Custom Fitness Apparel Manufacturer
Develop custom fitness apparel from your Tech Pack, reference product or concept through controlled sampling, manufacturing and private-label production.
- Develop from a full or incomplete Tech Pack, legal reference sample, sketch, image or defined product concept.
- Select Seamless or Cut-and-Sew according to the actual product structure and manufacturing requirement.
- Standard samples typically take about 5–10 working days after key development details are confirmed.
- Coordinate fabric, fit, color, branding, packaging, production and QC through one accountable project system.

Custom Fitness Manufacturing for Brands Building Their Own Products
MOVEVOX is most relevant to fitness and activewear brands that need more than ready-made garments with a logo. We support brands developing their own product specifications, materials, fit, colors, construction, branding and repeat-production standards across Seamless and Cut-and-Sew manufacturing.
Your Product
Different starting inputs can enter technical review, but the objective is consistent: create a product standard that can be sampled, approved and transferred into commercial production.
Your Customization
Customization can extend beyond color and logo to fabric or yarn, fit, measurements, construction, color, logo, labels and retail packaging.
Your Manufacturing Route
Products are evaluated for Seamless or Cut-and-Sew execution according to their actual construction rather than forcing a whole collection through one manufacturing method.
Your Growth Path
The system is designed to support development, first commercial orders, additional SKUs and repeat programs. See our Product Development capabilities.
Built Around the Sourcing Tasks of Established Fitness Brands
Mature fitness brands rarely manage one isolated SKU. They need suppliers that can support new development, supplier qualification, multi-product collections and repeat programs without losing the approved product standard.
New Collection Development
Coordinate leggings, sports bras, shorts, tanks, T-shirts, long sleeves and sets around controlled material, color, fit and branding decisions.
Second Supplier Qualification
Enter through technical review, sampling and controlled commercial validation when your brand needs another source for capacity, category expansion or supply-risk management.
Supplier Replacement
Re-establish measurements, materials, construction, branding, packaging and quality references before treating an existing product as ready for transfer.
Repeat and Scale Programs
Reuse approved specifications, materials, production references and QC history so repeat orders do not restart development from zero.
Is MOVEVOX the Right Fit for Your Fitness Apparel Program?
Supplier fit depends on more than product category. Manufacturing route, development input, customization depth, MOQ, order structure and repeat potential all affect whether MOVEVOX is a practical match.
| Fit Level | Project Profile | MOVEVOX Position |
|---|---|---|
| Best Fit | Established or growing fitness/activewear brands with Tech Packs, reference products or clear development requirements | Strong fit for custom development, Seamless and Cut-and-Sew manufacturing, private label, multi-SKU programs and repeat production |
| Best Fit | Projects combining leggings, sports bras, shorts, tanks, T-shirts, long sleeves or fitness sets | Relevant to MOVEVOX's established activewear product and manufacturing systems |
| Can Support | Initial commercial orders that meet applicable garment, material, color and branding minimums | Suitable when the product can be executed within confirmed technical and commercial conditions |
| Can Support | Incomplete Tech Pack, legal reference garment, sketch or defined product concept | Can enter technical review before the final development route is confirmed |
| Requires Review | Custom-dyed materials, very fragmented SKU structures or unusual construction at low quantities | Material MOQ, process stability, cost and production efficiency need project-specific evaluation |
| Requires Review | Complex products outside MOVEVOX's established core activewear range | Capability should be confirmed through technical and manufacturability review before quotation or delivery commitment |
Boundary: MOVEVOX does not accept counterfeit or intentionally infringing product requests. Technical possibility alone does not mean every project should be accepted.
Two Practical Paths Into Custom Fitness Apparel Development
The correct development path depends on how much product information your team already controls. MOVEVOX separates specification-led OEM execution from development-led projects so responsibilities remain clear.

OEM From Your Tech Pack
When your team already has a complete or largely complete Tech Pack, MOVEVOX reviews drawings, measurements, materials, construction, colors, branding and packaging before sampling. Missing or conflicting information is raised for confirmation. Your brand retains ownership of the product direction and final approval; MOVEVOX focuses on manufacturing translation, sample execution and controlled bulk production.

Development-Led Support
When the project begins from a legal reference garment, sketch, images or a defined concept, MOVEVOX can help translate the direction into measurements, material options, product structure, manufacturing route, branding and sample requirements. The customer defines the brand and product direction, while MOVEVOX supports engineering, manufacturability, sampling and industrial execution.
Custom Fitness Apparel Is More Than Logo Application
A complete custom program connects product engineering, material and color decisions, brand identity and retail packaging. Each layer can create its own approval, MOQ and production requirements.

Product Customization
The garment comes first: product category, fit, material or yarn, measurements, construction, color and manufacturing route create the technical foundation.
- Fabric or yarn
- Fit and measurements
- Construction
- Custom color

Brand Customization
MOVEVOX can coordinate common logo and identification elements. Artwork, position, size, color and production method need approval before bulk.

Retail Execution
Packaging becomes part of order control when different sizes, colors and SKUs require specific labels, barcodes or packs.
- Custom packaging
- Barcode / sticker
- Carton mark
Key Facts for Initial Supplier Screening
These figures are current supplier-evaluation references. Actual feasibility still depends on the specific product, material, customization level, SKU structure, approval status and production window.

Where Custom Fitness Apparel Programs Commonly Lose Control
Custom development creates more variables than ready-stock sourcing. Materials, fit, versions, branding, production sites and commercial minimums all need to remain controlled from sample approval into bulk.
Material Changes Alter the Product
A visually similar fabric may behave differently in stretch, recovery, handfeel, appearance, opacity or sewing.
CONTROLMaterial references and proposed substitutions are reviewed before production use.
Fit Decisions Get Lost Between Versions
Sample comments can fail when an old measurement chart, previous pattern or outdated Seamless program remains active.
CONTROLApproved changes should be incorporated into the current technical, pattern or program version before the next approval stage.
Custom MOQ Is Misunderstood
The garment may have a relatively flexible base MOQ while custom dyeing, special materials, logos or packaging create higher upstream supplier minimums.
CONTROLBase garment MOQ and effective project MOQ are evaluated separately.
A Good Sample Does Not Guarantee Good Bulk
Bulk introduces actual production materials, equipment, operators, lots and line conditions.
CONTROLApproved information moves into pre-production review, First Article, in-line and final inspection.
Fitness Apparel Categories We Develop and Manufacture
MOVEVOX's established activewear system covers core fitness, yoga, gym and athleisure products. The manufacturing route is selected according to actual construction rather than category name alone.

Fitness Leggings
A core category available through Seamless or Cut-and-Sew development. Requirements can include material or yarn, fit, waistband, rise, inseam, color, pockets, knitted zones, logo and retail packaging.

Sports Bras
Sports bras may use Seamless knitted structures or Cut-and-Sew construction. Development can include fit, underbust dimensions, straps or back structures, coverage, pads where applicable, material and branding.

Training Shorts
Fitness shorts can be developed in different lengths and constructions. Waistband, fit, fabric, inseam, panels, pockets, color and branding require defined approval standards.

Biker Shorts
Biker shorts can form part of fitness, studio or activewear collections. Seamless and Cut-and-Sew options are evaluated according to waistband, length, fabric, fit, pocket or panel requirements.

Tanks
Fitness tanks may follow Seamless or Cut-and-Sew routes depending on neckline, armhole, body fit, material and structural requirements.

T-Shirts
Activewear T-shirts can be developed around fit, material, neckline, sleeve proportions, construction, logo and labeling requirements.

Long-Sleeve Tops
Long-sleeve activewear tops can extend a fabric or color platform across a wider collection while keeping body fit, sleeve measurements and branding controlled.

Fitness Sets
Coordinated sets allow leggings, bras, shorts and tops to share selected materials, colors and brand systems while using the manufacturing route appropriate to each product.
Where MOVEVOX Is Strongest—and Where We Review First
A credible fitness-apparel supplier should distinguish established strength from technical possibility. MOVEVOX evaluates category fit according to manufacturing experience, equipment, product structure and production risk.
| Capability Level | Product Direction | MOVEVOX Position |
|---|---|---|
| Core Strength | Leggings, sports bras, yoga/fitness shorts | Established activewear categories relevant to both Seamless and Cut-and-Sew systems |
| Strong Regular | Biker shorts, tanks, T-shirts, long sleeves and coordinated activewear sets | Suitable for recurring multi-SKU activewear programs |
| Capable, Non-Core | Selected jackets, bodysuits, tennis/pickleball and extended activewear products | Can be evaluated but should not automatically be positioned as MOVEVOX's strongest category |
| Technical Review Required | Unusual multi-material products, complex construction or specialized performance requirements | Tech Pack, reference sample, material and required performance need review before capability or commercial terms are confirmed |
| Not Automatically Accepted | Projects outside confirmed manufacturing, legal, compliance or IP boundaries | MOVEVOX may decline or recommend a different approach if the project cannot be responsibly executed |
From Fitness Product Input to Bulk-Ready Specifications
The purpose of development is not only to make a sample. MOVEVOX uses development stages to convert buyer input into approved product information that can later guide manufacturing and quality control.

Input
Development can start from a complete or incomplete Tech Pack, legal physical reference, product images, sketch, concept or fabric reference.

Technical Review
Product structure, measurements, materials, manufacturing route, branding and unresolved questions are reviewed before assumptions become physical samples.

Engineering
The product requirement is translated into pattern or Seamless-program decisions, material references, construction, fit and measurable execution information.

Sample
The appropriate development sample is produced according to the current objective and reviewed internally before customer evaluation.

Revision and Approval
Customer feedback is incorporated into the current version until the required product, fit, Size Set or PP approval stage is reached.

Bulk-Ready Standard
Approved specifications, measurements, material, color, branding and packaging information are transferred into pre-production and QC references.
What We Need to Start Your Fitness Apparel Development
You do not need every technical document for the first discussion. More complete input improves development accuracy, while commercial production requires a controlled final approval package.

Minimum to Start
A project can begin with a Tech Pack, legal reference garment, clear product images, sketch or defined concept. Include the product category, expected quantity, target market, target date and intended customization. If available, also share fit direction, material preference and brand requirements.
Tech Pack-led OEM and development-led ODM can both enter review.

Better for Accurate Development
Development becomes more efficient when the buyer also provides measurements or size information, fabric or yarn reference, Pantone or physical color reference, construction details, logo artwork, label requirements and packaging direction.
See Custom Fabric and Custom Color.

Required Before Bulk
Commercial production should have a current released technical version, approved measurements, material and color references, applicable Approved or PP Sample, branding artwork, labels, packaging and quality requirements. Final quantity, size/color breakdown, delivery requirement and any customer inspection or production-site rules also need confirmation.
What MOVEVOX Reviews Before Custom Sampling
Technical review identifies what can proceed, what requires buyer confirmation and what may affect manufacturability, MOQ, cost or timing before development resources are committed.
Product Structure
We review panels, pockets, waist structures, straps, pads, seams, Seamless zones and other relevant construction details. Conflicting or undefined structures should be identified before sampling.
Fabric or Yarn
The proposed material is reviewed against garment structure, fit, appearance and manufacturing route. Availability, color, supplier MOQ and substitution risks are considered.
Fit and Measurements
Available measurements, POM definitions, reference fit and product proportions are reviewed before pattern or Seamless sizing proceeds.
Manufacturing Route
MOVEVOX evaluates Seamless versus Cut-and-Sew according to actual structure, material, panels, pockets, bra construction and knitted-zone requirements.
Branding and MOQ
Logo method, labels, hangtags, packaging and custom colors can create separate supplier minimums or development conditions.
Risk and Timing
Unresolved technical points, material lead time, sample complexity, quantity and customization are reviewed before a realistic sample or bulk timeline is confirmed.
Can This Fitness Design Be Repeated Reliably in Bulk?
A product can be possible to make once without being ready for stable commercial production. MOVEVOX evaluates material availability, structure, equipment fit, MOQ, quality controls and repeatability before treating a design as bulk-ready.
Green — Ready to Develop
The product uses confirmed materials, structures and manufacturing methods that fit current capabilities. Technical inputs are sufficiently clear to move into sampling with manageable open points.
Yellow — Develop With Review
The product is feasible, but one or more elements require confirmation, adjustment or testing, such as unusual material, complex construction, custom color or highly fragmented SKUs.
Red — Redesign or Decline
A design may be visually achievable but too unstable, commercially impractical or outside confirmed manufacturing boundaries for responsible repeat production.

Commercial Manufacturability
Material minimums, sample iterations, production efficiency and quality-control requirements are part of manufacturability. Technical feasibility alone does not make a project commercially suitable.
Select Fitness Fabrics Around the Product Requirement
Composition alone does not define a fitness fabric. Material should be evaluated with structure, GSM, handfeel, stretch, recovery, opacity, fit, color, construction and commercial requirements.

Nylon + Spandex
A common activewear direction for leggings, bras, shorts and tops. The actual knit structure, weight, handfeel, stretch and recovery still need physical approval.

Polyester + Spandex
Can be evaluated for selected fitness and training products according to structure, weight, stretch, appearance and commercial target.

Seamless Yarn Systems
Yarn works together with machine program, garment size, knitted density and engineered structures. It should be evaluated in the finished knitted product.

Brushed Fabrics
A brushed surface can change softness, thickness, appearance and stretch behavior and may affect pattern, fit, sewing and branding.

Rib Structures
Rib can be created through Cut-and-Sew fabric or Seamless knitting. Direction, density, stretch, recovery and appearance need product-level evaluation.

Textured Structures
Texture can strengthen product identity but may affect dimensions, color appearance, stretch and logo execution.

High-Stretch Materials
High stretch alone does not define good fitness performance. Material still needs review with intended fit, recovery, garment structure and measurement standard.

Customer-Nominated Materials
When the brand specifies a fabric, mill or approved reference, MOVEVOX can review manufacturability, MOQ and production implications. Any alternative should be disclosed and approved.
What "Fit Approved" Should Mean Before Bulk Production
Fitness apparel covers different silhouettes and stretch requirements, but the same principle applies: fit approval needs to become a measurable production standard rather than remaining subjective feedback.
| Stage | Purpose | Controlled Output |
|---|---|---|
| Target Size Direction | Defines target consumer and intended silhouette | Initial size framework |
| POM / Measurement Setup | Defines how dimensions are measured | Current measurement chart |
| Pattern / Seamless Program | Converts measurement intent into garment structure | Development pattern or program |
| Fit Sample | Tests base-size fit and construction | Fit comments |
| Revision | Converts comments into controlled technical changes | Updated measurement / pattern / program |
| Grade Rules | Defines progression between sizes | Size-grading logic |
| Size Set | Verifies selected or full size range | Size-level approval |
| PP / Approved Sample | Confirms the intended production reference | Approved physical standard |
| Bulk Measurement | Checks actual production against specification | Inspection records |
Approval of one base-size sample does not automatically prove every size. Where full-size verification is required, grade rules and Size Set scope should be explicitly defined.
How MOVEVOX Engineers Seamless Fitness Apparel
MOVEVOX's Yiwu core facility operates 28 Italian Santoni machines. Seamless development combines yarn, machine program, garment size, knitted density and engineered structures rather than simply removing visible seams.

Yarn System
Yarn composition, lot and color influence appearance, handfeel, elasticity and knitting behavior. The approved material reference needs to remain linked to the correct product program.
Knitting Program
Machine programs convert product requirements into repeatable structures. Program versions should remain controlled by style and size.
Rib Zones
Rib structures can be engineered into waistbands or selected body areas. Density and stretch are evaluated in the actual yarn and garment program.
Mesh Zones
Mesh can be integrated where required by the design. Placement, openness and stretch need physical approval rather than unsupported performance claims.
Engineered Zones
Texture, jacquard-like structures or local compression zones can be created when suitable for the product and require stronger sampling and consistency control.
Necessary Sewing
Seamless does not mean an absolutely seam-free finished garment. Crotch, shoulder, neckline, pad opening, label or other finishing points may still require sewing.
How Cut-and-Sew Expands Fitness Product Possibilities
MOVEVOX's Yiwu core facility has approximately 24 main sewing and garment-production machines supporting products that require pattern-based construction, panels, pockets, bras or multiple materials.

Pattern Engineering
The approved pattern converts measurement and fit decisions into cuttable garment geometry. Revision control is essential because an outdated pattern can create repeated bulk errors.

Cutting
Fabric direction, stretch behavior and cutting accuracy influence later assembly and fit. Cutting follows the current approved material and pattern.

Overlock
Overlock can be used where the approved garment structure requires joining or edge construction. Execution depends on fabric, thread and stretch behavior.

Flatlock
Flatlock is relevant to selected activewear seams. Alignment, seam appearance, stretch and workmanship should be confirmed through development and production checks.

Coverstitch
Coverstitch or related finishing methods may be used on hems and selected construction points according to the approved product.

Complex Construction
Panels, pockets, straps, pads, binding, elastic or multiple fabrics create additional production and QC points and require clearer BOM and construction references.
Build a Fitness Collection Around Shared Product Standards
Multi-SKU development becomes more manageable when selected products share approved materials, fit language, colors and branding systems while retaining the technical requirements unique to each style.

Shared Fabric Platform
A fitness collection may use one approved material across leggings, shorts or selected tops, or a limited family of related fabrics. Sharing materials can simplify sourcing and consistency, but it should not be forced where different products require different characteristics.

Shared Fit Language
Products can share brand-level fit principles such as rise, waistband depth, body length or silhouette while still requiring individual measurements and validation.

Shared Color System
Common Pantone or physical color targets can improve collection consistency. Different yarns, fabrics and surface structures may still display color differently, so physical approval remains necessary.

Shared Brand Execution
Logo rules, label architecture, hangtags and packaging systems can be reused across multiple products where appropriate. SKU, size, color and barcode mapping still need product-specific control.
Turn an Approved Fitness Product Into Your Brand
Private label execution works best when garment specifications, brand identity and retail packaging remain connected to the same approved SKU information.

Garment Standard
The technical product remains the foundation: material, color, fit, measurements, construction and approved manufacturing route.
- Fabric / yarn
- Fit
- Color
- Construction
- Approved Sample

Retail Packaging
Packing requirements can include product-specific polybags, stickers, barcodes and carton marks and should be mapped to the correct SKU.
- Custom packaging
- Barcode
- Carton mark

Fitness Apparel MOQ Depends on What You Customize
MOVEVOX uses garment base MOQ as the starting point, while materials, colors, branding and packaging can create higher effective order minimums.
| Requirement | Current MOVEVOX Reference | Important Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Seamless Base MOQ | 100 pcs/style | Normal starting point subject to yarn, program, size split and customization |
| Cut-and-Sew Base MOQ | 150 pcs/style | Material, construction and trim requirements still require review |
| Standard Color Allocation | 50 pcs/color | Applies to normal available-color conditions |
| Seamless Size Split | Normally ≥20 pcs/size | Final allocation depends on style and order structure |
| Cut-and-Sew Size Split | Normally ≥10 pcs/size | Final allocation remains product-specific |
| Custom Dyeing | Often around 400–600 garment-equivalent pcs/dye lot | Depends on actual fabric/yarn, structure and supplier conditions |
| Custom Logo | Project-specific | Mold, method, artwork and supplier setup may affect MOQ |
| Labels / Packaging | Project-specific | Printing or packaging supplier minimums may exceed garment MOQ |
The useful sourcing question is not only "What is your MOQ?" but "What is the MOQ for this exact product and level of customization?"

Case: From Tech Pack to Repeat Fitness Apparel Production
An anonymized U.S. fitness customer provides a relevant example of Tech-Pack-led product development, sample revision, real-user testing, private-label execution, complex SKU packaging and repeat commercial production.

Customer Context
The customer operates a fitness-focused personal brand with an audience of more than 30,000 followers and required activewear designed for its own market and fit direction, including products for curvier and plus-size consumers. The program included leggings, shorts, sports bras, tanks and coordinated activewear styles.

Tech Pack Development
The customer supplied its own Tech Packs. MOVEVOX used those technical inputs as the starting point for the first product-development sample. The objective was to execute the customer's intended product rather than select an existing stock style and add branding.

V1 to V2 Revision
After reviewing the first sample, the customer provided practical product feedback. MOVEVOX then produced a second version incorporating the required changes.

Real-User Testing
After the revised direction was accepted, approximately 5–10 units were prepared for the customer to test with followers before larger commercial production.

Private Label and Packaging
The program included custom logo, labels, care labels, packaging instructions and other brand execution. External packaging also required QR-code information linked to the correct product variation.

Bulk and SKU Control
Different colors and sizes required the correct QR information to remain matched to the corresponding garment and package. The documented order pattern was approximately 2,000 pieces per order, with repeat purchasing around twice per month during the relationship.

Long-Term Development
The cooperation continued for approximately three years, with ongoing product development rather than only one initial PO.
Case disclaimer: This is an anonymized customer case. Product quantities, order frequency, development process and commercial results are specific to this documented relationship and are not guarantees for other projects.
Compare Custom Fitness Supplier Models Before You Shortlist
No manufacturing model is automatically best for every fitness program. Buyers should compare the structural strengths and limitations of each supplier against their actual project.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Manufacturing Proximity | May coordinate external factories | Direct to one owned production base | Direct Seamless manufacturing | Direct Cut-and-Sew manufacturing | Yiwu core factory + controlled capacity |
| Seamless | Depends on network | Depends on equipment | Core specialization | Usually external | 28 Santoni machines at core facility |
| Cut-and-Sew | Depends on network | Depends on equipment | Usually external | Core specialization | ~24 main garment machines at core facility |
| Multi-Route Collection | Possible through coordination | Limited by equipment | Requires second manufacturing route | Requires second route for Seamless | Both routes managed through one project system |
| Custom Development | Varies | Usually tied to local factory skills | Strongest within Seamless | Strongest within sewn construction | Tech Pack / reference / concept development across both routes |
| Initial MOQ | Depends on selected factory | Depends on factory | Depends on program and yarn | Depends on fabric and construction | Base 100 Seamless / 150 Cut-and-Sew, subject to effective custom MOQ |
| Scale-Up | Depends on network control | Limited by single-site capacity | Strong within Seamless | Strong within Cut-and-Sew | Core standard-setting + controlled extended capacity |
| Supply-Chain Transparency | Must be verified | Simple if production remains on-site | Must verify outsourcing | Must verify outsourcing | Core/satellite roles disclosed |
| Single Accountability | One commercial interface | One factory | One Seamless supplier | One Cut-and-Sew supplier | One MOVEVOX project responsibility chain |
| Auditability | Actual production sites must be identified | Direct factory audit possible | Direct audit of relevant site | Direct audit of relevant site | Core factory verification + relevant site transparency |
This table describes common supplier-model characteristics, not universal judgments about individual companies. Buyers should verify each supplier against its own current evidence.
Custom Fitness Apparel Manufacturer Evaluation Checklist
Use this framework when comparing MOVEVOX with other manufacturers. The objective is to evaluate development, manufacturing and control capability rather than selecting a supplier only by headline MOQ or unit price.
| Evaluation Area | Questions to Ask | Evidence to Request |
|---|---|---|
| Customization Depth | Is customization limited to logo and packaging? Can fabric, color, fit and construction be changed? Can the supplier execute a full Tech Pack? | Custom samples, Tech Pack execution records |
| Product Breadth | Which fitness products are core categories? Which products are only technically possible? Can one supplier support several collection SKUs? | Real production and product records |
| Development Capability | Can the supplier start from Tech Pack, sample or concept? How are open questions documented? How are revisions and approvals controlled? | Review sheets, sample records |
| Fabric and Fit | How are materials evaluated? Are POM, fit samples, grading and Size Sets controlled? What happens when fabric changes? | Fabric references, measurements, fit records |
| Manufacturing Route | Does the supplier understand Seamless and Cut-and-Sew? Where will each SKU be manufactured? Can the selected route be verified? | Equipment and factory evidence |
| MOQ and Commercial Fit | Is the published MOQ a garment MOQ or full custom-project MOQ? What upstream materials or branding increase the minimum? | MOQ logic and quotation assumptions |
| Sample-to-Bulk Control | What becomes the approved production standard? Is a First Article checked? How are bulk changes approved? | Handover and First Article records |
| Quality | What happens before, during and after production? How are failed goods held or reworked? Is CAPA used for significant issues? | QC plan and inspection records |
| Capacity | Is stated capacity theoretical or stable? Can the supplier support repeat and multi-SKU orders? How is the actual production window checked? | WIP and historical production records |
| Confidentiality and Governance | Can the supplier sign an NDA? Where is production actually allocated? Can production sites change without customer approval? | NDA, site and allocation rules |
Frequently Asked Questions About Custom Fitness Apparel Manufacturing
Can MOVEVOX manufacture fully custom fitness apparel?
Yes. MOVEVOX can support customization involving material or yarn, color, fit, measurements, construction, logo, labels and packaging. Projects may begin from a complete or incomplete Tech Pack, legal reference garment, sketch, product image or defined concept. The development route depends on the maturity of the starting information.
What fitness products can MOVEVOX manufacture?
MOVEVOX's established activewear range includes leggings, sports bras, fitness/yoga shorts, biker shorts, tanks, T-shirts, long sleeves and coordinated activewear sets. Some products can follow either Seamless or Cut-and-Sew development, depending on their actual structure.
Can you work from our Tech Pack?
Yes. MOVEVOX can review technical drawings, measurements, materials, construction, branding and packaging requirements. Missing or conflicting information should be resolved through technical questions before the product is treated as ready for approval or bulk production.
Can you develop from a reference sample or concept?
Yes, provided the reference can legally be used. MOVEVOX can review a physical product, images, sketch or defined concept and help translate the product direction into measurements, material, construction and sample requirements. The customer remains responsible for brand direction and final approval.
What is the difference between OEM and development-led support?
OEM is most suitable when the buyer already owns a sufficiently defined product specification or Tech Pack. Development-led support begins from less complete input and requires more manufacturing translation before sampling. MOVEVOX does not position development-led work as unlimited free design.
What is your MOQ?
The current base MOQ is approximately 100 pieces per style for Seamless and 150 pieces per style for Cut-and-Sew under normal conditions. Effective MOQ can increase when custom dyeing, special fabrics, molded branding, labels or packaging create higher supplier minimums.
How long does sample development take?
A standard sample typically takes about 5–10 working days after the required development information is confirmed. Complex construction, custom materials, special colors or additional revisions may extend the total development time.
Can you manufacture both Seamless and Cut-and-Sew fitness apparel?
Yes. MOVEVOX's Yiwu core facility has 28 Italian Santoni Seamless machines and approximately 24 main sewing and garment-production machines. The manufacturing route is selected according to product construction rather than using one method for every SKU.
How do you control sample-to-bulk consistency?
MOVEVOX uses the Approved Sample together with the current Tech Pack, measurements, material, color, branding and packaging information. These references move into pre-production review, First Article, in-line inspection and final release.
Can MOVEVOX support private-label branding, repeat orders and larger programs?
Yes, subject to the actual project. MOVEVOX can coordinate logos, labels, hangtags, barcodes and packaging and currently manages approximately 150,000–200,000 finished pieces per month as a stable system-level delivery reference. Specific repeat or larger programs require a project capacity review before delivery commitment.
Start Your Custom Fitness Apparel Project Review
Send the product information you already have. A complete Tech Pack is useful but not mandatory for the first discussion. MOVEVOX can review your product, customization level, quantity and development stage before identifying the appropriate technical, sampling, costing or supplier-qualification step.
Useful Project Information
- Company and target market
- Product category and expected quantity
- Development stage: Tech Pack, reference sample, sketch or concept
- Fabric or yarn direction, fit and sizing requirements

What Happens After Submission
MOVEVOX reviews the information, identifies missing or conflicting requirements and determines the next appropriate action.
