Private Label Yoga Wear Manufacturer for Established Activewear Brands
MOVEVOX is a Yiwu-based private-label activewear manufacturing and supply-chain partner supporting global brands and mid-to-large B2B buyers with yoga wear development, customization, sampling and quality-controlled bulk production.
Build leggings, sports bras, shorts, tops and coordinated sets through Seamless or Cut & Sew manufacturing, with fabric, color, Logo, labels and packaging managed as part of the same product program.
- Seamless + Cut & Sew manufacturing
- Product development from Tech Pack, reference or defined concept
- Private Label branding, labels and packaging
- Standard sample development typically about 5–10 working days after relevant details are confirmed
Built for Brands Managing Ongoing Yoga Wear Programs
MOVEVOX is best suited to buyers that need more than a one-time Logo application. The operating model is designed for brands managing product development, multiple SKUs, formal sample approval, repeat orders and continued supplier evaluation.
Established Yoga & Activewear Brands
You already have a brand, product direction, sales channel or technical standard and need a supplier that can connect development, private-label execution and bulk production.
Brands Building a Second Supplier
You may already have an approved factory and need another manufacturing source for new products, an additional production route, capacity diversification or supplier-risk management.
Multi-SKU Collections
Your range may combine leggings, sports bras, shorts, tops and sets. Some styles may fit Seamless manufacturing while others require Cut & Sew construction.
Repeat-Order Programs
You expect approved styles to return in additional quantities, colors or related SKUs. MOVEVOX can manage repeat production through the same customer-facing project and quality-control structure.
The model is less suited to unlimited ultra-low-MOQ buying, purely lowest-price commodity sourcing or unauthorized reproduction of third-party brands.
Private Label Yoga Wear Is More Than Adding a Logo
A private-label program becomes more reliable when the garment and the brand-execution components are approved together rather than managed as separate last-minute purchases.
Product
Start from a buyer Tech Pack, authorized physical reference, existing product direction, image, sketch or defined concept. The product structure determines whether Seamless or Cut & Sew is the more appropriate manufacturing route.
Material & Color
Fabric or yarn, stretch, handfeel, surface structure and color direction need to match the product requirement. Standard material routes and custom material or color routes can create different MOQ and timing conditions.
Brand Identity
MOVEVOX supports screen print, heat transfer, silicone print, Jacquard, embroidery, woven labels, care labels, size labels and related brand components.
Retail-Ready Execution
Hangtags and custom packaging can be coordinated with the garment and approved branding requirements so that the final SKU is prepared as a complete private-label product rather than an unbranded garment.
What a Controlled Private Label Program Should Improve
Faster Product Validation
Move from the available product information into technical review, material and construction decisions, a physical sample and buyer feedback without treating every missing detail as a reason to stop development.
Better Sample-to-Bulk Consistency
Use the approved product, active specifications and production checkpoints as references for bulk manufacturing rather than relying on memory of a development sample.
Easier Expansion Across SKUs
Manage related leggings, sports bras, shorts, tops and sets through shared project communication while selecting Seamless or Cut & Sew according to the individual product structure.
These outcomes depend on the actual product, material route and buyer requirements. They are process objectives, not guarantees of a fixed development result or delivery schedule.
Build a Private Label Yoga Collection Around Proven Activewear Categories
MOVEVOX focuses on activewear and yoga-oriented categories rather than presenting every apparel type as a core product.
Yoga Leggings
A core MOVEVOX category using Seamless or Cut & Sew according to waistband, pockets, panels, surface structure, fabric and fit.

Seamless Yoga Products
Leggings, bras, shorts and tops can use engineered rib, texture, mesh, Jacquard and other suitable Seamless structures.
Explore Seamless →Manage a Yoga Collection as a Connected Product Program
A collection introduces more decisions than a single SKU. Material, color, fit direction, manufacturing route and branding need to remain understandable across multiple products.
Yoga Collection Program
Coordinate product priorities, development status, material, color, manufacturing route and brand execution through one customer-facing project system.
SKU Architecture
Define which products belong in the first development wave and which become later extensions.
Manufacturing Route
Review each SKU for Seamless or Cut & Sew instead of forcing the whole collection through one method.
Material Direction
Review related SKUs for common or compatible material directions where technically and commercially appropriate.
Color System
Plan standard colors, custom colors and color allocation against material minimums and collection quantities.
Brand Consistency
Keep Logo, labels, hangtags and packaging correctly assigned to style, color, size and approved brand direction.
Development Waves
Larger programs can be organized around priority SKU waves instead of attempting to approve every product simultaneously.
Know Where MOVEVOX Is Strongest Before Starting Development
A long-term supplier should distinguish core capability from products that require project-specific review.

You provide an incomplete Tech Pack, sketch, images, authorized reference, product concept or material direction.
MOVEVOX helps translate that information into feasible fabric, fit, construction and sample-development decisions. The buyer remains responsible for brand direction and final product approval.
Best suited to: brands with a clear concept that require more technical development support.
Explore ODM Activewear →Select Yoga Wear Fabric by Product Requirement, Not Material Name Alone
Two fabrics with similar composition can behave differently in handfeel, stretch, recovery, weight, surface and garment fit. Material selection should begin with the intended product and use case.
Nylon + Spandex
A regular activewear material direction for leggings, sports bras, shorts and tops where soft handfeel, stretch and recovery are important considerations.
Polyester + Spandex
An established sportswear material route reviewed according to garment use, handfeel, surface and project requirements.
Brushed / Soft / Naked-Feel
Suitable for studio-oriented softer surface directions. The actual material should still be approved through a swatch or physical sample.
Ribbed / Textured Fabrics
Useful where surface structure forms part of the design language. Stretch, construction and Logo compatibility should be reviewed together.
Seamless Knit
Material behavior depends on yarn composition and programmed knitted structure and should be evaluated as part of the complete garment.
Recycled Sports Fabric Options
Recycled material routes can be considered when suitable materials and project evidence are available. Certification claims must remain within actual scope.
Translate Yoga Wear Performance Expectations Into Material Checks
Words such as “soft,” “compressive” or “lightweight” are useful design directions, but they should not replace physical validation of the actual material and garment.
Soft Handfeel
Buyer requirement: Soft, studio-oriented touch.
Risk: Similar compositions can have different surface and finishing.
Actual swatch, garment sample and approved handfeel direction.
Light Colors
Buyer requirement: Pale or fashion colors.
Risk: Appearance can change with stretch and fabric structure.
Actual approved color and garment sample rather than screen color alone.
Stretch & Recovery
Buyer requirement: Movement and shape retention.
Risk: Composition percentage alone does not define garment behavior.
Applicable stretch checks and physical sample performance.
Compression Direction
Buyer requirement: Firmer support or sculpted feel.
Risk: Excessive or insufficient tension can change fit.
Material, pattern or knit structure and approved fit together.
Brushed / Textured Finish
Buyer requirement: Specific tactile or visual finish.
Risk: Finishing can affect handfeel, appearance and manufacturing behavior.
Approved material lot or swatch together with the development sample.
Separate Garment MOQ From Material MOQ Before Planning a Launch
A garment MOQ does not automatically mean every fabric, yarn or color can be produced at the same quantity. Material availability can change both the effective MOQ and the development timeline.
Available / Shared Material
When an appropriate material and suitable color are already available, the project can usually begin closer to the standard garment MOQ structure.
Custom Fabric
Unique composition, GSM, handfeel, finish or other specifications may create a separate mill or supplier minimum.
Custom Color
Custom dyeing or custom-color yarn normally creates a material minimum above the standard garment color allocation.
Sample Timing
Standard sampling is approximately 5–10 working days after relevant details are confirmed, but custom material preparation can extend the development schedule.
Bulk Timing
Typical bulk production is approximately 20–35 days, subject to material readiness, style, quantity and project conditions.
Understand Why a Custom Pantone Color Can Change Your Effective MOQ
Custom color is normally constrained by the minimum dye or yarn-production batch, not only by the number of garments a brand wants to purchase.
Color Reference
Start from an agreed Pantone reference, customer swatch or another clearly defined color target.
Lab Dip / Physical Swatch
Review a physical color because screen display alone is not an adequate bulk color reference.
Material or Yarn Minimum
The fabric or yarn supplier's minimum production batch becomes a key commercial condition.
Garment Consumption
Leggings, bras, shorts and tops consume different quantities of material.
Equivalent Garment MOQ
A common MOVEVOX reference is approximately 400–600 pieces equivalent garment quantity, depending on material, dye lot and product consumption.
Approval & Repeat Use
Approved excess material may support future repeat production where commercially and technically suitable, but this is planned by project.
Select a Logo Method That Fits the Fabric, Product and Brand Requirement
The most suitable branding method depends on more than appearance. Stretch, fabric surface, placement, Logo size, handfeel and manufacturing route should be reviewed before approval.
Screen Print
Reviewed for suitable activewear fabrics and artwork where screen-print execution matches the design.
Heat Transfer
A common activewear branding route subject to fabric, placement and transfer suitability.
Silicone Print
Suitable where a tactile or dimensional Logo effect is required and the material combination is appropriate.
Embroidery
Reviewed for selected garments and placements where stitch structure and fabric distortion can be controlled.
Jacquard
Relevant where branding is incorporated into a technically compatible knitted Seamless structure.
Woven Label
A separate branding component suitable for defined label placement and private-label identity.
Final Logo method should be approved on the actual or representative product/material route before bulk execution.
Connect Every Brand Component to the Correct Yoga Wear SKU
Private-label execution becomes a production-control task once multiple products, colors and sizes are involved. Each component needs the correct approved artwork, specification and product assignment.
Garment
Approved style, material, color, construction and size range.
Logo
Approved artwork, method, size, color and placement.
Main / Woven Label
Brand identity prepared according to approved design and placement.
Care Label
Care and applicable product information assigned to the correct garment.
Size Label
Size information remains consistent with the style and SKU.
Hangtag
Approved design and attachment direction become part of packing preparation.
SKU / Barcode
Where required, information matches the correct product, color and size.
Polybag / Packaging
Prepared according to approved material, print and packing direction.
Carton & Bulk QC
Final packing and private-label components are included in release checks.
Calculate Private Label MOQ From the Whole Product Program
A normal baseline can begin at approximately 100 pcs/style for Seamless or 150 pcs/style for Cut & Sew. The final project MOQ can increase when custom material, color, branding components or packaging have their own supplier minimums.
Seamless Garment MOQ

Cut & Sew Garment MOQ
Normal baseline: approximately 150 pcs per style, subject to fabric, construction and customization.
Standard Color Allocation
Suitable standard/shared supply-chain colors can typically be structured around approximately 50 pcs per color.
Size Allocation
Normal reference minimums are approximately 20 pcs per size for Seamless and 10 pcs per size for Cut & Sew.
Custom Color
Custom color commonly introduces approximately 400–600 pcs equivalent garment quantity, depending on material and dye-lot conditions.
Logo / Labels / Packaging
Individual components may have separate supplier MOQ, setup or tooling requirements.
Effective Project MOQ
The commercial starting point is confirmed after product, material, color, sizes, brand components and packaging are understood together.
Make the Approved Sample a Production Reference, Not a One-Time Result
The objective of sample development is not only to obtain buyer approval. The approved result also needs to be translated into information that production and QC can use.
Approved Product Version
Identify the current approved sample and active technical version.
Final Measurements & Specifications
Carry approved measurements, construction, tolerances and product details into production.
Material / BOM Direction
Confirm applicable fabric, yarn, trims and product components used for bulk.
