Activewear Manufacturer in China for Global Brand Programs
Yiwu-based manufacturing with Seamless and Cut & Sew capabilities, product development, structured sampling, quality control and managed capacity for growing activewear brands.
MOVEVOX is a China-based activewear manufacturing and supply-chain partner supporting brands from product development and sample approval through controlled bulk production and shipment execution. Buyers can work through an own core manufacturing base in Yiwu while accessing additional managed capacity when approved project requirements call for scale.
Verify the China Manufacturing Base Behind MOVEVOX
For buyers sourcing activewear from China, supplier identity should be verifiable before product, price or MOQ comparisons go further.
Yiwu, Zhejiang, China
MOVEVOX operates from Yiwu, Zhejiang, one of China’s established commercial and manufacturing regions. The own core factory is located in Fotang, Yiwu, while business, product development, production coordination, quality and shipment execution are managed through the MOVEVOX operating system.
Legal Business Identity
The applicable legal entity is Yiwu Chenjin Import And Export Co., Ltd. The legal company was established in 2020, while the manufacturing and supply-chain operation traces its operating history to 2019.
Own Core Manufacturing Base
The core production base covers approximately 6,000 square meters, based on around six production floors of approximately 1,000 square meters each. The site supports Seamless, Cut & Sew, product development, quality and related manufacturing activities.
Activewear Manufacturing Focus
MOVEVOX’s most developed product direction is women’s activewear, with Yoga Leggings, Sports Bras and Yoga Shorts among the strongest established categories. Tanks, T-shirts, Long Sleeves and coordinated activewear sets are also regular manufacturing directions.
Buyer Verification
Qualified customers can verify the operation through on-site visits, live video, technical reviews and applicable third-party inspection. Factory verification can cover physical facilities, machinery, product development, material controls, production, QC and packing operations.
One Accountable Interface
MOVEVOX uses an own-core-plus-managed-capacity model. Even when an approved project uses additional managed manufacturing resources, MOVEVOX remains the customer-facing responsibility point for product requirements, production coordination, QC, packing and shipment execution.

Key Facts for Your Initial Supplier Qualification
These figures describe specific MOVEVOX manufacturing and operating scopes. They are reference points for supplier comparison, not universal guarantees for every project.
Core Seamless Equipment
The core Seamless production system includes 28 Italian Santoni seamless knitting machines, providing an established physical manufacturing foundation for applicable leggings, sports bras, shorts and other suitable knitted activewear structures.
Cut & Sew Equipment
The core Cut & Sew operation includes approximately 24 principal sewing and garment-production machines supporting cutting, sewing, flatlock, coverstitch, overlock, finishing and related garment-manufacturing activities.
Quality Team
MOVEVOX has five QC personnel supporting incoming, First Article, inline, finished-garment, branding, packing and shipment-release quality activities according to project requirements.
Product Development
The current development structure includes approximately eight personnel across design, pattern and sample-development functions, supporting projects from technical input through physical sampling and revision.
Typical Standard Sampling
Standard sample development typically requires approximately five to ten working days after the relevant development information has been confirmed. Complex materials, colors or constructions can extend timing.
Managed Normal Delivery Scope
Approximately 150,000–200,000 garments per month represents the managed combined normal delivery range under normal operating conditions. Final capacity must always be reviewed against the actual PO and production window.
Develop Activewear Through a Real Seamless Manufacturing Route
Seamless activewear is defined by knitted engineering, not by the absence of every seam. MOVEVOX combines Santoni equipment with yarn, structure, fit and sample control.

Santoni Knitting Platform
The core Seamless operation includes 28 Italian Santoni machines. Machine diameter, product dimensions, yarn combination and programmed structure influence which garments and constructions are technically suitable.
Yarn Selection
Yarn composition and specification affect stretch, recovery, hand feel, appearance and processing behavior. Nylon/Polyamide with Spandex and other suitable yarn directions can be reviewed according to the product rather than selected from composition alone.
Knitted Structure
Rib, texture, mesh-like ventilation structures and other knitted zones can be developed where they are compatible with the selected yarn, machine and product construction. A requested appearance is still subject to technical review.
Body Mapping
Seamless knitting can place different structures across selected garment zones. The actual effect must be validated through the physical product and cannot automatically be translated into medical compression, support or performance claims.
Fit Development
Seamless fit depends on more than a conventional pattern. Machine diameter, knitted structure, yarn behavior, finishing and garment measurements interact, so physical sample approval remains essential before bulk production.
Bulk Replication
After approval, production and QC should work from the current product, yarn, color, structural and measurement references. Material or program changes should not be introduced informally during repeat production.
Engineer Cut and Sew Activewear Around Product Construction
Cut & Sew remains a core MOVEVOX manufacturing route for activewear requiring controlled fabric, pattern, seams, trims, panels or garment-specific construction.
Fabric Preparation
Approved fabric should be connected to the style, color and production requirement before cutting. Material information and physical standards help reduce uncontrolled substitution or lot confusion during manufacturing.
Pattern Engineering
Customer measurement charts, approved reference samples and product requirements can be translated into or checked against the applicable garment pattern. Pattern changes should remain connected to the current development version.
Cutting
Cut components need correct fabric direction, size identification and style control before sewing. Cutting accuracy establishes the physical foundation for later measurement and seam consistency.
Overlock Construction
Overlock can be used for applicable activewear seam constructions where the selected material, stretch requirement and product design make the method suitable.
Flatlock
Flatlock construction can be reviewed for products where its seam profile, appearance and stretch behavior match the intended garment design. The actual seam specification should be approved physically before bulk.
Coverstitch
Coverstitch is used for applicable hems, edges and garment constructions according to the product requirement. Stitch appearance, stretch and finished measurement should be evaluated on the actual material.
Project-Based Special Construction
Reinforcement, elastic, zipper, drawcord, bra-pad construction, finishing and project-based bonding can be reviewed where applicable. These capabilities remain product- and project-dependent rather than universal commitments.
Finished Garment QC
The sewn garment ultimately needs to match the approved measurements, construction, appearance, logo, labels and other released specifications before packing.

Evaluate MOVEVOX as a Long-Term China Manufacturing Supplier
Large brands need more than a product quotation. Supplier qualification should establish legal identity, manufacturing reality, technical fit, quality controls and an accountable route to trial production.
Legal & Factory Verification
Confirm the legal entity, Yiwu operating location, core manufacturing base and the specific production resources relevant to the proposed project.
Product Capability Review
Review whether the required activewear category, material, Seamless or Cut & Sew construction and development complexity fall within confirmed capability.
Technical Review
Provide the current Tech Pack, reference sample, measurement requirements or development brief so open technical questions can be identified before sampling.
Quality Review
Align the buyer’s QC Manual, inspection requirements, approved sample logic, measurement standards, branding requirements and final-release expectations.
Supply-Chain Review
Where additional managed capacity may be used, review the applicable production-site, disclosure and Approved Factory requirements before allocation.
Compliance Review
Map destination-market, product, material, chemical, labeling, testing and audit requirements to the actual project rather than relying on generic certification statements.
Trial Order
A development or trial order can provide a practical validation of communication, sampling, manufacturing, QC, packing and delivery before larger repeat programs are considered.
Performance Review
Long-term cooperation should be based on actual execution: quality, delivery, technical response, change control, repeatability and corrective-action performance.
See the Activewear Manufacturing Operations Behind MOVEVOX
A China manufacturer should be supported by physical evidence. These six views should show current MOVEVOX operations rather than generic factory stock photography.

Seamless Knitting
The core Seamless manufacturing area should show MOVEVOX’s Italian Santoni machines operating on real production or development work. Useful evidence includes machine rows, active knitting, yarn feeding and identifiable in-process structures. Images should demonstrate that Seamless is a physical manufacturing route rather than a product category sourced entirely from an unknown outside supplier.

Cut & Sew
Cut & Sew evidence should show real cutting, sewing, flatlock, coverstitch, overlock or finishing activity within the MOVEVOX manufacturing system. The purpose is not to photograph the cleanest corner of a factory, but to let professional buyers understand how fabric components are physically converted into finished activewear products.

Product Development
The development area should show pattern work, technical review, sample making, measurement or controlled sample versions. This evidence helps buyers confirm that MOVEVOX can participate before bulk production, particularly when a project involves incomplete specifications, fit revisions or translation from a product concept into a manufacturable construction.

Material Review
Material evidence can include fabric swatches, yarn, Lab Dip comparisons, physical color standards or incoming material review. Customer and supplier information must be removed where confidential. The image should show that material decisions are treated as controlled product inputs rather than informal selections made only through online photos.

Quality Control
Quality images should show actual measurement, workmanship review, First Article, inline inspection, branding checks or packing verification against a current specification or approved reference. MOVEVOX has five QC personnel, so imagery should show real quality activity rather than a staged photograph of one employee holding a clipboard.

Packing & Shipment Preparation
Packing evidence should demonstrate size and SKU separation, individual packing, cartons, packing records or shipment preparation. For customer programs, all visible logos, retail codes, addresses and commercially sensitive order information must be anonymized or covered before public use.
Know What MOVEVOX Manufactures Best—and What Requires Review
Credible supplier qualification includes capability boundaries. MOVEVOX separates established core products, regular strong categories and project-dependent development rather than presenting every sportswear category as equal.
Core Strength: Yoga Leggings
Yoga leggings are one of MOVEVOX’s most developed activewear categories and can be manufactured through suitable Seamless or Cut & Sew routes depending on the intended structure.
Core Strength: Sports Bras
Sports bras are another established category. Fit, fabric, bra-pad construction, elastic, Seamless structure or sewn construction need product-specific review rather than generic support claims.
Core Strength: Yoga Shorts
Yoga and biker-style shorts are established product directions with fabric, fit, length, waistband, Seamless or Cut & Sew options depending on development requirements.
Strong Regular: Tops & T-Shirts
Tanks, T-shirts and selected active tops are regular manufacturing categories and can be coordinated with broader private-label collections.
Strong Regular: Long Sleeves & Sets
Long sleeves and coordinated yoga or activewear sets can support broader collection programs while retaining SKU-specific technical approval.
Review Required: Extended Sportswear
Jackets, bodysuits, selected running garments, tennis-related products and other extended categories can be reviewed when the actual construction matches confirmed capability. They should not automatically be treated as MOVEVOX’s strongest specialization.
Boundary note: Can be reviewed or developed does not mean ready-stock availability or automatic technical confirmation.
Explore Activewear Categories for Your China Sourcing Program
Use the product range as a sourcing map. Each SKU still requires its own fabric, fit, manufacturing-route and commercial review before development or quotation.

Yoga Leggings
A core MOVEVOX category suitable for Seamless and Cut & Sew development depending on panel structure, knitted zones, fabric direction and fit.

Sports Bras
Develop around the required fabric, stretch, neckline, straps, bra-pad construction, elastic or Seamless structure without making untested support-level claims.

Move From Product Input to a Manufacturable Activewear Standard
MOVEVOX can begin from different levels of customer input, then progressively convert the project into a physical and technical standard suitable for controlled bulk manufacturing.
Project Input
Provide a complete or incomplete Tech Pack, legal reference sample, sketch, image, product concept or fabric swatch depending on the project.
Technical Review
Review measurements, intended construction, manufacturing route, materials, branding and open requirements before physical development begins.
Material Direction
Select or develop the applicable fabric, yarn, color and finishing direction based on the actual product rather than generic catalog descriptions.
Pattern or Seamless Program
Translate approved requirements into the applicable Cut & Sew pattern or Seamless programmed knitted structure.
First Sample
Produce the first development sample after the relevant project information is sufficiently confirmed. Standard sampling typically takes approximately 5–10 working days.
Revision
Apply consolidated buyer comments to measurements, fit, construction, material or applicable brand details.
Approval
Confirm the current product through the relevant fit, size-set, PP or other buyer-approved sample process.
Bulk Handover
Release one current product standard to production, PMC and QC so bulk teams are not working from superseded development information.
Match Activewear Materials to Product and Manufacturing Requirements
A China activewear supplier should understand material behavior, not only fabric composition. MOVEVOX reviews physical properties against the garment and selected manufacturing route.

Nylon / Polyamide + Spandex
An established direction for suitable leggings, sports bras, shorts and related activewear. Actual fabric selection still depends on GSM, hand feel, stretch, recovery, opacity, color and finishing.

Polyester + Spandex
Suitable Polyester-Spandex fabrics can be reviewed for activewear and training-oriented products. Composition alone is not evidence for moisture-wicking, durability or other untested performance claims.

Seamless Yarn
Seamless products rely on yarn specification together with machine diameter, knitted structure and finishing. The approved finished garment remains the key physical validation point.

Brushed / Soft-Hand Fabrics
Soft, brushed or peach-like fabric directions can be evaluated for suitable yoga, studio and athleisure products where hand feel is part of the brand requirement.

Rib / Textured Materials
Ribbed and textured directions can create differentiated surface, stretch and visual characteristics through suitable Seamless or fabric-based routes.
Color control: Pantone can define a target, while Lab Dip and approved physical references can provide more practical bulk-production standards. A monitor or mobile screen should not serve as the sole color standard.
Choose OEM or Development Support Based on Your Inputs
The working route depends on how much product information your team already controls. MOVEVOX does not use OEM or ODM labels to remove customer approval responsibility.
OEM Execution
Starting Point: Complete or substantially developed Tech Pack.
MOVEVOX reviews manufacturability, materials, measurements, construction, branding and commercial requirements before sampling. Customer-released specifications remain the primary reference, and technical conflicts should be raised rather than silently modified.
Development Support
Starting Point: Incomplete Tech Pack, reference sample, sketch, image or sufficiently defined product concept.
MOVEVOX can participate in material direction, pattern or Seamless structure, physical sampling and revision. Development support does not mean unlimited free design or automatic acceptance of every requested construction.
Buyer Approval Remains Central
Regardless of the route, the buyer approves the product standard. MOVEVOX translates requirements into manufacturable output, while changes affecting the approved product should return through the required approval process.
Add Brand Execution After the Product Standard Is Defined
Private label at MOVEVOX can extend beyond logo application to coordinated product, brand and packing requirements, subject to actual project specifications and supplier minimums.
Product
Start with the actual garment specification, fit, construction and manufacturing route.
Color
Control stock or custom color against Pantone and applicable physical standards. Custom colors may require dye-lot minimums.
Logo
Confirmed common methods include screen print, heat transfer, silicone printing and embroidery. Method selection depends on artwork, material, stretch, position and appearance.
Main / Size / Care Labels
Execute customer-approved brand and product information according to the current artwork, material, dimensions and placement requirements.
Hangtags
Coordinate artwork, material, dimensions, attachment and applicable variable SKU or retail information.
Packaging
Standard or customized packaging can be reviewed according to product identification, artwork, barcode/QR, inserts and carton requirements.
Commercial note: Garment MOQ and branding-component MOQ are not always the same. Labels, hangtags, logo processes, custom packaging and custom colors may have independent supplier minimums.
Use Sample Approval to Reduce China Sourcing Risk
Sampling should progressively remove uncertainty before bulk production. Every sample stage needs current inputs, defined outputs and a clear buyer decision.

Review Activewear MOQ by Manufacturing and Material Route
MOQ should be evaluated by style, material, color and brand components rather than reduced to one universal “low MOQ” number.
Approx. 100 pcs/style
Suitable Seamless custom programs can generally begin around this style-level reference. Yarn, color, size range, knitted structure and branding may affect the final project quantity.
Best Fit: Initial custom Seamless development and controlled trial programs.
Approx. 150 pcs/style
Cut & Sew custom styles generally use this style-level reference. Fabric availability, number of colors, size allocation, construction and private-label requirements affect final commercial feasibility.
Best Fit: Custom activewear and collection development.
Approx. 400–600 pcs equivalent
This is a common planning range for custom-color dye-lot requirements rather than a universal rule. Actual MOQ depends on the selected material or yarn route.
Additional MOQ layers: Logo, labels, hangtags, customized packaging and special materials can carry their own supplier minimums.

NDA-based cooperation is available where confidential or unreleased product information is involved.
From U.S. Product Development to Repeat Activewear Cooperation
This anonymized U.S. project demonstrates how a customer-owned product can move through technical development, physical validation, private-label execution and repeat manufacturing.
Tech Pack Start
The project began from customer-controlled technical information rather than a generic stock garment. MOVEVOX reviewed the applicable requirements and used the Tech Pack as a core reference for physical development.
First Development Sample
The initial sample translated the available product information into a physical garment that could be measured, reviewed and commented on by the customer.
Revision
The customer supplied development feedback, and the physical product was revised rather than moving directly from the first sample into bulk.
Wear-Test Samples
Additional samples were prepared to support further physical product validation. This stage helped the customer assess the garment before committing the program to wider production.
Multi-Size / Multi-Color Execution
The later program involved multiple colors and sizes, creating a need for structured SKU-level order and packing control rather than one undifferentiated bulk quantity.
Private-Label Packing
Customer-specific retail information and packaging became part of the production execution. Different color and size variants needed the correct corresponding QR-code information.
Data Accuracy Control
The project used grouped handling and repeated checks to reduce the risk of QR-code or SKU mismatch during packing.
Repeat Cooperation
The customer continued cooperation after the earlier development and manufacturing stages, providing real internal evidence that the relationship extended beyond a single sample or one-time order.

Customer identity, logo, purchase value, commercially sensitive order quantities and unreleased product information must remain withheld unless the relevant publication permission and source evidence are available.
Manage Multi-SKU Activewear Development Through Controlled Waves
Established brands rarely source one SKU forever. MOVEVOX can coordinate multiple development tracks when project inputs, shared materials and buyer approvals are sufficiently organized.
Project Setup
Create clear style and SKU identifiers, manufacturing routes, development priorities and shared platform information before parallel work begins.
Shared Material Platforms
Identify products that legitimately share materials, colors or brand components. Shared elements can reduce repeated development without eliminating SKU-specific approval.
Development Wave One
Where appropriate, prioritize approximately 5–10 key SKUs to resolve major material, fit, construction and brand-execution questions first.
Development Wave Two
Additional styles can follow after key dependencies become more stable, while retaining separate sample versions and buyer comments.
Approval Status
Track each SKU through stages such as Development / Revision / Fit Review / PP / Approved / Production Ready.
Bulk Release
Only current approved products should enter normal production preparation.
Scope note: MOVEVOX can manage approximately 10–20 SKUs at different development stages when project conditions are suitable. Actual load depends on complexity, commonality, technical-input quality and customer approval speed.
Build the Production Plan Backward From Cargo Ready
Reliable lead-time management starts with a defined delivery requirement and works backward through material, production, quality and packing gates.
Delivery Requirement
Confirm the requested Cargo Ready or applicable delivery window rather than using an undefined “delivery date.”
Backward Planning
Translate the target into material, sample approval, bulk release, production, inspection and packing milestones.
Material ETA
Check fabric, yarn, trims, color and private-label component readiness before treating production timing as confirmed.
Facility / Line Assignment
Allocate the approved product to the applicable Seamless or Cut & Sew production resource according to technical fit and available capacity.
First Article
Verify initial production output against the current approved technical and physical reference before normal-volume production proceeds.
WIP Monitoring
Track production progress and critical issues while goods remain in process rather than discovering schedule risk only at final inspection.
Final Inspection
Complete the applicable finished-garment and buyer-required quality review before packing and shipment release.
Packing
Confirm SKU, label, barcode/QR, individual packaging, cartons and shipping marks according to the current order.
Cargo Ready
The order becomes Cargo Ready only after agreed production, quality and packing requirements are satisfied.
Timing reference: Bulk production is typically approximately 20–35 days, subject to material readiness, product complexity, approvals, inspection and the agreed definition of Cargo Ready.
Understand MOVEVOX Capacity by the Correct Operating Scope
Capacity numbers describe different manufacturing and managed-delivery scopes. They should not be combined or presented as one theoretical maximum.
Managed Combined Normal Delivery
Approximately 150,000–200,000 garments per month represents the managed combined normal delivery range under normal operating conditions.
Seamless Stable Scope
Approximately 300,000 pieces per month describes the stable Seamless capacity scope under its specific operating definition.
Cut & Sew Stable Scope
Approximately 100,000 pieces per month describes the stable Cut & Sew capacity scope under its specific operating definition.
Core Seamless Equipment
The own core factory includes 28 Italian Santoni machines.
Principal Cut & Sew Equipment
Approximately 24 principal sewing and garment-production machines support the core Cut & Sew system.
Typical Individual Order Reference
Typical single-order size is approximately 300–50,000 pieces, subject to product, SKU mix, materials, complexity and production timing.
Capacity boundary: The 300K Seamless scope and 100K Cut & Sew scope must not be added and marketed as “400K total capacity.” Formal PO capacity is reviewed against the actual project.
Control Activewear Quality From Requirements to Shipment Release
MOVEVOX quality management begins with the buyer’s approved standard rather than trying to sort quality only after garments are completed.
Requirement Review
Confirm the current Tech Pack, PO, approved sample, measurements, color, logo, labels, packaging and buyer-specific QC requirements.
Incoming Material
Review applicable fabric, yarn and trims before normal production use. Project-dependent checks may cover color, GSM, shrinkage, elasticity, opacity or other defined requirements.
Specification Freeze
Consolidate approved product information into the current production version before bulk release.
Pre-Production Review
Align production, PMC and quality teams around technical standards, material status, critical risks and inspection requirements.
First Article
Inspect initial production output against the approved reference before normal production volume continues.
Inline Inspection
Check workmanship, measurements, construction and recurring issues while production remains correctable.
Finished Garment Inspection
Review applicable appearance, workmanship, measurements, branding and labels on completed garments.
Packing Verification
Check SKU, size, labels, hangtags, barcode/QR, polybag and carton requirements.
Hold / Rework / Reinspection
Nonconforming goods may require segregation, correction, rework and further inspection before release.
Final Release
Shipment release follows the applicable quality and order requirements rather than an automatic production-complete status.
Keep Bulk Production Connected to the Correct Approved Sample
Sample approval only protects bulk quality when the physical garment can be linked to the correct technical, material and brand versions.
Sample Identity
Identify the approved physical sample by style, stage and applicable version or date.
Technical Files
Connect the physical garment to the current Tech Pack, measurements and construction specifications.
Material Reference
Associate the approved fabric, yarn, color and applicable physical standards with the same product version.
Brand Assets
Link current logo, label, hangtag and other branding files to the approved product.
Packaging Reference
Connect folding, polybag, retail data, barcode/QR and carton requirements to the applicable SKU.
Bulk Comparison
Use First Article, inline and final inspection to compare production against the current approved reference.
Control principle: A later change to fabric, construction, artwork or another critical product input should not automatically inherit the previous approval.
Understand the Manufacturing Network Behind MOVEVOX Capacity
MOVEVOX combines an own core factory with long-term managed satellite capacity. The distinction between owned and managed facilities remains explicit.
Own Core Factory
The Yiwu core factory provides the central manufacturing, development, QC and project-management base.
Six Managed Yiwu Satellites
Six major long-term managed satellite factories in Yiwu can provide additional suitable production resources according to product requirements and approved allocation.
Two Managed Guangzhou Satellites
Two major long-term managed satellite factories in Guangzhou add further controlled manufacturing resources for suitable projects.
Selected Specialist Resources
Where a particular process requires specialist capability, additional partners can be evaluated according to project requirements rather than automatically introduced.
Central Material & Specification Control
Product specifications, approved materials and customer requirements should remain centrally controlled so individual factories do not independently redefine the product.
Unified PMC & QC
Production planning and quality requirements remain coordinated through MOVEVOX across approved manufacturing resources.
One Customer Interface
MOVEVOX remains the first responsibility window for customer communication, production coordination, quality, packing and delivery execution.
Control Where Your Activewear Is Actually Manufactured
A managed manufacturing network should increase controlled capacity—not create hidden subcontracting. Production-site requirements must be defined before allocation.
Buyer Requirement
Claim: Production location follows the agreed buyer requirement and applicable project rules.
Evidence: Current PO, Approved Factory requirement, vendor manual or written customer instruction.
Initial Facility Allocation
Claim: MOVEVOX assigns production resources according to product, capacity and approved project conditions.
Evidence: Internal allocation record and applicable production-site information.
Approved Factory Only
Claim: Where the buyer requires production only at an approved factory, an alternative site cannot be treated as interchangeable.
Evidence: Buyer approval record or written facility restriction.
Proposed Site Change
Claim: A production-site change affecting agreed requirements should be raised before execution.
Evidence: Change request explaining reason, proposed site and impact.
Written Approval
Claim: Where buyer approval is required, production should not be relocated based only on an internal or verbal decision.
Evidence: Traceable customer approval.
MOVEVOX Accountability
Claim: Use of approved managed capacity does not remove MOVEVOX’s responsibility for specification, quality and delivery execution.
Evidence: PO, QC and order-management records.

Use Independent Inspection When Your Supplier Program Requires It
MOVEVOX can support customer QA teams and customer-nominated third parties for applicable production and pre-shipment inspections. Independent inspection does not mean every inspection will automatically pass.
Inspection Scope
The customer or inspection party defines the applicable Initial, Inline, Final or Pre-Shipment Inspection scope, including product, quantities, measurements, workmanship, packaging and required AQL or buyer standards.
Inspection Preparation
MOVEVOX can prepare the applicable Frozen Spec, Approved Sample, finished-goods lot, Packing List, measurement tools and reasonable working space required for the agreed inspection.
Random Access
Where required by the inspection protocol, cartons and finished goods should remain available for the inspector’s applicable random-sampling method rather than only presenting supplier-selected “good samples.”
Inspection Result
The inspection result is reviewed against the customer’s requirement. A third-party report remains evidence for the inspected scope and lot rather than proof of universal factory quality.
Failed or Major Observation
If an inspection identifies a failure or significant issue, affected goods can remain on Hold while the issue is contained, corrected or investigated.
Reinspection / Closure
Reworked or corrected goods can be reinspected or supported with closure evidence according to the buyer’s instructions before shipment release.

Map China Manufacturing to the Requirements of Your Market
Compliance is project-specific. The applicable requirement depends on destination market, product, materials, chemicals, labels, customer standards and the available evidence.
Market
Identify the destination market and customer-specific supplier requirements before manufacturing information is finalized.
Product
Map the actual garment and BOM so compliance decisions relate to the correct style and components.
Material
Review material composition, supplier documentation and relevant customer material requirements.
Chemical Requirements
Where a buyer RSL, REACH or other chemical requirement applies, define the relevant material, substance, test method and sample.
Labels
Composition, care, size and other required product information should follow confirmed customer and market requirements.
Testing Evidence
Use actual current reports according to their holder, product/sample, method, date and scope.
Production-Site Requirements
Where the customer requires approved facilities, supply-chain disclosure or no unauthorized subcontracting, those requirements form part of compliance execution.
Compliance formula: Market + Product + Material + Chemical + Label + Evidence
Use Product-Specific Testing Instead of Generic Certification Claims
MOVEVOX can support project-based third-party testing when required. Test evidence should remain tied to the tested sample, method, date and actual report scope.
Requirement Review
Identify the customer, market or material requirement first rather than testing randomly for marketing purposes.
Risk Review
Determine which garment, fabric, color, trim or component needs evidence based on the actual product and buyer requirement.
Test Item
Define the required chemical, material or performance-related test according to the customer standard or applicable requirement.
Sample Selection
Select a representative sample connected to the applicable material, product or project.
Laboratory Submission
Submit to a customer-nominated or otherwise appropriate qualified laboratory when required.
Report Review
Check report identity, sample description, method, result, date and limitations before using it as evidence.
PO / Product Mapping
Ensure the evidence is actually relevant to the material or product being supplied rather than relying on an unrelated historical report.
Change / Retesting
A material, supplier, color or other relevant change can require a new risk review and, where appropriate, new testing.
Existing evidence boundary: MOVEVOX currently has third-party documentation relating to a black fitness yoga leggings sample, including a RoHS-related report/certificate and a REACH phthalate test report dated April 30, 2025. These documents are sample-specific and must not be presented as certification of every MOVEVOX product or the entire factory.

Review how PO, SKU, materials, production location, inspection, packing and shipment records can be connected.

Managed Supply Chain
Review the boundary between the own core factory and long-term managed satellite capacity, including any buyer Approved Factory restrictions.

Findings & Closure
Where an audit identifies a gap, the expected operating logic is: Finding → Owner → Corrective Action → Evidence → Closure.

Status note: Audit Ready does not mean Certified. A named certification or audit pass should only be published when a current verified document matches the company/facility, scope and validity period.
Prepare an Activewear RFQ for China Supplier Evaluation
The more clearly a buyer defines product, quantity, materials and commercial requirements, the more accurately MOVEVOX can review development work, MOQ, timing, quality and capacity.

Activewear Manufacturer China Frequently Asked Questions
These questions address the factory, development, MOQ, quality and supply-chain issues professional buyers commonly review when sourcing activewear from China.
China Factory & Manufacturing
Where is MOVEVOX located in China?
MOVEVOX is based in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. The own core factory is located in Fotang, Yiwu. The manufacturing model also includes long-term managed satellite capacity in Yiwu and Guangzhou when suitable for approved projects.
Is MOVEVOX only a trading company?
No. MOVEVOX operates an own core manufacturing base supporting Seamless and Cut & Sew production, product development, QC and project execution. At the same time, the supply model includes managed satellite capacity. These managed factories are not presented as MOVEVOX-owned facilities.
What activewear does MOVEVOX manufacture most strongly?
Women’s activewear is the most developed product direction. Yoga Leggings, Sports Bras and Yoga Shorts are among the strongest core categories. Tanks, T-shirts, Long Sleeves, Biker Shorts and coordinated activewear sets are also established directions.
Development & MOQ
Can MOVEVOX work from our Tech Pack?
Yes. A complete Tech Pack is a high-fit project input. MOVEVOX can also review incomplete Tech Packs, legal reference samples, sketches, images or sufficiently defined product concepts when additional development is required.
How long does sampling usually take?
Standard sample development is typically approximately 5–10 working days after relevant development information is confirmed. Complex materials, custom colors, branding or construction can extend actual timing.
What are the custom MOQs?
Base references are approximately 100 pieces per style for Seamless and 150 pieces per style for Cut & Sew. Custom colors often require approximately 400–600 pieces equivalent garment quantity, depending on the actual material or dye-lot requirement. Other components can have separate supplier minimums.
Quality, Capacity & Supply Chain
How does MOVEVOX control quality?
Quality can include requirement review, incoming material checks, Specification Freeze, Pre-Production Review, First Article, inline inspection, finished-garment inspection, branding and packing verification, final release and CAPA where required.
What production capacity can MOVEVOX support?
The managed combined normal delivery range is approximately 150,000–200,000 garments per month under normal conditions. Seamless and Cut & Sew also have separate capacity scopes, but those figures should not be simply added into one total claim.
Does MOVEVOX outsource production?
MOVEVOX operates an own core factory and also uses eight major long-term managed satellite factories. Where buyers require approved production sites or prohibit unauthorized subcontracting, production-location requirements can be handled according to the agreed customer rules.
Can our company inspect or audit the factory?
Yes. MOVEVOX can support buyer visits, live video verification, technical audits and applicable third-party inspections. Audit readiness does not mean MOVEVOX claims every audit or certification automatically passes.
Start Your Activewear Manufacturing Project in China
If your team is evaluating China activewear manufacturers, send the project information you already control rather than waiting until every detail is complete. MOVEVOX can review a complete or incomplete Tech Pack, legal reference sample, sketch, product image, defined product concept or fabric swatch, depending on project complexity.
For a more accurate first assessment, include the product category, expected quantity by style, color and size, material requirements, fit or measurement information, construction details, logo and private-label requirements, destination market and target Cargo Ready date. If your company has a formal Quality Manual, AQL standard, testing requirement, Approved Factory policy or third-party inspection requirement, include that information at the beginning of supplier qualification.
MOVEVOX will review whether the project is better suited to Seamless or Cut & Sew manufacturing, identify major technical or material questions, assess likely MOQ constraints and define the next sampling or quotation step. Standard sample development is typically approximately 5–10 working days after relevant details are confirmed. Base custom MOQ references are approximately 100 pieces per style for Seamless and 150 pieces per style for Cut & Sew, while custom color and other components may have separate supplier minimums.
Bulk production is typically approximately 20–35 days subject to material readiness, product complexity, approvals, inspection requirements and the agreed Cargo Ready definition. Production capacity and manufacturing-site allocation are confirmed against the actual PO rather than assumed from headline capacity numbers.
Qualified buyers can arrange on-site factory visits, live video verification, technical audits or applicable third-party inspections. NDA-based cooperation is also available for unreleased products and confidential technical or commercial information.
Submitting an inquiry does not automatically confirm every construction, material, MOQ, test, cost, production site or delivery date. Final conditions require project-specific review and written commercial confirmation.
