Activewear Sports Bra Manufacturer for Private Label Brands
MOVEVOX develops private-label sports bras through both Seamless and Cut & Sew manufacturing. Projects can begin from a Tech Pack, lawful reference garment, sketch or defined concept, then move through material selection, physical sampling, fit approval and controlled bulk production.
Sports Bra Development Risks
- Support Misalignment: A visual bra concept does not automatically define an approved support result.
- Fit Interaction: Bust, underbust, straps, coverage and material behavior must work together.
- Bulk Variation: An approved sample only matters when its standards reach commercial production.
From Target to Production Standard
- Define the Target: Clarify activity, support direction, fit, construction and material before development.
- Validate Physically: Review measurements, wearing fit, straps, pads and movement on actual samples.
- Protect the Standard: Transfer approved specifications through First Article, inline QC and final release.
Built for Brands With Real Product Requirements
MOVEVOX is positioned for buyers who need more than logo application. The strongest fit is a sourcing team that expects structured product development, controlled sampling, reasonable commercial quantities and repeatable production.
Established Activewear Brands
Established activewear brands normally arrive with an existing fit language, measurement system, product architecture or approved market reference. Their priority is not simply finding another sewing factory. They need a supplier that can understand technical documents, protect approved standards and integrate new sports bras into a wider activewear collection.
- Existing Tech Packs, approved samples or formal measurement charts.
- Defined quality, fit and supplier-approval expectations.
- Multiple SKUs, colors or repeat-order potential.
- Clear responsibility for version control and production consistency.
Yoga & Pilates Brands
Yoga and Pilates brands may place greater emphasis on wearing comfort, coverage, soft handfeel, longline proportions, strap design and coordinated sets. Support direction still needs physical validation because a visual studio-style bra does not automatically define an acceptable fit or movement result.
- Low- or medium-support development direction where appropriate.
- Coordinated bras, leggings, shorts and tops.
- Material consistency across a collection.
- Private-label colors, logos, labels and packaging.
Gym & Training Brands
Training-focused buyers may require firmer support direction, stable underbands, controlled straps and higher recovery materials. MOVEVOX does not define a bra as high support from styling alone. The intended result needs to be developed through the actual material, structure, size and physical validation condition.
- Clear target activity and support direction.
- Stable underband and strap relationship.
- Physical fit and movement review.
- Repeatable bulk specifications after approval.
Retail & Private Label
Retailers, importers and established private-label programs usually evaluate the sports bra inside a larger commercial framework. Product fit must coexist with SKU planning, MOQ, labeling, packaging, testing requirements, delivery windows and supplier transparency.
- Structured color and size allocations.
- Label, barcode and packaging control.
- Factory, QC and compliance review.
- Capacity planning for commercial quantities.
Sports Bra Support Comes From a System
Support should not be assigned from one strap, fabric or visual feature. MOVEVOX develops support directions only when the actual material, structure, fit and physical validation support the intended requirement.
Target Activity
Define use before support.
The same sports bra construction should not automatically be positioned for yoga, gym training and high-movement activities. The buyer should first define the intended activity, wearer expectation and evaluation method.
Basis: Buyer brief, product use case and agreed physical validation condition.
Underband Stability
Underband is one part of support.
Underband width, elasticity, recovery, attachment and fit interact with bust and body measurements. A firmer elastic alone does not guarantee better support and can create discomfort or distortion.
Basis: Physical material, approved measurements, garment fit and sample review.
Strap Structure
Straps work with the garment.
MOVEVOX can develop fixed, adjustable, racerback, cross-back, wide, narrow, double and multi-strap directions. Strap length, stretch and recovery should be reviewed with bust, underbust, neckline and fit.
Basis: Strap construction, material recovery, symmetry and wearing evaluation.
Coverage & Pads
Padding does not define support alone.
Removable or fixed pads can affect shape, coverage and wearing appearance. Pad position, cup height, front-layer structure and side coverage should be validated together.
Basis: Approved pad configuration, fit sample and buyer-defined coverage requirements.
Material Recovery
Recovery influences maintained fit.
Sports-bra material must provide the intended physical response after being stretched around the body. MOVEVOX evaluates fabric or Seamless structures through actual garment development.
Basis: Material specification, physical sample and applicable project test method.
Movement Validation
Support requires physical review.
Static measurements cannot fully demonstrate how straps, underband, coverage and body fit behave during movement. Where support is a requirement, the buyer's activity condition or agreed method applies.
Basis: Buyer-defined movement condition, physical sample and documented feedback.
Sports Bra Fit Is More Than Bust Circumference
MOVEVOX reviews the actual garment around bust, underbust, coverage, straps and body relationship before the applicable Sports Bra fit standard is approved.
Bust
Bust measurement forms one reference for garment fit, but stretch, front construction, coverage and target support direction also influence the physical result.
MOVEVOX does not use one universal sports-bra fit rule across every brand. The customer's approved measurements, material, target body profile, support direction and physical sample establish the relevant product standard. Base-size approval may still require grading and Size Set validation.
Compare Sports Bra Back and Strap Structures
Back and strap design influence appearance, movement, fit and manufacturing construction. Final performance still depends on material, underband, bust fit and the complete physical garment.
Racerback
A racerback brings the straps toward the center back. Actual support still depends on strap dimensions, material, underband and complete garment fit.
View Design
Cross Back
Cross-back straps change the path of strap tension. Crossing position, strap length, symmetry and physical movement should be confirmed during sampling.
View Design
Wide Strap
Wider straps can distribute contact over a broader shoulder area, but width alone does not define comfort or support.
View Design
Narrow Strap
Narrow straps create a lighter visual direction but require review of stretch, shoulder pressure, attachment and symmetry.
View Design
Adjustable Strap
Hardware, strap elasticity, adjustment range, skin contact and washing stability require project-specific confirmation.
View Design
Fixed Strap
Fixed straps place greater importance on approved strap length, material recovery, size grading and physical fit across the wearer range.
View Design
Double Strap
Strap spacing, attachment, left-right symmetry and interaction with neckline and back construction should be controlled during sampling.
View Design
Multi-Strap
Each strap path, attachment point and finished symmetry should be defined before commercial production begins.
View DesignChoose Padding Around Fit and Product Use
MOVEVOX supports removable pads, fixed pads and pad-pocket development. Final pad shape, thickness and position remain connected to the brand's fit, material and construction requirements.
Removable Pads
Removable pads can be developed with an internal pocket and suitable insertion opening. MOVEVOX can evaluate side, upper or internal opening directions according to the garment structure. The buyer should confirm pad shape, thickness, position and wearing appearance.
- Internal pad pocket with accessible opening.
- Buyer-approved pad shape and thickness.
- Left-right placement and symmetry control.
- Packing check for correct pad quantity.
Fixed Pads
MOVEVOX can develop fixed-pad sports bras using sewing, internal positioning or validated bonding-type structures where technically appropriate. Fixed does not mean permanently immune from movement or deformation.
- Sewn pad fixation.
- Internal layered positioning.
- Project-qualified attachment structure.
- Approved left-right cup position.
Pad Pocket
The pad pocket is part of the front garment construction. Pocket dimensions, opening location, fabric elasticity and internal space need to correspond with the selected pad.
- Side opening.
- Upper opening.
- Internal opening.
- Double-layer front construction.
Shape & Thickness
MOVEVOX can source standard pad specifications or evaluate project-specific pad shape, thickness, color, perforation or molded directions. Special molded pads may introduce higher supplier MOQ and longer development time.
- Standard available pad.
- Custom thickness.
- Custom shape.
- Special molded direction.
Pad Position
Pad position should be developed with bust, underbust, cup height, neckline and complete wearing fit. The same pad positioned differently can create a different appearance or coverage result.
- Cup height reference.
- Left-right symmetry.
- Coverage review.
- Fit-sample approval.
Pad Quality
Bulk QC can check pad quantity, orientation, left-right consistency, folding, surface condition, visible edges and washing-related deformation where applicable.
- Quantity and direction.
- Pocket opening check.
- Visual edge check.
- Reinspection after correction.
Underband Construction Affects the Complete Bra Fit
The underband is one part of the support system. Width, thickness, elasticity, recovery, attachment and body measurements need to work together before the finished Sports Bra can be approved.
Band Width
A wider or narrower underband changes contact area and visual proportion. Width should follow the buyer's intended fit rather than a universal support formula.
Elastic Recovery
Elastic recovery affects how the underband returns after extension. Available or custom elastic should be reviewed against the actual garment.
Surface Handfeel
Elastic sits close to the body, so surface, edge condition and attachment should be reviewed together with stretch.
Band Attachment
The attachment method affects finished dimensions and local stretch. Approved construction should remain consistent from sample through bulk.
Branded Elastic
Custom colors, jacquard logos or dedicated elastic can be evaluated where supplier conditions allow and may carry independent MOQ requirements.
Wash Stability
Elastic width, length, recovery and attachment can be checked after applicable washing or project testing under the buyer's method.
The underband cannot independently create a defined Sports Bra support level. Its result depends on bust and underbust measurements, body fabric, strap construction, coverage, pad structure and physical wearing fit.
Select Sports Bra Fabric From Product Requirements
Sports-bra material selection should begin with intended fit, support direction, handfeel and construction. MOVEVOX evaluates composition together with weight, stretch, recovery, coverage and the actual garment result.

Nylon / Spandex
Nylon or polyamide with spandex is a regular MOVEVOX activewear material family. Sports-bra suitability should be checked against target support, weight, stretch, recovery and approved sample.
Polyester / Spandex
Polyester with spandex can be evaluated when color, surface, performance or commercial requirements fit the available material route.
Seamless Knit
Seamless Sports Bras can use engineered knit structures, rib, texture and mesh zones through Santoni production. Yarn, structure and machine settings influence the result.
Rib / Textured
Rib and textured materials can create structural and visual differentiation. Their stretch, thickness and surface can alter the finished fit compared with smooth fabrics.
Compare Material Behavior Before Approving the Bra
Stretch, recovery, weight, surface and finished-garment behavior can change fit and support even when two materials contain similar fiber percentages.
| Parameter | Nylon / Spandex | Polyester / Spandex | Seamless Knit | Rib / Textured |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Composition | Buyer-approved specification | Buyer-approved specification | Yarn-system dependent | Fabric-specific |
| GSM / Weight | Project-specific | Project-specific | Structure-dependent | Project-specific |
| Stretch | Test actual fabric | Test actual fabric | Knit-zone dependent | Structure-dependent |
| Recovery | Confirm by project | Confirm by project | Program / yarn dependent | Confirm by project |
| Handfeel | Smooth or soft options | Material-dependent | Engineered knit feel | Textured surface |
| Coverage | Color and stretch dependent | Color and stretch dependent | Structure dependent | Structure dependent |
| Best Use | Fit-specific | Project-specific | Seamless Sports Bra | Textured collection |
| Custom Color | Supplier conditions apply | Supplier conditions apply | Yarn / dye conditions apply | Material MOQ applies |
MOVEVOX does not use one universal recovery percentage to approve every Sports Bra. Buyer testing requirements take priority where provided. Material substitutions after approval can change stretch, recovery and support behavior and therefore require review before production.
Place Ventilation Where Structure and Coverage Allow
MOVEVOX can develop Seamless mesh structures, perforated textures or Cut & Sew mesh panels. Ventilation zones should balance airflow direction with stretch, strength and coverage.
Upper Back
Upper-back mesh can support ventilation where product construction allows it. Hole size, stretch and strap interaction remain part of the review.
Center Back
A center-back mesh or engineered knit zone can create visual and structural differentiation without interfering with approved back fit.
Underarm Area
Underarm areas can use lighter or mesh structures where coverage remains acceptable and edge stability is physically validated.
Side Body
Side-body mesh can be used in selected designs but should remain compatible with bust coverage and the overall support structure.
Seamless Mesh
Santoni production can create integrated mesh or perforated zones without introducing a separate panel.
Coverage Zone
Critical coverage areas should maintain sufficient structure instead of sacrificing product function only to increase ventilation appearance.
For Seamless products, ventilation comes from yarn, knit density, hole structure and programmed zones. Cut & Sew products can use mesh panels or perforated materials. MOVEVOX does not publish unsupported airflow numbers; quantitative breathability claims require applicable evidence.
Choose the Manufacturing Route Around the Product Structure
MOVEVOX supports both Seamless and Cut & Sew Sports Bras. The correct route depends on structure, material, padding, straps, branding and the brand's fit direction.
| Decision Area | Seamless Route | Cut & Sew Route |
|---|---|---|
| Core Construction | Engineered knitted body structure | Pattern pieces cut and assembled |
| Equipment | 28 Italian Santoni machines | ~24 principal garment machines |
| Mesh / Zones | Integrated knit-zone programming | Separate mesh or fabric panels |
| Rib / Texture | Strong engineered capability | Fabric-dependent |
| Complex Panels | More limited by knit structure | Stronger flexibility |
| Pads | Pad pockets / compatible structures | Broad removable or fixed-pad options |
| Straps | Integrated or sewn structures | Broad strap and hardware flexibility |
| Material Route | Yarn / Seamless system | Fabric sourcing and cutting |
| Base MOQ | Approx. 100 pcs/style | Approx. 150 pcs/style |
| Approval | Program + physical sample | Pattern + physical sample |

A complete Tech Pack is preferred, but development can also begin from a lawful reference garment, sketch, image or clearly defined concept. MOVEVOX identifies technical open points before the project proceeds.
Inspect Sports Bra Construction Before It Reaches Bulk
Construction affects finished fit, stretch and durability. MOVEVOX reviews applicable Seamless or Cut & Sew details during development so the approved sample becomes a clear production reference.
Overlock Seam
Overlock construction can assemble stretch fabric edges in applicable Cut & Sew Sports Bras. Stitch balance and seam allowance follow the approved construction.
Applicable: Selected panel and internal assembly seams.
Control: Stretch compatibility, skipped stitches and seam stability.
Flatlock Seam
Flatlock can reduce seam bulk in applicable activewear constructions. Its use depends on product design, material thickness and required stretch.
Applicable: Selected activewear seams where technically suitable.
Control: Flat appearance, stitch consistency and stretch response.
Coverstitch Finish
Coverstitch can support selected hems or elastic-related finishes. Needle position, tension and fabric behavior affect the final result.
Applicable: Hem or edge applications where approved.
Control: Stitch balance, waviness and finished measurement.
Strap Attachment
Attachment location, seam quality, left-right symmetry and finished strap length must correspond with the approved pattern and sample.
Applicable: Front or back strap connection.
Control: Symmetry, attachment integrity and finished length.
Underband Attachment
Elastic or fabric underbands need consistent attachment so local tension does not distort the garment.
Applicable: Sports Bra lower edge and support zone.
Control: Even attachment, recovery and dimensional stability.
Pad Pocket Opening
Removable-pad openings need enough space for insertion while keeping the pad controlled during wear.
Applicable: Internal front layer or cup pocket.
Control: Access, symmetry and pad retention.
Translate Sports Bra Requirements Into a Controlled Fit
Cut & Sew uses pattern control while Seamless requires corresponding program and knit-structure control. Both routes move through physical sample validation before production release.

Review Sports Bra Fit Under the Intended Movement
A Sports Bra can measure correctly while behaving differently during movement. MOVEVOX separates static fit from project-defined movement review when support or coverage forms part of the requirement.
Yoga & Pilates
Movement review can focus on whether the underband, straps, neckline and coverage remain aligned through buyer-defined positions. MOVEVOX does not impose one universal yoga test.
- Stable coverage through the defined movement range.
- Strap and underband position remain acceptable.
- Material stretch remains consistent with approved fit.
Gym Training
Training programs may require more active arm and torso movement. The Sports Bra can be checked for strap movement, underband shift, coverage change and overall fit.
- Support direction defined before validation.
- Strap and back structure reviewed during movement.
- Physical sample used instead of styling assumptions.
Running Direction
Where a buyer intends a Sports Bra for higher-movement use, MOVEVOX requires the support expectation and evaluation condition to be defined by the project.
- Buyer-defined support and movement requirement.
- Physical garment evaluated in the relevant size.
- Additional testing where the brand requires evidence.
Athleisure Use
Athleisure Sports Bras can prioritize different combinations of appearance, comfort and coverage while still requiring measurement, material and physical fit approval.
- Brand-defined fit and coverage direction.
- Material and construction approved physically.
- Support language limited to supported evidence.
Grade Each Sports Bra Measurement by Its Function
Sports-bra grading should not enlarge every point by one fixed percentage. Bust, underbust, straps, cup height, neckline and coverage can require different increments.
| POM / Area | Grading Question | Control Direction | Validation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bust | How should body capacity increase across sizes? | Follow buyer-approved bust increments and material behavior. | Measurement + Fit |
| Underbust | Does the lower fit remain stable as size changes? | Grade independently from bust where required. | Fit Sample |
| Cup Height | Does front coverage remain proportional? | Adjust according to buyer size strategy. | Measurement |
| Strap Length | Does strap position remain correct in each size? | Define size-specific increments or rules. | Size Set |
| Neckline | Does coverage remain consistent through sizes? | Check neckline depth and stretch relationship. | Physical Review |
| Side Coverage | Does armhole and side fit remain appropriate? | Review bust growth with side-body structure. | Size Set |
| Underband | Does band fit remain compatible with body growth? | Grade with approved elastic and garment standard. | Physical Fit |
| Pad Position | Does the pad remain aligned in graded sizes? | Recheck cup height, pocket and left-right position. | Size Set |
Validate the Size Range Beyond the Base Sample
The buyer's approved size system should define final measurements. MOVEVOX reviews grading, coverage, strap relationship and pad position beyond the base size where required.
| Size | Bust | Underbust | Cup Height | Strap | Coverage |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| XS | Buyer Spec | Buyer Spec | Buyer Spec | Buyer Spec | Review |
| S | Buyer Spec | Buyer Spec | Buyer Spec | Buyer Spec | Review |
| M / Base | Approved | Approved | Approved | Approved | Approved |
| L | Buyer Spec | Buyer Spec | Buyer Spec | Buyer Spec | Review |
| XL | Buyer Spec | Buyer Spec | Buyer Spec | Buyer Spec | Review |
Base Size
Base-size approval does not automatically approve every graded size.
Independent Growth
Bust and underbust growth may require different grading logic.
Extended Sizes
New extended sizes can require additional physical validation.
Approved Fit Key Takeaways
- A Sports Bra approval should identify the applicable style, version, size, material, pad configuration and construction.
- The approved standard combines the physical garment with measurements, pattern or Seamless version, material references and buyer fit comments.
- Support direction should remain tied to the approved product configuration; key material or structure changes can require revalidation.
- Base-size approval does not automatically approve the complete size range.
- Production and QC need the same current standard used during development.
- Repeat orders can reuse approved standards when relevant variables remain unchanged.

Read a Sports Bra Measurement Record Correctly
Measurement records should connect actual garment values to the approved POM, measurement method and buyer tolerance. Customer specifications take priority over internal references.
Style & Version
The record should identify the correct style, version, color and size so results cannot be confused with a superseded development.
Bust
Actual bust measurement follows the buyer's defined method and current approved specification.
Underbust
Underbust interacts directly with underband structure, body fit and the selected material.
Cup Height
Cup height can be checked where included in the buyer's measurement chart, especially where coverage and pad position depend on it.
Strap Length
Applicable strap length should be recorded using the agreed measurement method.
Tolerance
Buyer-defined tolerances take priority. MOVEVOX's internal Cut & Sew reference of approximately ±1.5 cm is only a fallback reference.
Corrective Status
Out-of-tolerance findings remain visible and may require hold, correction, additional screening or reinspection.
Measurement inspection supports product consistency but does not replace physical fit review. A Sports Bra can meet flat measurements while still requiring evaluation of strap position, coverage or support.
Build Reviewable Quality Evidence From Material to Shipment
Quality activity becomes more useful when the buyer can connect each record with the relevant Sports Bra style, material, production stage and release decision.

Material Receipt
Incoming records can identify fabric, yarn, pads, elastic and other critical components before production release.

Specification Release
The current technical version links approved measurements, material, construction, artwork and product requirements to the order.

First Article
The initial production garment connects actual bulk material, production resources and the current approved standard.

Inline QC
Production findings can document measurements, workmanship, straps, pads, underband or Seamless issues during manufacturing.

Measurement Record
Actual POM results remain linked to style, size and tolerance so production trends can be reviewed.

Final Inspection
Finished-garment records document applicable appearance, measurements, workmanship, branding and release status.

Packing Release
Labels, barcode, polybag, SKU and carton requirements are checked against the approved order.

Corrective Action
Significant or repeated issues can enter corrective action, with affected product held and reinspected before release.

A Multi-SKU Activewear Development and Repeat-Order Case
Client identity is withheld for confidentiality. The information below is limited to project structure and execution evidence that can be disclosed without using the buyer's name or logo.
U.S. Activewear Customer
A U.S. fitness and creator-led activewear customer developed a multi-SKU product range with MOVEVOX, including leggings, shorts, Sports Bras, tanks, sets and bodysuits. The project required physical sampling, multiple materials, private-label branding and SKU-specific packaging rather than a single ready-made product purchase.
Multi-SKU Execution
The buyer needed several activewear categories to maintain a coordinated brand direction while individual products still required different fit, fabric and construction decisions. Color and size combinations also increased packing complexity.
Development to Packing
MOVEVOX converted available technical inputs into physical samples, completed multiple revisions, supported 5–10 wearer-test samples, coordinated multiple fabrics, private-label branding and QR SKU identification by color and size.

Pieces / Order
Example commercial orders were around 2,000 pieces per order.
Test Samples
Approximately 5–10 test samples were used for wearer feedback.
Sizes / Color
QR identification covered each color across four sizes.
QC / Packing Effort
Complex SKU execution required roughly twice the normal packing and QC effort.
Frequently Asked Questions About Sports Bra Manufacturing
These questions cover technical, commercial and supplier- qualification issues activewear brands commonly need to resolve before Sports Bra sampling or bulk production.
Can MOVEVOX develop different Sports Bra support directions?
Yes. MOVEVOX can develop Sports Bras toward low-, medium- or high-support directions, but those terms are not assigned from styling alone. Support depends on the actual material, underband, straps, coverage, pad or layered construction, fit and movement condition. The final claim should follow the buyer's requirement and available physical or testing evidence.
Does a racerback automatically mean high support?
No. Racerback is a back and strap structure, not a guaranteed support level. Strap width, stretch, attachment, underband, body fabric, bust and underbust fit and complete garment construction all influence the physical result. MOVEVOX separates back-design decisions from support-level approval.
Can MOVEVOX develop removable and fixed pads?
Yes. MOVEVOX supports removable pads with internal pad pockets and fixed-pad structures using appropriate sewing, internal positioning or qualified attachment methods. Pad shape, thickness, pocket design and position depend on the approved fit and product. Special molded pads can require additional development and supplier MOQ.
Can MOVEVOX make adjustable Sports Bra straps?
Yes. Adjustable straps can use suitable sliders, rings, hooks or other project-approved components. Hardware, strap width, elasticity, adjustment range, color, skin contact and washing requirements need confirmation. Custom hardware or dedicated colors may create separate MOQ or sourcing conditions.
What information can we use to start development?
A complete Tech Pack is preferred, especially for detailed quotation and technical review, but MOVEVOX can also begin from a lawful reference garment, sketch, image, measurement chart or clearly defined concept. The development team reviews open points before sampling so important decisions are not silently invented.
How long does a Sports Bra sample normally take?
MOVEVOX's normal sample-development reference is approximately 5–10 working days after required product information is sufficiently confirmed. Special material development, custom pads, dedicated elastic, complex branding, unresolved buyer comments or additional revision rounds can extend the cycle.
How is Sports Bra fit approved?
MOVEVOX reviews applicable flat measurements together with the physical garment. Relevant areas can include bust, underbust, cup height, strap length, coverage, pad position and overall wearing fit. Where movement or support forms part of the buyer's requirement, the buyer's defined activity condition should also be used.
Can you follow our own size chart and grading rules?
Yes. Buyer measurement charts and grading requirements can define the project standard. MOVEVOX does not use one public factory size chart for every Sports Bra. Bust, underbust, straps, cup height, neckline and coverage may require different grade increments.
Can MOVEVOX manufacture Seamless and Cut & Sew Sports Bras?
Yes. MOVEVOX operates both systems. The core base has 28 Italian Santoni Seamless machines and approximately 24 principal sewing and garment machines. Seamless supports engineered knitted structures, while Cut & Sew offers broader flexibility for panels, straps, elastic, hardware and selected padding structures.
What is the MOQ for a custom Sports Bra?
The normal base MOQ is approximately 100 pieces per style for Seamless and approximately 150 pieces per style for Cut & Sew. Custom dyeing, special yarn, fabric, molded pads, branded elastic, dedicated hardware, labels or packaging can create higher effective minimum quantities.
Can one collection include both manufacturing methods?
Yes. A brand can develop Seamless Sports Bras together with Cut & Sew leggings, shorts, tops or other products through one MOVEVOX project-management system. Each SKU still keeps its own technical specification, approved sample and quality requirements.
How long does normal bulk production take?
MOVEVOX's normal bulk-production reference is approximately 20–35 days when required materials, approvals, capacity and project conditions are ready. Custom dyeing, special components, testing, multi-SKU complexity, late approvals or rework can change the critical path.
How does MOVEVOX control sample-to-bulk consistency?
The approved Sports Bra is connected with current measurements, material, pattern or Seamless version, construction and branding requirements. MOVEVOX uses Specification Freeze, First Article, inline QC and final inspection to reduce production drift. Significant changes can trigger additional confirmation.
Can our team visit or audit the factory?
Yes. MOVEVOX supports onsite factory visits, technical audits, pre-production visits, inline inspection, pre-shipment inspection and live-video factory review by appointment. Buyers with Approved Factory Only or subcontracting restrictions can define those requirements.
Can MOVEVOX arrange third-party testing?
Yes. MOVEVOX can coordinate buyer-nominated or project-qualified laboratories for sample submission, material information, report collection and failure follow-up. Existing RoHS and REACH evidence is sample-specific and does not certify every Sports Bra or future material.
What production capacity can MOVEVOX support?
MOVEVOX's overall controlled system has normal managed combined delivery capacity of approximately 150,000–200,000 pieces per month across different products and manufacturing routes. This is company-wide managed capacity, not reserved Sports Bra output. Each large PO requires project-specific review.
