BUYER-DEFINED SUPPORT · MATERIAL RESPONSE · PHYSICAL VALIDATION

Compression Leggings Manufacturer for Performance Activewear Brands

MOVEVOX develops performance compression leggings by connecting the buyer's intended support direction with physical material behavior, garment Fit and the appropriate Seamless or Cut & Sew construction route.

The objective is not simply to make a tighter legging. It is to establish a physical product that the buyer can review, approve and reproduce through bulk production.

COMPRESSION PRODUCT SYSTEM

Compression Is Created by a Product System, Not by One Tight Measurement

LAYER 01

Material Power

Stretch · Recovery · Structure

The actual fabric or yarn provides the physical foundation. Fiber composition alone does not define how the finished garment will behave.

↓
LAYER 02

Garment Geometry

Waist · Hip · Rise · Inseam · Waistband

Garment dimensions determine how the material is positioned around the body and how much extension is created in the worn garment.

↓
LAYER 03

Construction

Knit Structure · Panels · Seams · Waistband

Seamless and Cut & Sew products distribute structure through different manufacturing methods.

↓
LAYER 04

Physical Support Result

Buyer-Approved Garment

The result should be judged on the physical garment against the buyer's defined requirement.

Compression is the result of the system. It should not be reduced to one fabric percentage, one smaller measurement or one marketing term.
COMPRESSION TARGET MAP

Define the Compression Target Before Changing Material, Pattern or Measurements

STEP 01

Activity Context

Where will the product be used?

Training · Running · Gym · Yoga · Other buyer-defined use

STEP 02

Support Direction

What should physically feel different from a standard legging?

  • Closer physical Fit
  • Stronger structural hold
  • More supportive waistband
  • Another clearly defined buyer requirement
STEP 03

Physical Reference

What will the buyer use to judge the result?

  • Tech Pack
  • Legally usable reference garment
  • Approved sample
  • Sketch or image
  • Defined physical evaluation condition
STEP 04

Approval Method

What has to be accepted before production?

Material · Fit · Support Direction · Construction

MOVEVOX does not automatically interpret performance compression as medical compression, therapeutic pressure or an mmHg-rated requirement.
SUPPORT DISTRIBUTION

Define Where the Garment Is Intended to Feel More or Less Supportive

Different products can require different support directions. Before selecting a construction solution, the buyer and manufacturer should establish which garment areas matter and how they should be evaluated physically.

Compression leggings buyer-defined support distribution map
ZONE A

Waistband

Review height, circumference / Fit, material or knitted construction and physical stability.

ZONE B

Upper Hip / Body

Review how material and garment geometry interact through the transition from waistband to hip.

ZONE C

Hip / Seat

Define the buyer-required Fit and physical support direction without assuming a proprietary compression formula.

ZONE D

Thigh

Review the applicable material, pattern, panel or knitted structure.

ZONE E

Lower Leg

Confirm the intended Fit and physical garment behavior for the actual Style.

These zones are used to structure a buyer-defined technical discussion. They are not presented as proprietary MOVEVOX compression zones or medical pressure zones.
STRETCH–RECOVERY VALIDATION

Validate Stretch and Recovery Before Treating a Material as Compression-Ready

GATE 01

Can the Material Extend Enough?

The material must provide sufficient extension for the intended garment Fit, movement and required size range.

GATE 02

Does It Recover?

Review how the actual material returns toward its intended physical dimensions after extension.

GATE 03

What Happens in the Finished Garment?

Material behavior should be evaluated again after it is converted into the actual waistband, rise, hip and leg geometry.

GATE 04

Has the Material Changed?

A new fabric, yarn, weight, finishing route or material source should not automatically inherit the previous sample's Fit or support approval.

Activewear knitted surface and material structure
MOVEVOX activewear material swatches and coordinated garments
Similar composition does not automatically mean similar physical response. Two Nylon / Spandex materials can share comparable composition percentages while differing in physical weight, construction, stretch, recovery and finished-garment behavior.
SEAMLESS VS CUT & SEW

Choose the Manufacturing Route After the Compression Target Is Defined

Tubular Seamless garment during Santoni circular knitting
SEAMLESS ROUTE

Yarn → Machine Program → Knit Structure → Physical Garment

Seamless manufacturing can be appropriate where the product uses engineered knitted structures, rib areas, mesh structures, knitted waistbands or reduced-seam construction.

MOVEVOX operates 28 Italian Santoni Seamless machines at its Yiwu core base.

The actual support result still requires physical sample approval.

MOVEVOX Cut and Sew activewear production
CUT & SEW ROUTE

Physical Fabric → Pattern Geometry → Panels / Seams → Physical Garment

Cut & Sew can be appropriate where the product relies on a selected fabric, pattern geometry, sewn waistband, panels, gussets, seams or other sewn structures.

MOVEVOX maintains core Cut & Sew capability in Yiwu.

Neither manufacturing route is automatically “more compressive.” The appropriate route depends on the target product, material, physical Fit, construction and buyer-approved result.
MANUFACTURING PROOF

PROGRAM FIT

Which Compression Leggings Programs Fit MOVEVOX Best?

01

Established Performance Activewear Brands

You already sell leggings, tights or training apparel and need a supplier that can work against defined material, Fit, construction and repeat-order requirements.

02

Fitness, Running & Training Brands

You need compression or support-oriented leggings developed around an actual activity, physical Fit direction and material system rather than a generic tight-fitting garment.

03

Growing DTC Activewear Brands

Your initial products have been commercially validated and you now need stronger development, quality control and manufacturing discipline as order volume increases.

04

Multi-SKU Activewear Programs

You need leggings, shorts, sports bras or tops to share selected materials, colors and branding while retaining SKU-specific Fit and construction requirements.

COMPRESSION FIT & POM

Control Compression Fit Through Defined Measurements and Grading

Compression should not be created by applying an undefined size reduction to a standard legging. The relevant POM, Fit relationships, physical material and grading should follow the buyer's approved product specification.

Physical activewear garment measurement evidence
Control Point What Must Be Defined
WaistApproved measurement method and intended Fit relationship.
Waistband HeightApplicable waistband dimension and position.
Front RiseBuyer-defined rise measurement influencing front garment position.
Back RiseApproved relationship between waistband, hip and back-body Fit.
HipApplicable hip measurement connected to material and product Fit.
InseamRequired product length using a consistent measurement method.
Gusset / Panel / ConstructionWhere applicable, define the position and dimensions of construction features relevant to the product.
POM & ToleranceDefine measurement points and acceptable production variation.
Grade RulesControl size-to-size measurement changes instead of relying on a generic size chart.
WAISTBAND STABILITY

Evaluate the Waistband as a Stability Component, Not Only a Measurement

Santoni Seamless waistband rib mesh and jacquard construction details

Waistband Height

Confirm the buyer-approved physical height and position.

Waistband Fit

Review the waistband circumference and its relationship to the waist and hip.

Material or Knit Structure

The waistband material or knitted construction should be evaluated as part of the actual garment.

Rise Relationship

Front and back rise can affect how the waistband sits on the body.

Physical Stability

The buyer should review whether the waistband maintains the intended position during the agreed physical evaluation.

MOVEVOX should not make a universal “no-roll” claim unless the actual project defines and validates the applicable evaluation requirement.
MOVEMENT FIT VALIDATION

Separate Static Fit Approval From Movement Fit Approval

01

Static Measurement

Confirm the physical garment against the applicable POM, dimensions and tolerances.

02

Static Physical Fit

Review the garment in its normal worn position against the buyer-approved Fit direction.

03

Buyer-Defined Movement Review

Evaluate the garment under the activity or movement condition specified by the buyer or project.

04

Post-Movement Review

Reassess waistband position, overall Fit, garment condition and any buyer-defined support requirement.

05

Record the Decision

Accept the current sample, define a revision or clarify the evaluation requirement before proceeding.

Compression leggings buyer-defined movement Fit evaluation
VALIDATION PRINCIPLE

Let the Buyer Define the Movement Condition

MOVEVOX should not invent a universal squat, running-time or movement protocol. The applicable condition should come from the buyer or project specification.
