Custom Yoga Sets Manufacturer for Activewear Brands
Develop proprietary yoga sets from your Tech Packs, authorized samples or defined product concepts through seamless and cut-and-sew manufacturing, controlled sampling and scalable bulk production.
MOVEVOX supports yoga, Pilates and activewear brands that need more than stock products with a logo. We help translate brand requirements into sports bras, leggings, shorts, tanks and related yoga products while coordinating material, fit, color, construction, branding and packaging across the set.

Custom yoga-set development supported by MOVEVOX product development, manufacturing and quality systems.
Custom Means Changing the Product—Not Only Adding a Logo
A custom yoga-set project can begin at different levels. Not every brand needs a completely new product, but buyers should understand exactly which variables are being customized before comparing manufacturers.
Branding Customization
Apply the buyer’s identity to an established product basis through logo, main label, care label, size label, hangtag and packaging.
Material & Color Customization
Adjust fabric or yarn selection, GSM direction, hand feel, stock or custom color and applicable surface or finishing direction.
Product Customization
Change product variables such as waistband, strap, neckline, garment length, pocket, padding and selected construction details.
Full Product Development
Develop pattern or seamless program, measurements, fit, grading, construction and product-specific material requirements from buyer-owned specifications or an authorized reference.

Start at the Level Your Product Requires
MOVEVOX can review the available technical input and identify which variables need buyer approval before sample development begins.
Built for Brands That Need Their Own Yoga Product Standard
MOVEVOX is best aligned with buyers that already have a defined product direction and need a manufacturing partner capable of turning that direction into samples, approved standards and repeatable commercial production.
Established Yoga and Activewear Brands
You may already have Tech Packs, measurement standards, approved materials or existing bestselling styles. Your supplier decision is less about choosing from a factory catalog and more about whether a new manufacturing partner can reproduce your product intent without losing fit, material or construction standards.
- Second-source development
- Existing-product transfer
- New custom SKUs
- Formal QC and supplier qualification
Growing DTC Yoga Brands
You may have one proven legging, bra or studio product and now need to expand it into a proprietary collection. MOVEVOX can help develop related products while preserving the decisions that should remain consistent across the brand, such as color direction, material platform, labels and packaging.
- Matching bra or shorts
- Seasonal colors
- Product-specific fit development
- Repeat-order scalability
Brands Entering Yoga or Studio Categories
Your company may already manufacture sportswear but need a supplier with stronger yoga, seamless or softer-activewear development capability. MOVEVOX can work from existing brand standards while reviewing which specifications need to change for the new product architecture.
- Yoga-specific material direction
- New silhouette development
- Seamless capability
- Multi-SKU studio capsules

Seven Risks to Check Before Approving a Custom Yoga Set Manufacturer
Custom manufacturing introduces development and version-control risks that a visually strong first sample does not automatically solve.
Sample-to-Bulk Drift
Material, measurements, construction or branding can gradually move away from the approved sample if the final standard is not formally transferred into production.
Verify: Ask how approved samples become first-article and bulk references.
Wrong Hand Feel or Poor Recovery
Two fabrics with similar fiber composition can still behave differently in softness, stretch, recovery, weight or surface.
Verify: Ask how the actual approved material is identified and controlled.
Opacity Under Movement
A material may look sufficiently opaque when relaxed but behave differently when extended around the hips or during deep studio movement.
Verify: Ask how opacity is evaluated together with fit and extension.
Top-and-Bottom Color Mismatch
Different yarns and fabrics can produce visibly different results from the same nominal color reference.
Verify: Ask how physical cross-SKU color approval is handled.
Fit Inconsistency
A sports bra and legging can both be technically within their own specifications but still feel unrelated if the collection does not follow one coherent size and fit language.
Verify: Ask how SKU-specific fit is coordinated across the brand size system.
Uncontrolled Production Transfer
Moving a product to another facility without formal technical and material handover increases execution risk.
Verify: Ask how production-site allocation and changes are authorized and controlled.

Develop the Collection as One Program Without Treating Every SKU the Same
A custom yoga collection can share selected brand-level decisions while every garment retains its own fit, construction, support and sample-approval requirements.
Hero Legging
Often establishes an initial material, waist, fit and color direction. Shared decisions can guide the collection, while waist, hip, rise, inseam, gusset and construction remain legging-specific.
Matching Sports Bra
Extends the collection into upper-body product development. Color and material family can be coordinated, while band, bust, straps, coverage and padding remain bra-specific.
Yoga Shorts
Extends the bottom platform while introducing independent inseam, leg-opening and proportion requirements.
Tank or Fitted Top
Adds a separate neckline, armhole, width and body-length system while following the collection’s visual language.
Long Sleeve or Layer
Supports seasonal expansion while reusing appropriate collection-level color, logo, label and packaging decisions.
Build Custom Sets Around Product Function and Brand Consistency
The products can share material direction, color and branding while each garment retains the structure and fit required for its own body area.

Sports Bra + Leggings
A core yoga combination where products can share a color and material direction while bra support and bottom fit remain independently engineered.
- Custom variables: Bra straps / coverage · Waistband · Length · Fabric · Logo placement

Sports Bra + Shorts
Suitable for studio and warmer-season programs with separate bra-support, shorts-inseam and leg-opening decisions.
- Custom variables: Bra construction · Short inseam · Leg opening · Waist · Branding

Tank + Leggings
Supports greater upper-body coverage while preserving coordinated color and material direction.
- Custom variables: Neckline · Armholes · Top length · Legging fit · Logo scale

Long Sleeve + Leggings
Supports seasonal and studio-to-athleisure collections with separate sleeve and bottom specifications.
- Custom variables: Sleeve fit · Body length · Material weight · Legging structure · Color

Three-Piece Studio Capsule
Combines a bra, bottom and layer under one brand system while keeping individual SKU approvals.
- Custom variables: Shared palette · Related material platform · Product-specific fit · Coordinated labels and packaging
Product context: Yoga Sets · Sports Bras · Leggings
Select the Manufacturing Route by Product Architecture
A custom yoga collection can combine seamless and cut-and-sew products. The correct route depends on the intended structure, fit and design rather than which process is easier for the factory.
| Decision Area | Seamless | Cut-and-Sew |
|---|---|---|
| Engineering Basis | Yarn, knitted structure and machine program | Fabric, pattern, cutting and sewing |
| Texture | Rib, mesh, jacquard and engineered zones | Primarily material and panel driven |
| Compression | Knitted density and zone structure | Fabric recovery and negative ease |
| Pockets | Structure-dependent | Flexible pocket construction |
| Panels | More constrained | High design freedom |
| Straps / Binding | Structure-dependent | Flexible pattern and trim options |
| Gussets | Program-dependent | Flexible pattern structure |
| Fit Control | Yarn + program + garment dimensions | Pattern + grade + fabric behavior |
| Typical Yoga Products | Leggings, bras, shorts, tanks, seamless sets | Leggings, bras, tanks, shorts, layering pieces |
| Regular Custom Starting Reference | Approx. 100 pcs/style | Approx. 150 pcs/style |
Customize the Knitted Structure—not Only the Color
MOVEVOX’s own seamless system includes 28 Italian Santoni machines. Custom development can involve yarn, structure, dimensions and engineered zones rather than only selecting an existing style.

Rib Structure
Rib can change visual texture, extension and containment around waistbands or selected body areas.
Mesh Zone
Engineered mesh can create differentiated openness and visual structure within the knitted garment.
Compression Zone
Localized density can alter containment, but the final result still depends on yarn, dimensions and body interaction.
Jacquard
Graphic or brand structures can be integrated into the knitting program where product requirements allow.
Support Band
Denser knitted areas can be developed around selected support regions of bras or tops.
Hem and Opening
Knitted openings require controlled elasticity to avoid excessive local pressure or visible deformation.
Use Pattern-Based Development for Greater Construction Freedom
Cut-and-sew development supports custom straps, waistbands, pockets, panels, bra structures and layering products where pattern and construction freedom are required.

Overlock
Used for joining suitable stretch panels and finishing garment edges.
Typical Use: Internal stretch seams
Control Focus: Extension, tension and consistency

Flatlock
Can reduce seam bulk in selected fitted activewear applications.
Typical Use: Leggings, bras and fitted tops
Control Focus: Width, coverage and opening under stretch

Coverstitch
Used for selected hems and stretch openings.
Typical Use: Tops, bras and bottoms
Control Focus: Extension and edge stability

Binding
Can create clean necklines, armholes and selected garment openings.
Typical Use: Sports bras and tanks
Control Focus: Width, tension and comfort

Panel Construction
Allows shaped product lines, contouring and color blocking.
Typical Use: Leggings, shorts, bras and tops
Control Focus: Symmetry and seam placement

Pocket Construction
Provides greater flexibility for side or waistband storage.
Typical Use: Yoga / activewear crossover bottoms
Control Focus: Placement, opening recovery and security

Bra Construction
Cut-and-sew bras can combine fabric panels, elastics, binding and padding according to project requirements.
Typical Use: Structured sports bras
Control Focus: Band fit, straps, symmetry and coverage
Define Material by Product Experience, Not Fiber Percentage Alone
The same fiber percentages can produce different products. Custom yoga material selection should consider composition together with GSM, hand feel, stretch, recovery, opacity, surface and final garment fit.

Naked-Feel / Soft Direction
Development Reference: Approx. 75–82% nylon / 18–25% spandex / 200–240 GSM
Evaluate: Hand feel, coverage, recovery and fit.

General High-Stretch Direction
Development Reference: Approx. 70–85% nylon/polyester / 15–30% spandex / 180–280 GSM
Evaluate: Stretch balance, recovery and intended garment structure.

Compression-Oriented Direction
Development Reference: Approx. 65–78% nylon/polyester / 22–35% spandex / 230–320 GSM
Evaluate: Recovery, product measurements and wearer pressure.

Brushed Direction
Development Reference: Approx. 75–82% nylon/polyester / 18–25% spandex / 210–270 GSM
Evaluate: Pilling, surface appearance, recovery and hand feel.

Seamless Yarn Direction
Development Reference: Approx. 80–94% nylon/polyester / 6–20% spandex
Evaluate: Yarn behavior, knitted density, structure, elasticity and sample fit.
Custom Stretch Only Works When the Product Recovers Correctly
High stretch alone does not define a suitable yoga product. Recovery, garment dimensions and body interaction determine whether the product returns toward its intended shape after movement.
Naked-Feel Direction
Designed around a softer wearing sensation and mobility.
Evaluate
- Extension
- Recovery
- Waist stability
- Knee shape
- Body comfort
Soft Compression Direction
A firmer direction where the product is intended to provide more containment without becoming unnecessarily restrictive.
Evaluate
- Recovery
- Negative ease
- Waist hold
- Pressure perception
- Movement
Brushed Direction
Surface brushing changes the tactile experience and can affect appearance during repeated use.
Evaluate
- Recovery
- Surface stability
- Pilling
- Shape retention
Seamless Direction
Elastic behavior depends on yarn, knitted density, differentiated zones, garment dimensions and finishing rather than one fabric specification.
Evaluate
- Zone extension
- Body fit
- Waist structure
- Return after stretch
Actual material-test or approved-material data is required for any numerical performance score
Treat Opacity as an Engineered Garment Result

Coverage cannot be judged from a relaxed swatch alone. Material density, color, stretch state, negative ease, fit and garment structure all influence the final result.
Material Density
Higher GSM or density can contribute to coverage, but neither one guarantees opacity by itself.
Evidence: Material specification plus garment evaluation.
Color
Light colors and some saturated shades may require more careful review than dark colors on the same substrate.
Evidence: Actual approved color sample.
Stretch State
A material can appear opaque when relaxed and become more transparent under hip extension, bending or deep studio movement.
Evidence: Product evaluation under representative extension.
Fit
Excessive negative ease can force the material beyond the extension level intended during development.
Evidence: Measurement standard and Fit Sample.
Garment Structure
Gussets, seams, panels and seamless zones change how tension is distributed through the garment.
Evidence: Finished product sample.
Customize Waistband Structure Around Fit, Hold and Comfort
Waistband design should be reviewed together with material recovery, product dimensions, body proportions and the intended yoga or studio use.

Seamless Rib Waist
An engineered rib structure can provide differentiated containment within a seamless program. Review rib density, waist dimensions, recovery and wearer pressure.
High-Rise Cut-and-Sew Waist
A higher waistband can provide greater torso coverage. Review rise, elastic behavior, negative ease and roll tendency.
Double-Layer Waist
Two layers of stretch fabric can create a cleaner structure. Review bulk, recovery, seam placement and comfort.
Contoured Waist
A shaped pattern can follow waist-to-hip proportions more closely. Review pattern balance, side-seam alignment and grading.
Pocket Waist Structure
Selected bottoms can integrate waistband storage where the architecture allows it. Review pocket dimensions, opening stability and local bulk.
Customize the Brand Fit Without Forcing Every Product Into One Size Chart
A sports bra, tank, legging and short can share one commercial size language while each SKU retains its own measurements, grading and fit approval.
| Brand Size | Sports Bra | Tank / Top | Leggings | Shorts | Validation |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| XS | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Project-specific |
| S | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Project-specific |
| M | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Base / project-specific |
| L | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Project-specific |
| XL | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Project-specific |
Sports Bra Fit
Relevant POM can include band, bust, strap position, coverage and body length depending on product structure.
Top Fit
Tanks and fitted tops require neckline, armhole, width, length and shoulder considerations.
Legging Fit
Waist, hip, rise, inseam and leg dimensions need independent bottom specifications.
Short Fit
Shorts add inseam and leg-opening requirements to the bottom fit system.

Develop Custom Color on the Actual Materials Used in the Set
A Pantone reference defines a target direction, but different yarns, fabrics, weights and finishes can produce different visual results.

Color Reference
Begin with a Pantone, physical swatch or other buyer-approved standard.

Material Route
Fiber, knit structure, surface and finishing can change how the target color appears.

Lab Dip
Custom-dyed materials may require a physical Lab Dip or comparable approval sample where applicable.

Viewing
Materials intended to appear together should be physically compared under agreed viewing conditions.
Approval
The approved physical reference becomes tied to the relevant substrate and SKU.
Bulk Lot
Production material is compared with the approved reference while applicable dye lots remain identifiable.
Publishable Lab Dip / bulk-shade comparison evidence
Keep the Approved Custom Material Connected to the Bulk Product
A material approval only protects the product when the approved specification remains identifiable through purchasing, incoming control, SKU allocation and shipment.

Material Approval
Record applicable composition, GSM, hand feel, color, stretch direction and other project requirements.
Supplier Order
MOVEVOX sourcing coordinates purchasing against the approved requirement rather than allowing each production facility to choose a similar material independently.
Lot Identification
Applicable material or dye lots remain identifiable during the production cycle.
Incoming Check
Project-relevant checks can include color, GSM, shrinkage, elasticity and appearance before release.
SKU Allocation
Approved materials are assigned to the relevant styles and orders.
Production Use
Assigned production facilities work from issued material requirements and current product information.
Shipment Link
PO, SKU and shipment information supports later investigation where material questions arise.
A real anonymized Material Lot → SKU → Inspection → PO → Shipment chain is required

Use Each Sample Round to Close Defined Product Risks
Revision is a normal part of custom product development. The risk is not having revisions; the risk is allowing changes to become uncontrolled or disconnected from the approved product version.

Development Sample
Converts approved development input into the first physical version.
Buyer Inputs: Product brief; Material direction; Critical requirements
MOVEVOX Outputs: First sample version; Initial internal review
Pass Criterion: Product structure is viable and major open points are identified.

Fit Sample
Evaluates body proportions, waistband, coverage, support and movement.
Buyer Inputs: Fit comments; Target wearing experience
MOVEVOX Outputs: Updated pattern / program; Revised measurements
Pass Criterion: Base fit meets the intended direction.

Revised Sample
Confirms corrections from the previous development round.
Buyer Inputs: Consolidated revision comments
MOVEVOX Outputs: Controlled revised product version
Pass Criterion: Critical issues are closed without creating new unacceptable changes.

Size Set
Checks whether the approved fit concept transfers through selected commercial sizes.
Buyer Inputs: Grade rules; Critical sizes
MOVEVOX Outputs: Representative size samples
Pass Criterion: Size progression remains consistent with the buyer size system.

PP Set
Establishes the final pre-production references and allows collection-level review for hand feel, color relationship, waistband, logo scale and overall visual coordination.
Buyer Inputs: Final unresolved approvals and branding / packing documents
MOVEVOX Outputs: PP samples / production references
Pass Criterion: Individual products and set-level variables are ready for controlled bulk production.
Development Is Not Complete Until the Critical Variables Are Approved
Each SKU has its own fit approval.
An approved legging does not automatically approve the matching bra or top.
The material is approved on the intended product.
Composition alone does not define hand feel, GSM, stretch, recovery or opacity.
Top and bottom have been physically reviewed for color coordination.
One color code is not sufficient evidence across different substrates.
Construction is locked.
Waistband, seams, straps, panels, pockets and knitted zones follow the current approved version.
Branding is garment-specific.
Logo method, dimensions and placement are controlled for each product.
Packaging information is final.
Size, color, barcode, label, set pairing and carton information are confirmed before bulk packing.

Reduce Unnecessary Complexity Before Negotiating the Lowest MOQ
Custom development choices affect sourcing minimums, sample activity, production setup, lead time and commercial cost. The objective is to protect valuable product differentiation while identifying complexity that adds little buyer value.
| Requirement | Likely Commercial Effect | Practical Question |
|---|---|---|
| More SKUs | More development and production coordination | Can products share one material platform? |
| More Colors | Smaller quantity per color and more material complexity | Which colors are launch-critical? |
| Custom Dye | May trigger material / dye-lot minimums | Can an approved existing color work for the first run? |
| New Fabric | Additional sourcing and validation | Is a suitable existing platform available? |
| New Pattern | Requires full sample and fit development | Which features truly need new pattern work? |
| Special Logo Process | Adds component and process requirements | Is the chosen process essential to brand identity? |
| Unique Packaging | Adds component MOQ and packing complexity | Can one packaging architecture cover several SKUs? |
| Very Small Size Splits | Reduces efficient quantity per production size | Is the size ratio commercially realistic? |
Separate Garment MOQ From Material and Color Minimums
A meaningful custom MOQ must distinguish the garment style from material, dye-lot, component and packaging minimums.
Pilot Seamless Program
MOVEVOX’s normal custom starting reference is approximately 100 pieces per seamless style under suitable project conditions. A seamless bra and seamless legging still need SKU-level quantity review.
Quantity: ≈100 pcs/style starting reference
Review: Colors, sizes, yarn, branding
Pilot Cut-and-Sew Program
The regular custom starting reference is approximately 150 pieces per cut-and-sew style under suitable material and process conditions.
Quantity: ≈150 pcs/style starting reference
Review: Fabric, colors, sizes, trims, packaging
Repeat / Scale Program
Larger programs are reviewed according to actual materials, SKU structure, capacity and target delivery rather than one universal public MOQ.
Quantity: Project-specific
Review: Material booking, facility allocation, QC and delivery

Carry Custom Fit Into Bulk Through Defined Measurement Control
Custom fit only becomes production control when POM, specification, tolerance, measurement method, actual result and disposition are understood together.
POM Definition
Measurement points should be defined clearly so development and production teams measure the same location.
Specification
The target should come from the current approved buyer document.
Tolerance
Buyer-defined tolerances take priority where provided.
Measurement Method
High-stretch garments require consistent handling and relaxation before measurement.
Actual Result
Measurements should reflect the garment as inspected rather than being deliberately stretched to force a passing value.
Trend Review
Inline data can help identify process drift even if individual garments remain inside tolerance.
Disposition
Out-of-tolerance results require an action such as hold, investigation, rework, screening or another agreed response.

Use Compliance Evidence Only for What It Actually Proves
A third-party test result for one sample or material should not be converted into a blanket certification claim for every custom yoga set or production lot.

RoHS Tested Yoga-Legging Sample
A third-party report dated April 30, 2025 identifies Yiwu Chenjin Import And Export Co., Ltd. as applicant and manufacturer and describes the submitted sample as black “fitness yoga leggings.” The report records compliance of that submitted sample with the referenced RoHS 2.0 limits.
Applicable Scope: Black fitness yoga leggings sample identified in report TST20250405148E.
MOVEVOX Position: Do not rewrite this evidence as “all MOVEVOX yoga products are RoHS compliant.”

REACH Phthalate Test
A separate report dated April 30, 2025 covers black fabric from the submitted fitness yoga leggings and records a Pass against the referenced REACH Annex XVII Entry 51 and 52 phthalate requirements.
Applicable Scope: Tested black fabric identified in report TST20250405150E.
MOVEVOX Position: Different materials, colors or future production require applicability review.

Certificate Limitation
Certificate TST20250405148EC is associated with the RoHS test report and explicitly states that it applies only to the tested sample and does not imply assessment of the whole production.
Applicable Scope: Tested sample only.
MOVEVOX Position: Do not describe the complete factory as “RoHS certified.”
Buyer-Specific Standards
Large brands may require their own chemical, physical-performance, restricted-substance or finished-garment testing. MOVEVOX can cooperate with customer-specified or suitable third-party laboratories according to the project.
Applicable Scope: Actual product, sample, material and method used for the buyer program.
U.S. Activewear Project From Tech Pack to Revised Samples and Repeat Bulk
A U.S.-based fitness customer worked with MOVEVOX across multiple women’s activewear products including sets, leggings, shorts, sports bras, tanks and one-piece products.

Customer Background
The customer is a U.S.-based fitness creator operating an activewear business. Product requirements included high stretch, support, opacity, soft hand feel and extended-size considerations across multiple women’s activewear categories.
Development Challenge
The customer provided her own Tech Pack. The first physical version did not fully meet her intended training-use requirements, so the product required another controlled sample round before bulk. Later orders also included custom labels, logos, care labels, inserts, packaging and different QR information by product color and size.
MOVEVOX Development Response
MOVEVOX reviewed the technical package and created the first sample. After receiving user feedback, the product was revised into a second version. Once the revised direction was substantially accepted, approximately 5–10 additional samples were prepared for practical testing before the customer committed to bulk production.
1. Tech Pack
Customer technical input becomes the initial development basis.
2. Revision
The first sample is reviewed and revised according to actual product-use feedback.
3. User Testing
Approximately 5–10 samples are prepared for practical evaluation before bulk.
4. Private-Label Execution
The approved direction enters commercial manufacturing with confirmed logo, labels and packaging.
5. SKU Packing Control
Color- and size-specific QR information is checked against the actual garment.

Spain Case From Sample Qualification to Repeat and Scale
This relationship progressed from initial sample evaluation into private-label execution, repeat purchasing and higher-volume production support.

Sample Evaluation
The customer first purchased available samples and reviewed fabric, workmanship, product details and overall quality before moving into customized commercial production.
Sample Review
Brand Setup
After sample acceptance, the customer requested customized care labels, tags, packaging and logo. MOVEVOX recommended a silicone-logo approach and matte zipper-bag packaging for this specific program.
Brand Setup
1,200 Pieces
The first commercial order was 1,200 pieces. The source case records that the first batch was completed within 15 days, with part shipped by air and the remainder by sea.
1,200 PiecesAdditional 1,200 Pieces
Before receiving the first bulk shipment, the customer placed another order for 1,200 pieces using the same confirmed product processes and packaging.
+1,200 PiecesApproximately Two Orders per Month
The relationship developed into approximately two orders per month according to the case record.
Repeat ProgramApproximately Three Times Normal Volume
During one May order, required volume increased to approximately three times the customer’s normal quantity. MOVEVOX added production-line resources to support the order.
≈3× VolumeSelected-Style Stock Planning
Later, MOVEVOX began holding selected inventory for this specific customer, with the source case describing approximately 1,500 pieces per color.
