System
MOVEVOX is structured around one accountable customer interface rather than requiring the buyer to independently coordinate every production capability.

A credible factory should explain both its capabilities and its boundaries. Product fit is reviewed before a project is treated as a normal manufacturing program.
Core Strengths
Yoga leggings, sports bras, yoga shorts, tank tops, T-shirts and yoga sets are among MOVEVOX's strongest recurring product categories.
Stable Activewear Range
Activewear, Yoga Wear, Pilates Wear, Gym Wear, Fitness Apparel and Athleisure form the main commercial category base.
Regular Extensions
Biker shorts, long-sleeve activewear and running-oriented products can be developed where construction and material fit the manufacturing system.
Project-Specific Categories
Jackets, bodysuits, tennis/pickleball products and more complex lifestyle garments may be possible but should be reviewed by style.
Technical Review Required
Unusual structures, specialist materials, complex trims or products outside the normal range require technical and commercial feasibility review.
Development Boundary
MOVEVOX does not position unauthorized reproduction of third-party trademarks or clearly infringing projects as normal custom manufacturing work.
Develop Seamless Sportswear as a Knitted Engineering Product
Seamless manufacturing is not simply conventional apparel with fewer seams. Yarn, knitting structure, garment programming, engineered zones, stretch, recovery and fit need to be developed as one connected system.
28 Italian Santoni Machines
MOVEVOX operates 28 Italian Santoni seamless knitting machines within the core production system, supporting trial knitting, product development and controlled bulk production for Seamless activewear programs.
Yarn & Knitted Structure
Yarn composition, hand feel, stretch, recovery and surface structure are reviewed against the intended product. Rib, texture, mesh, Jacquard and other engineered knit zones can then be developed where they support the required fit and garment function.
Knitting Program Development
Product measurements, size intent and fit direction are translated into the Seamless knitting program. Waistband structure, compression direction, visual texture and engineered zones are evaluated as part of the complete garment rather than as isolated details.
Trial Knit & Revision
The first trial knit is reviewed for measurements, stretch, recovery, fit, surface appearance and structural execution.
Required adjustments are translated back into the active knitting program before the approved version becomes the production reference.
Bulk Production Control
Bulk production is connected to the approved yarn or material requirement, active program version, garment measurements and applicable production-control points.
First-article review, inline checks and final QC help verify that the approved Seamless standard is being maintained during scale-up.
Build Cut & Sew Activewear Through Pattern, Material and Construction Control
Cut & Sew products require a different engineering route from Seamless. Product performance depends on the relationship between pattern, fabric, cutting, sewing construction, garment measurements and fit.
Pattern & Fit
Customer measurements, Tech Pack information or an authorized reference can be translated into the base pattern and development specification.
Pattern revisions follow the approved fit direction rather than unrecorded sample-maker adjustments.
Cutting
Fabric behavior, grain or stretch direction, panel geometry and material preparation affect how individual pieces come together in the finished garment.
Seam Construction
Seam type and location should match garment structure, stretch direction, load area and intended appearance rather than using one standard stitch for all garments.
Elastic & Binding
Waistbands, underbands, necklines, armholes and openings may depend on elastic tension, binding, reinforcement or other finishing methods. These details can directly change fit and wearer experience.
Functional Details
Pockets, pads, straps, drawcords, zippers and other project-specific structures are reviewed for placement, material compatibility and repeatable production.
Measurement & QC
Production is checked against the relevant buyer specification, approved sample, measurement method and tolerance rather than a generic factory chart.
Turn Product Inputs Into a Manufacturable Sportswear Standard
MOVEVOX product development is designed to create more than a presentable sample. The goal is to convert the buyer's product intent into defined technical information, an approved physical result and a standard that can continue into bulk production.
Development Input
Start from a complete Tech Pack, incomplete Tech Pack, authorized physical reference, product images, sketch, product concept or material direction.
Technical Review
Review structure, measurements, fabric, construction, Logo, trims, MOQ, timing and relevant manufacturing risk before execution.
Engineering Translation
Translate the approved direction into the appropriate Cut & Sew pattern route or Seamless knitting-program route.
Material & Construction
Select or confirm relevant fabric/yarn, garment structure, Logo process and trims based on the actual product requirement.
Sample Development
Build the physical sample and review measurements, fit, appearance, material behavior, construction and branding.
Revision & Approval
Convert buyer comments into technical actions and maintain the current approved development version.
Bulk-Ready Standard
Connect the approved result to specification freeze, pre-production review, PP Sample where applicable and subsequent production controls.
Timing begins after the relevant development information has been sufficiently confirmed. Special materials, colors, trims or complex construction can require a project-specific schedule.
Choose the Development Route That Matches Your Starting Information
OEM and development-led ODM projects require different levels of factory participation. In both cases, the buyer retains control of brand direction and final approval.
Full Tech Pack
You provide the technical specification, measurement chart, material direction, artwork and applicable buyer standards.
MOVEVOX reviews execution consistency, raises technical questions where necessary, develops the sample and moves the approved version toward bulk production.
Explore OEM →Incomplete Tech Pack
You have an established design but some technical information is missing.
MOVEVOX identifies gaps, separates what must be confirmed before sampling from what can be optimized through development, and avoids silently selecting factory defaults for brand-defining decisions.
Authorized Physical Reference
You provide a legitimate physical sample or another authorized product reference.
MOVEVOX can map measurements, construction, material behavior and requested differences before making the new development sample.
Concept-Led Development
You provide a product concept, sketch, images, mood direction or material idea.
MOVEVOX supports manufacturing translation into feasible materials, fit, construction and physical samples. It does not replace the buyer's brand strategy or final product approval.
Explore ODM →Connect the Garment and Brand Execution in One Private Label Program
Private Label activewear is more than adding a Logo to a generic product. The garment, material, color, branding components and packaging need to be approved as one project system.
Product & Material
Begin from an existing product direction, buyer Tech Pack or new development project.
Relevant material routes can include Nylon + Spandex, Polyester + Spandex, Seamless knits, recycled sports fabrics, brushed/soft fabrics and ribbed or textured structures.
Custom Fabric →
Color & Branding
Color can use suitable available material routes or project-specific custom color development.
Branding options include screen print, heat transfer, silicone print, Jacquard, embroidery and woven labels according to the product and fabric.
Labels & Packaging
Private Label execution can include care labels, size labels, woven labels, hangtags and custom packaging.
Individual components can have their own supplier MOQ, tooling or preparation conditions and therefore should be reviewed separately from garment MOQ.
Understand Base MOQ and Effective Project MOQ
MOQ is not one universal number. Garment structure, material, color, size allocation, Logo process and packaging can each introduce different minimum conditions.
A normal baseline can begin at approximately 100 pieces per style for Seamless and approximately 150 pieces per style for Cut & Sew. The effective MOQ is confirmed after material, color, size, Logo, trims and packaging requirements are understood.
Seamless Base MOQ
A normal Seamless custom project can begin at approximately 100 pieces per style, subject to actual design, yarn/material route and order structure.
Cut & Sew Base MOQ
A normal Cut & Sew custom project can begin at approximately 150 pieces per style, subject to fabric availability, construction and customization.
Standard Color & Size Allocation
When suitable standard/shared supply-chain colors are available, projects can typically be structured around approximately 50 pieces per color.
Standard size minimums are normally approximately 20 pieces per size for Seamless and 10 pieces per size for Cut & Sew.
Custom Color MOQ
Custom fabric or yarn color usually creates a larger material production minimum.
A common reference range is approximately 400–600 pieces equivalent garment quantity, depending on fabric/yarn structure, dye lot and supplier conditions.
Effective MOQ
Logo tooling, labels, custom packaging, special trims and unique materials can each have their own supplier minimum.
Effective MOQ is therefore confirmed after the whole product and brand-execution route is understood.
Move From an Approved Product Into Controlled Bulk Production
Bulk manufacturing should start from a released standard rather than from memory of the development sample.
Specification Freeze
Confirm active product specification, measurements, material, construction, branding, trims and packing requirements.
Approved Sample
Identify the physical sample and version that production and QC should use as the accepted reference.
Material Readiness
Confirm relevant fabric/yarn, color, trims and other production inputs before normal execution.
Pre-Production Review
Review production requirements, risk items, buyer standards and key checkpoints before normal output.
First Article
Check the first production result before specification deviations can multiply through the order.
Inline Control
Monitor relevant workmanship, measurements, execution and identified risk points while production is in progress.
Finished Garment Checks
Review measurements, appearance, Logo/labels, packing and project-specific quality criteria.
Packing & Release
Release shipment after applicable inspection, correction and reinspection requirements have been completed.
Actual timing depends on style complexity, material readiness, order structure, production route and project-specific conditions.
Confirm Usable Capacity Before Treating a Delivery Date as Committed
Capacity should be evaluated against the actual SKU mix, production route and quality workload rather than stated only as a machine-speed maximum.
≈150,000–200,000 pcs/month
This is the normal managed delivery-capacity range across the MOVEVOX system, subject to product mix, production allocation and quality release.
It is not an unconditional maximum for every style or month.
SKU & Quantity
SKU count, colors and size structures change planning complexity even when total garment quantity is similar.
Material Readiness
Stock material, custom fabric, dyeing, Seamless yarn and special trims create different production start points.
Manufacturing Route
Seamless machine availability and Cut & Sew line requirements are reviewed according to actual product structure.
Production Window
Existing orders, buyer priority, launch timing and approved production-site restrictions influence usable capacity.
QC & Packing Load
Inspection, measurements, SKU reconciliation and special packing require capacity as well as knitting or sewing time.
Capacity Decision
The project is reviewed against the actual workable route before a final production schedule is treated as committed.
Scale Production Through Controlled Facility Allocation
MOVEVOX combines a Yiwu core factory with eight major managed satellite facilities - six in Yiwu and two in Guangzhou. These satellite facilities are managed production resources, not presented as eight wholly owned MOVEVOX factories.
Product & Process Fit
The product is matched to Seamless, Cut & Sew or another applicable production requirement.
Core Standard
Development, approved sample, material requirements, process details and key QC points are established.
Facility Allocation
Production remains in the core factory or is allocated according to capacity, process and buyer requirements.
Buyer Contract Rule
Approved-location requirements or subcontracting restrictions control the allocation decision where applicable.
Controlled Transfer
Production files, materials, active versions and quality requirements are transferred through MOVEVOX.
First Article & WIP
The assigned route is checked through first-article and in-process controls appropriate to the project.
Final Accountability
MOVEVOX remains responsible for project coordination, quality management and release within the agreed scope.
Eight major managed satellite facilities currently include six in Yiwu and two in Guangzhou. Their use depends on product suitability, capacity planning and buyer requirements.
Keep Production-Site Decisions Visible and Controlled
MOVEVOX does not build its manufacturing story around the claim that every process is performed inside one building. The control principle is to define who performs the work, which standard applies and when buyer approval is required.
Core Factory Control
The Yiwu core factory acts as the manufacturing-system control center.
Development, core manufacturing, technical validation, first article, quality control and production-standard establishment can be managed through the Yiwu core operation.
Managed Satellite Capacity
Additional production capacity can be used without redefining buyer standards.
Eight major satellite facilities can support production capacity. They do not independently redefine buyer materials, specifications or quality standards.
Specialist Partners When Required
Specialized production resources can be used for project-specific processes.
Selected specialist partners may support project-specific processes or non-core capability. MOVEVOX coordinates applicable specifications, timing and quality requirements.
Buyer Approval Takes Priority
Production-site decisions must respect the buyer's contractual rules.
Contractual restrictions, approved-factory requirements and customer audit rules govern whether an external production site may be used or changed.
Traceable Responsibility
Relevant production information can be connected to the final shipment.
Customer → PO → Style → SKU → Material Lot → Production Site/Line → Inspection → Carton → Shipment.
Control Quality From Material Receipt to Shipment Release
MOVEVOX quality control is designed around the buyer's applicable standard, Tech Pack, approved sample and defined tolerances. Generic factory standards do not override a formal buyer QC manual or approved requirement.
Incoming Material
Review applicable fabric/yarn identity, color, GSM, shrinkage, stretch or other project-defined material criteria before production.
Specification & Sample Control
Confirm the active specification and Approved Sample used as the production and QC reference.
Pre-Production Review
Align production, material, construction, Logo, measurements and known risk points before normal manufacturing.
First Article
Check the first production output before defects or specification deviations can multiply through the order.
Inline Inspection
Review workmanship, measurements and identified control points during production rather than relying only on final inspection.
Finished Garment
Inspect applicable appearance, construction and garment-quality requirements after manufacturing.
Measurement / Logo / Label
Check measurements and applicable Logo, label, trim or branding details against the approved specification.
Packing & Final Release
Verify relevant packaging, quantity, SKU/carton information and final inspection status before shipment release.
When issues are found, the appropriate response may include rework, reinspection and corrective action rather than treating inspection as a guaranteed pass/fail marketing claim.
Support Buyer-Appointed and Third-Party Inspection Before Shipment
MOVEVOX can cooperate with customer QC personnel or independent third-party inspectors according to the agreed inspection scope. Inspection requirements should be connected to the correct product, PO, specification and approved standard.
Do not display third-party agency logos unless the specific project and evidence can be verified.
Inspection Standard
The buyer or appointed inspection party defines the applicable specification, sampling method, acceptance criteria or QC manual where required.
Factory Access
MOVEVOX can coordinate relevant access for inline or pre-shipment inspection while protecting confidential information belonging to other customers.
Product & Document Preparation
The inspection should be linked to the correct PO, style, SKU, active product version and relevant approved sample or specification.
Findings
Inspection findings are recorded according to the agreed method rather than converted into an unsupported statement that every order automatically passes.
Rework & Reinspection
Where required, affected goods can be corrected and rechecked before release according to the project and inspection outcome.
Release
Shipment release follows the agreed project requirements after applicable quality issues are closed.
Prepare for Supplier Verification Through Factory and Technical Audit
Audit readiness means the supplier can present the relevant site, people, processes and records for buyer review. It does not mean MOVEVOX should describe itself as holding certifications that have not been verified.
Legal Entity
Company identity and applicable legal-business information.
Factory Identity
Yiwu production-site information and real manufacturing-area verification.
Manufacturing Capability
Seamless and Cut & Sew equipment, production process and relevant operational evidence.

Ability to connect relevant PO, SKU, material lot, production site, inspection and shipment information.
CAPA / Findings Closure
Buyer audit findings can be reviewed, assigned, corrected and closed according to the agreed audit process.
MOVEVOX can support remote live factory review through Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp Video, subject to customer confidentiality and production access.
Match Compliance Evidence to the Actual Product and Testing Scope
Compliance evidence should be evaluated by holder, product, material, test scope, date and applicable market requirement. A test on one sample should not be represented as certification of the entire factory or every MOVEVOX product.
Start With the Applicable Requirement
The relevant requirement begins with the destination market, buyer Restricted Substance List, testing protocol or project-specific compliance instruction.
MOVEVOX can coordinate project evidence against the applicable requirement rather than using one generic certificate for every order.
Product and Material Scope
Evidence must be connected to the actual tested garment or material. When materials, colors, components or product structures change, the buyer may require additional verification.
Current RoHS Evidence
A black fitness yoga leggings sample associated with Yiwu Chenjin Import And Export Co., Ltd. was tested under report TST20250405148E, dated April 30, 2025.
The related certificate explicitly states that it applies only to the tested sample and does not represent assessment of the whole production.
Current REACH Phthalates Evidence
Report TST20250405150E, dated April 30, 2025, records testing of a black fabric sample for specified phthalates against the referenced REACH Annex XVII requirements.
This evidence remains limited to the tested sample and report scope.
Connect Evidence to the BOM
Where compliance is required for a specific project, applicable material identity, supplier information, test evidence and buyer requirements should be connected to the approved BOM and production route.
How One Customer Program Moved From Trial Product to Repeat Production
The following anonymized case shows how a customer relationship developed through product validation, customization, repeat ordering and later capacity adjustment. It is a project example, not a promise that every order will follow the same schedule or volume.
Product Validation
A Spain-based customer first purchased available product samples after initial discussions with MOVEVOX.
After receiving the samples by express shipment, the customer confirmed that the material, workmanship, style and product details were suitable for further development.
Private Label Customization
The next development stage added a customized care-label format, brand labels, packaging and Logo.
MOVEVOX recommended a silicone Logo route and a matte zipper-bag packaging direction according to the project.
First Production Order
The first customized production order was approximately 1,200 pieces.
According to the documented project case, this initial batch was completed within approximately 15 days based on the existing-product/customization route used for that order. Part of the shipment moved by air and the balance by sea.
Repeat Before Final Receipt
During the second week, before the first order had fully reached the customer, the customer added another approximately 1,200-piece repeat order using the same approved branding and packaging direction.
Ongoing Repeat Program
The customer subsequently developed a regular repeat-order relationship with MOVEVOX.
New styles were recommended for review and selected styles continued through the established customer-specific customization process.
Demand Spike
In one later period, the customer placed an order approximately three times larger than its usual quantity.
The project case records that MOVEVOX temporarily increased production-line resources and completed the increased order.
Program-Specific Inventory Support
Following the demand spike, MOVEVOX and the customer adopted a customer-specific stock-support arrangement for selected products.
The case record states approximately 1,500 pieces per color were kept for selected styles to support unusual repeat demand.
This inventory arrangement, 15-day production example and order pattern belong to this specific customer program and should not be presented as a standard service commitment for every MOVEVOX buyer.
Compare the Supplier Model, Not Only the Unit Price
Different supplier structures can all be useful, but they create different trade-offs in development, manufacturing coverage, MOQ, scalability and buyer control.
Why MOVEVOX Can Fit a Long-Term Sportswear Supplier Shortlist
MOVEVOX is not positioned as China's largest apparel factory. Its supplier value is the combination of activewear specialization, two manufacturing routes, product development, controlled scale and buyer-visible quality responsibility.
Activewear Focus
The core commercial range centers on Activewear, Yoga Wear, Pilates Wear, Gym Wear, Fitness Apparel and related Athleisure products.
Dual Manufacturing Routes
A single supplier relationship can support both Seamless and Cut & Sew product engineering instead of forcing every SKU through one method.
Development Before Bulk
An approximately eight-person development team supports Tech Pack review, pattern/Seamless engineering, sampling and revision before production.
Flexible Commercial Entry
Normal baseline MOQ can begin at approximately 100 pieces per Seamless style or 150 pieces per Cut & Sew style, subject to project requirements.
Controlled Scale
The Yiwu core factory establishes product and quality standards while managed satellite capacity can support repeat and larger programs where permitted.
Quality Accountability
Five QC personnel and a defined inspection chain connect incoming material, production, finished garments and final release to the buyer's standard.
