SPECIFICATION-LED GYM-ACTIVEWEAR OEM
OEM Gym Wear Manufacturer
Turn buyer-owned gym-wear specifications into approved Seamless or Cut-and-Sew products and controlled repeat production with MOVEVOX.
MOVEVOX supports gym, fitness and activewear brands that already control their product direction and need a manufacturing partner to execute it responsibly through a specification-led OEM activewear workflow.
- Start from your Tech Pack, measurements, material direction, artwork and private-label requirements.
- Review fit, construction, materials and manufacturability before sampling.
- Develop through Seamless or Cut-and-Sew according to the actual product structure.
- Standard samples typically take about 5–10 working days after the required development information is confirmed.

BUYER POSITIONING
Built for Gym Wear Brands That Already Own the Product Specification

MOVEVOX’s OEM model is most relevant to established and growth-stage gym, fitness, yoga and activewear brands that already control the product direction, technical specifications or approved product references and need a manufacturer to execute those requirements consistently.
Your Brand Defines the Product
The buyer may already control the Tech Pack, measurements, fit direction, material requirements, artwork, labels and packaging. MOVEVOX reviews and manufactures against those requirements rather than replacing buyer product ownership.
Fit-Sensitive Products Need Technical Control
Leggings, sports bras and fitted gym products require more than visual similarity. Measurements, pattern or Seamless program and approved physical references need to remain aligned.
Private Label Is Part of the Commercial Product
Logo, care information, labels, hangtags, barcode and packaging should remain linked to the correct SKU. See Private Label Activewear.
Repeatability Matters After the First Order
The goal is not only one acceptable sample. The approved product should remain controlled through commercial bulk and later reorders.
MANUFACTURING MODEL
Define the Manufacturing Relationship Before Gym Wear Development Starts
OEM, ODM and Private Label describe different levels of buyer ownership and supplier development responsibility. Defining the path early helps align technical inputs, sampling and commercial expectations.
OEM — Buyer-Owned Specification
The buyer provides or controls the Tech Pack, measurements, material direction, construction, artwork and brand requirements. MOVEVOX reviews the information, develops the sample and manufactures against the approved standard. See OEM Activewear.
ODM — Supplier-Supported Product Definition
ODM is more appropriate when the buyer has a clear commercial direction but still needs additional support to define materials, fit, construction or other production-ready requirements. See ODM Activewear.
Private Label — Branding an Existing Product Base
Private Label may begin from an already-developed garment and focus more heavily on logo, labels, hangtags, packaging and selected adjustments. See Private Label Activewear.
Responsibility Must Be Clear
A project can contain elements of more than one route. What matters is defining which product decisions belong to the buyer and which still require technical development.
SUPPLIER FIT
Is MOVEVOX the Right OEM Fit for Your Gym Wear Program?
MOVEVOX is strongest where gym wear overlaps with yoga, fitness, training and performance activewear. Supplier fit should be confirmed before quotation or sampling.
| Program Fit | Product Direction | MOVEVOX Position |
|---|---|---|
| Strong Fit | Leggings, sports bras, yoga/fitness shorts | Established core categories |
| Strong Fit | Biker shorts and coordinated activewear sets | Regular development scope |
| Strong Fit | Seamless or Cut-and-Sew gym-activewear | Both manufacturing routes available |
| Can Support | Tanks, T-shirts and long sleeves | Subject to style-specific review |
| Technical Review | Complex multi-material or unusual structures | Feasibility must be confirmed |
| Outside Core Positioning | Specialist team uniforms or full heavy streetwear programs | Not represented as primary MOVEVOX specialization |
CAPABILITY BOUNDARY
A Gym Wear Tech Pack Still Needs to Fit the Factory’s Real Capability
Responsible OEM qualification requires clear boundaries. MOVEVOX does not represent itself as a manufacturer of every gym, streetwear or specialist sports product.
| Capability Level | Typical Requirement | Review Position |
|---|---|---|
| Core | Leggings, sports bras, yoga/fitness shorts | Established MOVEVOX categories |
| Regular | Biker shorts, tanks, T-shirts, long sleeves, sets | Suitable for recurring programs |
| Technical Review | Complex multi-material products | Product-specific review required |
| Technical Review | Specialist decoration or unusual construction | Process must be confirmed |
| Outside Core | Full specialist teamwear or heavy gym-streetwear systems | Not primary MOVEVOX positioning |
| Not Accepted | Counterfeit or intentionally infringing products | MOVEVOX does not accept such projects |
For the wider category map, see MOVEVOX Products.

PROCUREMENT RISK
Where Gym Wear OEM Programs Commonly Lose Control
Gym wear is highly sensitive to material, fit and product-version changes. A sample can look acceptable while later bulk or restock orders drift from the approved standard.

Material behavior should be reviewed together with garment structure, fit and intended use before the approved standard moves into production.
Fabric Mismatch
A material may differ from the approved reference in appearance, handfeel or production behavior.
CONTROL DIRECTIONMaterial changes should be reviewed before replacing the approved reference.
Fit Drift
Comments such as “tighter waist” or “more coverage” may remain subjective instead of becoming measurable changes.
CONTROL DIRECTIONApproved comments should update measurements, pattern or Seamless program.
Waistband or Proportion Mismatch
Waist, hip, rise and waistband proportions can interact differently in the finished garment.
CONTROL DIRECTIONRelated POMs should be reviewed as one fit system rather than isolated numbers.
Artwork or Label Error
An outdated logo, label or packaging file may enter production.
CONTROL DIRECTIONBranding information should remain linked to the current released SKU.
Sample-to-Bulk Gap
An approved development sample may not automatically represent commercial-production inputs.
CONTROL DIRECTIONPre-production review and First Article verification help reconnect approval with bulk.
Reorder Drift
Later orders may unintentionally use different materials, files or production references.
CONTROL DIRECTIONRepeat programs should confirm current released information before every production cycle.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Protect Buyer-Owned Gym Wear Specifications Before OEM Review

MOVEVOX can support NDA-led discussions and reasonable confidentiality requirements covering Tech Packs, unreleased styles, measurements, artwork, samples, pricing information and launch-related project details.
NDA Before Sensitive Disclosure
Buyer-provided NDA requirements can be reviewed before proprietary technical or commercial information is exchanged.
Tech Pack Confidentiality
Measurements, construction and unreleased technical information should remain within the relevant customer project.
Artwork and Brand Information
Logos, labels, packaging and unreleased artwork should not be publicly reused without appropriate customer permission.
Need-to-Know Handling
Internal teams and approved production resources should receive only the information required for their role.
Boundary: Specific confidentiality, exclusivity and contractual terms remain project-specific.
TECH PACK INPUT
What a Strong Gym Wear OEM Tech Pack Should Control
A Tech Pack becomes a useful production reference when development, manufacturing and QC can all work from the same current product definition.

Technical Flats
Front, back and relevant detail views should show the intended garment structure.
POM and Measurements
Measurement locations, base-size values and tolerances help convert fit into measurable requirements.
Material Specification
Fabric or yarn information may include composition, supplier reference, physical swatch or other buyer-approved requirements.
Construction
Seams, pockets, waistbands, straps, pads, panels and knitted zones should be defined where relevant.
BOM and Trims

Related workflow: Product Development.
TECHNICAL REVIEW
Six Questions We Review Before OEM Sampling
Technical review helps prevent incomplete or conflicting gym-wear information from moving directly into physical development.

Is the Product Structure Fully Defined?
Review relevant panels, pockets, straps, waistbands, pads, seams and knitted zones.
Are Measurements Internally Consistent?
POM definitions, base-size values and product proportions should be checked for obvious conflicts.
Is the Material Requirement Clear?
Fabric or yarn should be considered together with fit, construction, appearance and manufacturing route.
Is the Manufacturing Route Appropriate?
The product should be reviewed for Seamless or Cut-and-Sew suitability according to actual construction.
Are Branding Files Production-Ready?
Artwork dimensions, labels, QR, barcode and packaging should be sufficiently defined before release.
Are There Commercial Constraints?
Quantity, custom dyeing, trims, materials, complexity and timing may affect commercial feasibility.
For deeper process context, see Manufacturing Guides.
MANUFACTURABILITY
Is the Gym Wear Specification Ready for Repeat Production?

A style can be possible to sample once without being sufficiently stable or commercially practical for repeated manufacturing. MOVEVOX reviews product structure, materials, manufacturing route, MOQ and quality-control implications before treating the product as bulk-ready.
Green — Ready to Develop
The style fits established manufacturing capability and available information is sufficiently clear for controlled sampling.
Yellow — Clarification Required
The style appears feasible, but one or more material, measurement, construction or commercial conditions still require resolution.
Red — Redesign or Decline
The specification may be unstable, commercially impractical or outside confirmed MOVEVOX capability.
Repeatability Is Part of Manufacturability
The question is not only whether one prototype can be produced, but whether approved material, dimensions and construction can be repeated under commercial conditions.
See the broader product-development context before bulk release.
MATERIAL CONTROL
Keep Gym Wear Materials Connected to the Approved Product
Material is part of the product specification. Fiber content alone does not guarantee the same fit, appearance or production behavior.

A production material reference should remain connected to the released product rather than being replaced silently.
CORE MATERIAL DIRECTION
Nylon / Spandex Direction
MOVEVOX has handled nylon/spandex activewear blends in documented customer programs. Actual composition, structure and weight remain project-specific.
Buyer-Nominated Stretch Material
Where the buyer provides a fabric, supplier reference or physical swatch, MOVEVOX can review sourcing availability, MOQ and manufacturing implications. See Custom Fabric.
STRUCTURE & SURFACE
Seamless Yarn System
Yarn interacts with Santoni programming, knitted density, garment size and engineered structures.
Brushed Surface
Brushing changes handfeel, appearance, thickness and stretch behavior and should be approved on the actual product.
Rib Structure
Rib can influence stretch, dimensions and product appearance and should be evaluated within the intended garment.
Textured Structure
Texture can influence dimensions, stretch behavior, color appearance and branding execution.
Material Change Control
A replacement fabric or yarn should not silently become the production standard. Relevant differences should be reviewed before approval. For technical sourcing context, see Fabric Guides.
LEGGING FIT CONTROL
Control Legging Fit Through Connected Waist, Hip and Rise Measurements
Legging fit should not be evaluated from waist width alone. Related measurements interact with the pattern or Seamless structure and the selected material.

Waist
The specified waist measurement establishes one part of the upper-garment fit standard.
High Hip
High-hip measurement helps define the transition between waistband and body.
Full Hip
Full-hip measurement should correspond to the intended fit and product geometry.
Front & Back Rise
Rise measurements influence waistband position, body coverage and overall proportion.
Waistband Height
Waistband height should remain linked to the approved visual and physical reference.
Thigh & Inseam
These measurements influence leg fit, length and product balance.
Leg Opening
Leg opening provides another measurable point for size and silhouette control.
Product context: Leggings.
SPORTS BRA FIT CONTROL
Convert Sports Bra Fit Requirements Into Measurable Product References
Sports bra fit depends on multiple connected dimensions and construction details. Visual appearance alone is not a sufficient production standard.

Underbust
Underbust measurement should correspond to the intended fit and applicable elastic or knitted structure.
Front Length
Front-body length influences coverage and garment proportion.
Neckline & Coverage
Neckline position and front coverage should be defined by buyer requirements and approved physical references.
Strap Position
Strap placement interacts with neckline, armhole and overall garment geometry.
Armhole
Armhole shape and measurement influence coverage, mobility and visual fit.
Pads & Openings
Where removable or inserted pads are required, pad shape and opening construction should be defined for the specific style.
Underbust Structure
Elastic or Seamless underbust construction should remain linked to the approved product.
Product context: Sports Bras.
FIT SYSTEM
Turn Gym Wear Fit Into a Measurable Bulk Standard
Fit becomes useful to OEM production when buyer feedback is transferred into current measurements, pattern or Seamless-program information and approved physical references.

| Stage | Purpose | Controlled Output |
|---|---|---|
| Base Size | Establish development size | Base-size framework |
| POM Setup | Define measurement locations | Measurement chart |
| Pattern / Program | Create garment geometry | Current production geometry |
| Fit Sample | Evaluate physical fit | Fit comments |
| Revision | Apply approved corrections | Updated specification |
| Grade Rules | Define size progression | Grading logic |
| Size Set | Verify additional sizes | Size-level approval |
| PP Reference | Confirm production reference | Applicable approved sample |
| Bulk Measurement | Monitor finished goods | Inspection record |
SEAMLESS OEM
Execute Seamless Gym-Activewear Specifications Through Santoni Knitting
MOVEVOX operates 28 Italian Santoni Seamless knitting machines at the Yiwu core facility. Seamless OEM control depends on connecting yarn, program version, garment size and knitted structure.

Yarn Reference
The approved yarn influences appearance, elasticity, handfeel and machine behavior.
Program Version
The machine program defines the knitted garment structure and should remain linked to the approved style and size.
Waistband and Rib
Knitted structures can be integrated into waistband and selected garment areas according to the approved design.
Mesh Zones
Mesh structures can be engineered where required by the approved product and should be physically validated.
Texture and Engineered Zones
Local knitted structures can create visual and structural differentiation while also affecting dimensions.
Necessary Sewing
Seamless garments may still require sewing at selected crotch, shoulder, neckline, label, pad-opening or finishing points.
See the Seamless Activewear product route.
CUT-AND-SEW OEM
Execute Pattern-Based Gym Wear Through Cut-and-Sew Manufacturing
Approximately 24 main sewing and garment-production machines at the Yiwu core facility support pattern-based activewear requiring cut panels and sewn construction.

Pattern Control
The current pattern converts buyer-approved measurements and fit decisions into production geometry.
Cutting
Material stretch, direction and cutting accuracy interact with finished garment dimensions.
Panel Construction
Panels may support pockets, shaping, contrast sections or other style-specific requirements.
Seam Construction
Overlock, flatlock, coverstitch and other relevant sewn methods should follow the approved style and actual material.
Pockets and Functional Details
Pocket position, depth and openings create additional fit and workmanship control points.
Multi-Material Assembly
Pads, straps, elastics and multiple fabrics increase assembly and inspection complexity.
See the broader Manufacturing context.
PRIVATE LABEL EXECUTION
Keep Gym Wear Branding Connected to the Correct Commercial SKU
Gym-wear private-label execution can include much more than a garment logo. Artwork, labels, packaging and SKU information should remain linked to the correct released product.

Garment Branding
Possible inputs include logo artwork, placement, dimensions and approved visual reference.

Garment Labels
Main label, size label, care label and hangtag should remain connected to the correct SKU.

Commercial Packaging
Polybag, SKU sticker, barcode, QR code, custom packaging and carton marks can form part of the released commercial product.
Specialist Decoration
If a buyer requires printing, embroidery, heat transfer, sublimation or another specialist method, the actual process, material compatibility, supplier route and MOQ must be confirmed for that project. MOVEVOX does not make a blanket claim that every specialist gym-wear decoration process is operated in-house.
CONTROLLED SAMPLING
Use Sampling to Verify Fit, Material and Product Execution
OEM sampling should confirm that the buyer-owned gym-wear specification has been translated correctly before commercial manufacturing.
What the Sample Process Must Verify
Each sampling round should clarify whether the current specification has been translated into the intended fit, material, construction and branding before commercial manufacturing.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions About OEM Gym Wear Manufacturing
What does OEM gym wear manufacturing mean at MOVEVOX?
For specification-led OEM projects, the buyer owns or controls the product direction and technical requirements. MOVEVOX reviews, samples and manufactures against the agreed product standard.
What gym-wear categories are the strongest fit?
MOVEVOX is strongest in gym-activewear including leggings, sports bras, yoga/fitness shorts, biker shorts, tanks, T-shirts, long sleeves and coordinated sets.
Do we need a Tech Pack?
A substantially complete Tech Pack is the strongest OEM starting point. An existing approved sample or partial information can still be reviewed to identify what is missing.
Can MOVEVOX manufacture both Seamless and Cut-and-Sew gym wear?
Yes. The Yiwu core facility operates 28 Italian Santoni machines and approximately 24 main sewing and garment-production machines.
What materials can MOVEVOX review?
MOVEVOX has handled nylon/spandex activewear blends in documented programs and can review buyer-nominated material requirements. Final composition, structure and sourcing remain project-specific.
How is leggings fit controlled?
Buyer fit requirements should be converted into connected measurements such as waist, hip, rise, inseam and related pattern or Seamless-program references.
How is sports-bra fit controlled?
Relevant points such as underbust, front length, neckline, armhole, straps and pad construction should be defined and physically reviewed for the specific style.
Does MOVEVOX claim sports-bra support ratings?
No unsupported impact or support classification should be inferred without product-specific testing.
What is the OEM MOQ?
Current base references are approximately 100 pcs/style for Seamless and 150 pcs/style for Cut-and-Sew. Materials, colors, dyeing, branding and packaging may increase the effective MOQ.
How long does standard sampling normally take?
Standard samples typically take about 5–10 working days after the required development information has been confirmed.
Can MOVEVOX support custom colors?
Color requirements can be reviewed project by project. Custom dyeing may involve approximately 400–600 garment-equivalent pieces per dye lot depending on material and structure.
Can MOVEVOX handle private-label branding?
MOVEVOX can support project requirements such as logos, main/size/care labels, hangtags and packaging.
Can MOVEVOX review printing, embroidery or other decoration?
Specific decoration requirements can be reviewed by project. Actual method, production route, material compatibility and MOQ must be confirmed rather than assumed.
How does the approved sample move into bulk?
The intended process links the current Tech Pack, approved material, fit, pattern or Seamless program, artwork and physical approval into pre-production and First Article review.
How are repeat orders controlled?
Later production should be reviewed against current specification, material, pattern/program, artwork, packaging and applicable production-site requirements.
What production capacity can MOVEVOX support?
Current stable managed finished-garment capacity is approximately 150,000–200,000 pieces per month across the controlled manufacturing system.
Can MOVEVOX review an NDA?
Yes. Buyer-provided NDA requirements can be reviewed before confidential project information is exchanged where needed.
Can our company audit the factory?
MOVEVOX can discuss buyer-defined qualification requirements for the Yiwu core facility. No unsupported blanket third-party audit-pass claim is made.

QUALIFIED OEM INQUIRY
Start Your OEM Gym Wear Supplier Review
Send the technical and commercial information you already have so MOVEVOX can determine whether your gym-wear program fits its development and manufacturing capabilities.
For specification-led OEM projects, the strongest starting point is your current Tech Pack. You may also include an approved physical sample, measurement chart, material or yarn reference, color requirement, artwork, branding and packaging requirements, style quantity, size/color structure and target timing.
For leggings or sports bras, include the current measurement standard and any approved physical fit reference where available. If specialist decoration is required, identify the intended method or required visual result so material compatibility, production route and MOQ can be reviewed.
Established brands may also identify NDA requirements, approved production-site restrictions, factory-audit expectations, buyer-appointed inspection requirements, product-specific testing requirements and replenishment expectations.
The purpose of the initial review is to determine whether MOVEVOX can manufacture the product responsibly, where its actual capability fits the program, and what needs to be resolved before development or production.
