Seamless Yoga Bra Manufacturer for Private Label Activewear Brands
MOVEVOX develops custom Seamless Yoga Bras through an in-house Seamless manufacturing base equipped with 28 Italian Santoni machines. Projects can begin from a Tech Pack, legally usable reference garment, sketch, image or defined concept, then move through yarn and structure selection, physical sampling, fit approval and controlled bulk production.

Engineer the Knit
Translate the buyer's material, fit, coverage, strap and visual direction into a workable Seamless development version rather than treating “seamless” as a surface appearance.
Validate the Physical Bra
Review the actual garment for bust and underbust fit, strap position, coverage, padding, measurements and buyer-defined movement conditions before approval.
Protect the Approved Standard
Carry the approved yarn or material direction, dimensions, knit structure and physical sample into First Article, inline QC and final release.
Built for Brands With Defined Seamless Product Requirements
MOVEVOX is positioned for buyers who need more than a stock Seamless Bra with a logo. The strongest fit is a brand or sourcing team that expects structured development, physical sample approval, transparent commercial conditions and repeatable production.
Established Yoga & Pilates Brands
Brands with existing fit, material and collection standards often need a Seamless supplier that can interpret their requirements without replacing them with a generic factory style.
- Defined Yoga or Pilates use
- Existing fit direction
- Measurement chart
- Repeat seasonal programs
Activewear Brands Adding Seamless
Established Cut & Sew brands can use MOVEVOX as a separate Seamless development and manufacturing capability.
- Physical Seamless production
- Tech Pack development
- Yarn and structure review
- Controlled bulk transition
DTC Activewear Brands
Commercial DTC brands often need differentiated rib, texture, color and matching-set development while maintaining manageable commercial entry quantities.
- Coordinated sets
- Multiple colors
- Private label
- Repeat-order potential
Retail & Private Label Programs
Larger sourcing programs usually evaluate the Seamless product inside a wider vendor-control framework.
- Supplier transparency
- QC records
- Audit support
- Capacity planning
Confirm the Seamless Manufacturing Base Behind the Product
A Seamless supplier should be evaluated by physical manufacturing capability, not only by product photographs. MOVEVOX combines in-house Santoni production with development, quality control and commercial order management at its Yiwu core base.
Italian Santoni Machines
MOVEVOX operates 28 Italian Santoni Seamless machines at its core manufacturing base.
Yiwu Core Base
The core manufacturing base spans approximately 6,000 m² across six floors.
Seamless + Cut & Sew
Both manufacturing routes are available within the MOVEVOX production system.
Standard Seamless MOQ
Subject to yarn, color, branding and other project conditions.
Standard Sample Reference
After the required product details are sufficiently confirmed.
Core QC Personnel
Supporting incoming material, production, finished-garment and packing control.
Know Where a Seamless Yoga Bra Can Drift
Seamless manufacturing removes some cut-and-sew operations, but it does not remove development or bulk-production risk. The buyer still needs a controlled path from yarn and knit structure to physical fit, size and commercial reproduction.
Yarn / Material
Confirm the production material direction remains aligned with the approved development reference.
Knit Structure
Confirm smooth, rib, texture, mesh or underbust areas remain aligned with the current approved version.
Physical Fit
Review bust, underbust, straps, neckline, coverage and padding on the actual garment.
Size Program
Confirm the approved Fit logic remains valid beyond the base size.
Bulk Version
Use the current approved standard through First Article, IPQC and final inspection.
Material Drift
The bulk yarn or material direction no longer behaves like the approved sample.
Structure Drift
Rib, texture, mesh or other knitted areas change from the approved development version.
Fit Drift
The physical garment no longer sits on the body as approved.
Size Drift
Smaller or larger sizes no longer preserve the intended product relationship.
Sample-to-Bulk Drift
The approved product is not reproduced consistently when the project scales.
Choose the Material System Around the Finished Seamless Bra
A Seamless Yoga Bra is not defined by fiber composition alone. Yarn or material direction, knit structure, stretch, recovery, handfeel, color and physical Fit need to be reviewed together.
| Buyer Target | Yarn / Material Question | Knit Consequence | Physical Approval |
|---|---|---|---|
| Soft Handfeel | Which yarn/material direction supports the intended surface and feel? | Density, surface and structure can change the result. | Approve on the actual garment. |
| Recovery | How does the selected material return after extension? | Underbust, body and strap response can differ. | Review physical sample or buyer method. |
| Rib / Texture | Does the project require smooth, ribbed or textured structure? | Local stretch and garment appearance can change. | Approve structure and Fit together. |
| Coverage | How do color, yarn and structure behave under stretch? | More open or lighter structures may change visual coverage. | Review on finished garment. |
| Custom Color | Is the target color available or does it require custom dyeing? | Custom routes can affect MOQ and lead time. | Approve the actual project color standard. |
Nylon / Polyamide + Spandex
A regular MOVEVOX activewear material direction subject to actual yarn and structure.
Polyester + Spandex
Can be evaluated where the surface, color, cost or end-use direction fits the project.
Seamless Knitted Structure
The same composition can behave differently when yarn, density or structure changes.
Rib / Texture Direction
Ribbed or textured structures should be approved through the physical product.
Read a Seamless Yoga Bra as a Knitted Structure
Different areas of a Seamless Bra can use different visual or structural knitting directions. The final combination should follow the buyer's fit, coverage and product requirements.
Smooth Knit
Used where the product requires a cleaner surface and continuous body fit.
Rib Structure
Rib can create visual definition and a different local stretch response.
Textured Structure
Texture can change surface appearance and the collection's visual language.
Mesh / Open Knit
More open structures can be used where approved coverage and strength allow them.
Underbust Structure
The lower Bra area can use a defined Seamless structure as part of the approved Fit system.
Edge Transition
Neckline, strap and edge transitions should remain visually and dimensionally consistent.
Seamless Support Comes From More Than Knit Tightness
A Seamless Yoga Bra should not be classified by support level from one dense knit area or a tight sample. Support direction results from the complete material, structure and physical Fit relationship.
Material Recovery
The actual material influences how the garment responds after extension.
Knit Structure
Smooth, rib, texture and more open structures can change local garment response.
Underbust + Bust + Strap / Back + Coverage
These areas need to work together on the actual body and selected size rather than being treated as independent marketing features.
Physical Support Direction
Where the buyer defines low-, medium- or high-support expectations, the physical garment and buyer-defined movement condition should establish the final approval.
Control the Underbust as Part of the Seamless Fit System
The underbust area connects body measurements, knitted structure, garment length and recovery. It should be evaluated as part of the complete Yoga Bra rather than as an isolated tight band.
Underbust Circumference
The finished dimension should follow the buyer's measurement method and Fit direction.
Band Height
A higher or lower underbust area changes visual proportion and body contact.
Knit Structure
Rib or denser knitted structures can change local response.
Recovery
The area should return toward the approved shape according to the applicable project requirement.
Rolling
Rolling can be influenced by height, body shape, garment dimensions, material response and movement.
Ride-Up
Upward movement can result from the interaction of bust, underbust, length, recovery and wearer movement.
Compare Back and Strap Structures Within a Seamless Product
Back and strap design changes the visual direction, Fit and movement relationship of a Seamless Yoga Bra. Each option still requires physical sample validation.
Racerback
Moves the strap relationship toward the center back.
Cross-Back
Requires control of crossing position, strap length and symmetry.
Wide Strap
Changes contact area and visual balance without automatically defining support level.
Narrow Strap
Can support a lighter visual direction while still requiring Fit review.
Fixed Strap
Places more importance on approved strap length, grading and recovery.
Integrated Knit
Some strap and back areas can be developed as part of the knitted body structure.
Integrate Padding Inside the Seamless Bra Structure
Padding needs to work with the knitted front structure, bust Fit and coverage rather than being added as a separate afterthought.
Outer Knit Structure
The front Seamless body establishes the exterior shape and stretch relationship.
Pad Pocket / Internal Layer
The pocket needs enough space for practical insertion while controlling unnecessary pad movement.
Pad Shape & Position
Width, height, thickness and position should be reviewed against bust, neckline and coverage.
Final Wearing Result
Pad visibility, symmetry, orientation and physical appearance require sample approval.
Removable Pad
Pad shape, insertion opening and pocket dimensions should work together.
Fixed Pad Direction
Can be evaluated where technically appropriate and qualified through the physical project.
Pad Opening
Opening location and width need practical insertion without unnecessary distortion.
Pad Quality
Bulk review can include quantity, folding, orientation, position and visible edges.
Review How the Complete Seamless Bra Responds After Stretch
Two products with similar fiber percentages can behave differently because yarn, knitting structure, density, finishing and garment geometry influence the final physical result.
Neckline
Review whether the neckline remains aligned with the approved shape after extension.
Strap
Evaluate effective length, stretch response and return in the approved structure.
Underbust
Check how the lower Bra area behaves after normal product extension.
Body
Review garment width and overall body Fit rather than relying on composition alone.
Yarn + Knit Structure + Density + Finishing + Physical Fit
The final result comes from the interaction of the complete material and knitted-garment system rather than a single fiber percentage.
Yarn / Material
Influences extension, handfeel and return.
Knit Structure
Local structures can respond differently.
Density
Can change local stretch and garment feel.
Finishing
Can influence the physical condition of the final garment.
Size / Fit
The same structure behaves differently under different body extension conditions.
Review the Garment Before, During and After Extension
Shape retention should be evaluated on the actual yarn, structure, size and finished Seamless garment rather than inferred from fiber composition alone.
Approved Starting Condition
Record the garment's neckline, strap, underbust, width and relevant structure before extension.
Defined Stretch Condition
Use the buyer's applicable method or an agreed project condition where measurable evidence is required.
Post-Release Condition
Compare relevant areas with the approved starting condition using the applicable acceptance method.
Balance Seamless Structure With Yoga Bra Coverage
Open knit structures, lighter colors and high local stretch can change how a Seamless Yoga Bra looks when worn. Coverage should therefore be reviewed on the finished garment.
Neckline
Depth, width and stretch influence appearance and coverage.
Front Coverage
The front body should follow the buyer's approved bust, neckline and padding direction.
Side Coverage
Armhole and side-body geometry should remain compatible with the intended Fit.
Mesh / Open Knit
More open structures should be positioned only where the product can tolerate lower visual coverage.
Pad Visibility
Pad edges and position can become more visible in lighter or highly stretched areas.
Color + Stretch
Light and dark colors can produce different visual results under different extension conditions.
Separate Static Fit From Yoga Movement Fit
A Seamless Yoga Bra can meet flat measurements while changing position during movement. Buyer-defined Yoga, Pilates or Studio conditions can be used where coverage, strap position or underbust stability forms part of the approval requirement.
Static Measurement
Check applicable bust, underbust, length, strap and other POM against the current specification.
Static Wearing Fit
Review how the Bra sits in its normal worn position before movement begins.
Buyer-Defined Movement
Use relevant Yoga, Pilates or Studio movements defined or agreed for the project.
Underbust / Strap / Coverage
Observe garment position and relevant Fit areas during movement.
Post-Movement Result
Recheck the garment after the defined movement condition.
Decision
Approve, revise or request additional review according to the buyer's standard.
Define the Inputs Before Seamless Programming Begins
MOVEVOX reviews buyer-defined requirements and technical open points before yarn, machine time and sampling are committed.

Development Input Freeze
The required inputs should be sufficiently clear before the current Seamless development version moves to machine execution.
Convert the Buyer Requirement Into a Controlled Seamless Development Version
The development process connects buyer inputs with yarn, knitted structure, machine execution and the physical garment. Each revision should remain identifiable so superseded information does not enter production.
Buyer Input
Tech Pack, lawful reference, sketch, image or defined concept.
Technical Review
Close open measurement, material, color and structure questions.
Yarn / Structure
Confirm the current material route and intended knitted areas.
Development Version
Prepare the current Seamless development information.

Produce the current knitted development version.
Physical Bra
Complete applicable finishing, padding or secondary operations.
Measurement
Check applicable POM against the current specification.
Fit Decision
Approve the current result or define the next revision.
Validate the Physical Seamless Bra Before Approval
A knitting program or digital design cannot confirm final Fit on its own. MOVEVOX uses the physical garment to review structure, measurements, appearance and wearing Fit before the style progresses.
Details Confirmed
Required product inputs are sufficiently clear.
Yarn / Structure
The current material and knitted structure route is prepared.
First Knit
The current Seamless development version is physically produced.
Garment Finish
Applicable padding, finishing or secondary operations are completed.

Buyer Decision
The buyer approves the sample for the next stage or provides a defined revision direction.
Standard MOVEVOX sample development after the required project details are confirmed. Special yarn, custom colors, components, revision rounds and courier time can extend the total cycle.
Revise the Variable That Caused the Physical Result
A Seamless development revision should identify what changed and why. Correcting one Fit issue should not unintentionally change unrelated approved product variables.
Record the Physical Result
Identify the affected area before changing the development version.
What Caused the Result?
- Measurement?
- Yarn / material?
- Knit structure?
- Pad configuration?
- Size / grading?
- Buyer target?
The next development version should change the relevant variable while protecting unrelated approved inputs.
Recheck the Revised Result
Produce the revised sample with the defined variable changed and recheck the affected measurements and physical Fit.
Scale the Seamless Bra by Measurement Function
Seamless sizing should not be treated as one visual design simply enlarged or reduced. Bust, underbust, body length, straps and structure positions need to remain connected to the buyer's approved size strategy.
Bust
XS Buyer Rule · S Buyer Rule · M Approved · L Buyer Rule · XL Buyer Rule
Garment capacity should follow buyer-approved size increments and material behavior.
Underbust
XS Review · S Review · M Approved · L Review · XL Review
The lower Fit can require a different grading relationship from the bust.
Body Length
XS Grade · S Grade · M Approved · L Grade · XL Grade
Garment length should maintain the intended proportion across the size range.
Strap
XS Review · S Review · M Approved · L Review · XL Review
Effective length and position may require size-specific adjustment.
Coverage
XS Review · S Review · M Approved · L Review · XL Review
Neckline and side coverage should remain consistent with the approved Fit direction.
Knit Structure Position
XS Review · S Review · M Approved · L Review · XL Review
Rib, mesh, texture and related knitted areas may require physical confirmation after scaling.
Validate More Than the Base Size
A base-size Seamless Bra can be correct while smaller or larger sizes show different underbust, strap, coverage or structure relationships.
Base Size ≠ Full Range
One approved M size does not automatically validate XS–XL.
Bust ≠ Underbust Grade
Bust and underbust relationships may need different size increments.
Structure Position Must Scale
Rib, mesh, texture, pad and strap relationships may require physical confirmation by size.
Approve a Complete Product Standard, Not Only a Good-Looking Sample
The approved Seamless Yoga Bra should connect the physical product with the development information needed to reproduce it.
Physical Bra
The current approved garment remains the core physical reference.
Yarn / Material
The approved material direction remains linked to the product version.
Color
The accepted project color should remain identifiable.
Seamless Version
The current development version should replace superseded versions.
Measurements
Applicable POM and measurement methods remain connected to the approved style.
Knit Structure
Rib, texture, mesh and other relevant structures remain part of the approved standard.
Pad Configuration
Pad type, pocket, position and quantity remain identifiable where applicable.
Fit Comments
Relevant buyer comments and approval decisions remain connected to the current version.
Approved for the Next Stage
First Article and bulk production should reference this current package rather than relying on memory or an outdated sample.

Separate the Base Garment MOQ From the Effective Project MOQ
MOVEVOX's standard Seamless starting point is approximately 100 pieces per style. The final commercial minimum can be higher when custom yarn, dyeing, branding or packaging introduces separate supplier constraints.
Normal custom Seamless starting point, subject to available yarn, color and development conditions.
Available Yarn / Color Route
Using available supply-chain yarn and standard colors can reduce the material entry barrier.
Custom Dye / Material Direction
Custom dyeing often faces supply-chain constraints equivalent to approximately 400–600 pcs per color/material.
Logo & Components
Special logo methods or dedicated components can create separate supplier minimums.
Labels & Packaging
Customized labels, hangtags or packaging can also carry independent commercial minimums.
Effective Project MOQ
The buyer should review color count, size allocation, material route, branding and packaging together before treating the base garment MOQ as the final commercial minimum.
Lock the Critical Product Variables Before Commercial Scale-Up
A successful physical sample should move into production only after the critical product and commercial references needed for scale-up are sufficiently controlled.

Frequently Asked Questions About Seamless Yoga Bra Manufacturing
Seamless Machines & Knit
Does MOVEVOX operate its own Seamless machines?
Yes. MOVEVOX's Yiwu core manufacturing base operates 28 Italian Santoni Seamless machines. Seamless activewear is therefore a physical manufacturing capability within the core production system rather than only an externally sourced category.
Can MOVEVOX develop rib, texture and mesh structures?
MOVEVOX supports Seamless ribbed, textured and more open or mesh-style structures where technically appropriate. The exact structure and physical Fit should be approved through a development sample.
Can MOVEVOX make padded Seamless Yoga Bras?
Yes. MOVEVOX can develop removable-pad and applicable pad-pocket structures. Fixed-pad directions can be evaluated by project. Pad shape, thickness, pocket, position and Fit need physical approval.
Can we develop matching Seamless leggings or shorts?
Yes. MOVEVOX can develop Seamless Bras together with leggings, shorts and tops. Each SKU still requires its own approved development standard.
Fit & Size
Can we start from a Tech Pack or reference sample?
Yes. A complete Tech Pack is preferred for detailed technical review, but MOVEVOX can also begin from a legally usable reference garment, sketch, image or clearly defined concept.
How is Seamless Yoga Bra Fit approved?
Applicable measurements are reviewed together with the physical garment. Underbust, straps, neckline, coverage, padding and overall wearing Fit can be evaluated according to the buyer's requirement.
Can MOVEVOX follow our own size chart?
Yes. Buyer measurement charts and Grade Rules can define the project standard. MOVEVOX does not apply one universal public factory size chart to every Seamless Bra.
How long does a Seamless Bra sample normally take?
The normal sample-development reference is approximately 5–10 working days after required product details are sufficiently confirmed. Special yarn, custom colors, components, revisions and courier time can extend the complete cycle.
MOQ & Bulk
What is the standard Seamless MOQ?
MOVEVOX's normal Seamless starting point is approximately 100 pieces per style. Custom yarn, dyeing, special color, branding or packaging can create higher effective project minimums.
Does custom color change the MOQ?
It can. Custom dyeing is often constrained by supplier requirements equivalent to approximately 400–600 pieces per color/material, depending on consumption and project conditions.
How long does normal bulk production take?
The normal reference is approximately 20–35 days when required materials, approvals, capacity and project conditions are ready. This is not a guaranteed fixed lead time for every Seamless Yoga Bra project.
What production capacity can MOVEVOX support?
MOVEVOX's controlled network has a normal combined managed delivery capacity of approximately 150,000–200,000 pieces per month across product categories and manufacturing routes. Each large Seamless PO still requires project-specific capacity review.
QC & Audit
How does MOVEVOX control sample-to-bulk consistency?
The approved product remains connected with its current material direction, measurements, Seamless development version, physical sample and relevant buyer comments. First Article, IPQC, measurement and final inspection support bulk control.
Can our team audit the factory?
Yes. MOVEVOX supports onsite factory visits, technical audits, pre-production visits, inline inspections, pre-shipment inspections and live-video factory reviews by appointment.
Can we restrict production to approved facilities?
Yes. Where the buyer requires Approved Factory Only or prohibits unauthorized subcontracting, MOVEVOX can follow the agreed production-site requirement and does not change the location without the required written buyer approval.
Can MOVEVOX arrange third-party testing?
Yes. MOVEVOX can coordinate buyer-nominated or project-qualified laboratories. Existing RoHS and REACH evidence is sample-specific and should not be generalized to every Seamless Yoga Bra or future production lot.
