A Gym Set Manufacturing System Built Around Two Production Routes
MOVEVOX combines product development, seamless knitting, cut-and-sew construction, quality control and managed capacity so brands can develop coordinated gym products without separating the project purely by manufacturing method.
Seamless Engineering
The own-factory seamless system includes 28 Italian Santoni machines. Suitable products can use engineered rib, mesh, texture, jacquard and differentiated knitted structures across leggings, sports bras, shorts, tanks, long sleeves and sets.
The value is not machine count alone. Yarn, knitting program, dimensions, density, structure and finishing must work together before a seamless product becomes a controlled bulk standard.

Cut-and-Sew Construction
MOVEVOX's own system also includes approximately 24 principal sewing and garment-making machines. Cut-and-sew development supports products requiring patterns, gussets, pockets, panels, bindings, bra structures, mixed materials and other constructions better handled outside circular knitting.
This gives the buyer flexibility to choose by product engineering rather than by equipment limitation.

Product Development
The product development organization normally includes approximately eight people across design, pattern and sample-making functions. MOVEVOX can work from Tech Packs, authorized reference samples, sketches, images or defined concepts.
Standard sample development usually takes around 5–10 working days after the required details have been sufficiently confirmed.

Quality and Scale
The core factory operates as a technical, sample, key-production and QC center. For larger or repeat programs, eight long-term satellite facilities can supplement suitable production capacity while MOVEVOX retains centralized responsibility for technical information, materials, PMC, QC, packing and customer communication.
Normal managed stable combined delivery capability is approximately 150,000–200,000 pieces per month.

Six Risks to Check Before Approving a Gym Set Manufacturer
A strong first sample is not enough. Mature buyers should verify how a supplier controls product versions, materials, set consistency, production sites and commercial scale before supplier approval.
Sample-to-Bulk Drift
A development sample may be correct while bulk production gradually moves away from the approved material, measurements, construction, branding or packaging.
Verify: Ask how the supplier turns final sample approval into production standards and first-article checks.
Wrong Manufacturing Route
A gym set can contain products requiring different engineering. Choosing seamless or cut-and-sew only because one factory prefers that process can unnecessarily limit pockets, panels, knitted structures or fit.
Verify: Ask why each SKU is assigned to its proposed manufacturing route.
Material Substitution
Two materials with the same general fiber composition can still differ in GSM, hand feel, stretch, recovery, color or finishing.
Verify: Ask how approved materials and incoming production lots are identified.
Top-and-Bottom Shade Mismatch
The same Pantone reference can appear differently on different fabrics or yarn structures. Individually acceptable pieces can still fail as a commercial set.
Verify: Ask how physical color approval and cross-SKU comparison are handled.
Fit Inconsistency
A size M top and size M bottom belong to the same brand system but cannot share one universal measurement specification.
Verify: Ask how each product POM and grading are controlled while maintaining a consistent brand size language.
Hidden Production Transfer
Capacity pressure can cause products to move between facilities. Risk increases when customer requirements, versions and approved materials are not transferred formally.
Verify: Ask who authorizes production-site changes and how the new facility is qualified.
Build Gym Sets Around Product Function, Not Just Matching Color
A coordinated set should share a clear visual and commercial language while each garment retains the technical requirements needed for its own body area and training function.

Sports Bra + Leggings
A core gym and activewear combination. The two pieces can share material direction, color and branding while bra support and bottom fit remain independently developed.
- Shared color system
- Related material platform
- Coordinated logo treatment
- Independent bra and bottom fit approval

Sports Bra + Shorts
Suitable for gym, training and warmer-season programs. The sports bra requires its own band, strap, coverage and support development, while shorts require independent inseam, waistband and leg-opening control.
- Shared branding
- Shared or related fabric
- Independent support and bottom fit
- Coordinated packaging

Tank + Leggings
A useful option for training programs requiring greater upper-body coverage. Tank length, armholes and upper-body movement are developed independently from legging fit.
- Coordinated color palette
- Related surface and hand feel
- Brand-wide label system
- Product-specific measurements

Long Sleeve + Leggings
A seasonal or layering-oriented gym set that can extend an existing core collection. Sleeve fit, shoulder mobility and top length need separate approval.
- Seasonal color coordination
- Shared logo language
- Related material direction
- Independent garment engineering

Three-Piece Training Capsule
A sports bra, bottom and training layer can create a broader commercial capsule without becoming three unrelated development programs.
- Shared collection colors
- Coordinated branding
- Common label and packaging system
- Separate SKU specifications and approvals

Neither seamless nor cut-and-sew is universally superior. The correct route depends on product structure, material, fit, pockets, panels, knitted zones and the intended visual result.
| Decision Area | Seamless | Cut-and-Sew |
|---|---|---|
| Core Construction | Engineered circular-knit structure | Finished fabric cut into patterns and sewn |
| Texture | Rib, mesh, jacquard and knitted zones | Primarily created by fabric and panel design |
| Compression | Knitting density and engineered zones | Fabric recovery, negative ease and panel structure |
| Pockets | Structure-dependent | Highly flexible |
| Panels | More limited | High design freedom |
| Gussets | Product/program dependent | Flexible pattern construction |
| Bra Structure | Engineered knitted support zones | Panels, bindings, elastic, cups and layered structures |
| Zippers | Limited / project-specific | Better suited to zipper constructions |
| Fit Control | Yarn + dimensions + knit program | Pattern + grade + fabric behavior |
| Base Custom MOQ | Around 100 pieces/style | Around 150 pieces/style |
Engineer Seamless Structures Around Training Product Requirements
MOVEVOX's own seamless system includes 28 Italian Santoni machines. Suitable gym products can integrate knitted texture and zoned structures while each design remains subject to sample and fit validation.

Rib Structure
Rib construction can alter stretch, containment and visual texture around waistbands, hems or body zones.
Mesh Zone
Engineered mesh can create differentiated openness and visual structure in selected areas of the garment.
Compression Zone
Knitted density can create localized containment, but final wearing behavior still depends on yarn, size, dimensions and body interaction.
Jacquard Structure
Graphics or branding can be integrated into the knitted program where resolution and product structure are suitable.
Support Band
Sports bras and tops can use denser knitted areas in selected zones where additional containment is required.
Hem and Opening
Elasticity around openings must be controlled so the garment remains secure without excessive pressure or distortion.
Use Cut-and-Sew Where Gym Products Need More Construction Freedom
Cut-and-sew development supports structures requiring patterns, panels, pockets, bindings, bra components, mixed materials and conventional seam systems.

Overlock
Used for joining suitable stretch panels and finishing edges within activewear constructions.
Typical use: Internal panel joining
Control focus: Extension, tension and stitch consistency

Flatlock
Flatlock construction can reduce seam bulk on selected fitted activewear applications.
Typical use: Leggings, bras and training garments
Control focus: Width, thread tension and opening under stretch

Coverstitch
Relevant to hems, sleeve openings, selected bindings and stretch edges.
Typical use: Tops, bras and bottoms
Control focus: Extension, straight appearance and edge stability

Binding
Binding can finish necklines, armholes and selected garment edges while influencing comfort and appearance.
Typical use: Sports bras, tanks and tops
Control focus: Tension, even width and smooth curves

Panel Construction
Panels can create shaping, contour lines, color blocking or functional design zones.
Typical use: Leggings, shorts, bras and tops
Control focus: Symmetry, pattern accuracy and seam position

Pocket Construction
Side, waistband or integrated pockets require stable openings and placement without distorting stretch material.
Typical use: Gym leggings and biker shorts
Control focus: Position, opening recovery and security

Bra Construction
Cut-and-sew sports bras can combine fabric panels, elastics, bindings, padding or other components according to support and coverage direction.
Typical use: Structured sports bras
Control focus: Band fit, symmetry, strap construction and comfort
Select Gym Fabrics by Training Objective, Not Composition Alone
Composition is only one input. Hand feel, GSM, stretch, recovery, opacity, support, finishing, construction route and color also influence whether a material is suitable for the intended gym product.

Naked-Feel Direction
MOVEVOX development reference: Approx. 75–82% nylon / 18–25% spandex / 200–240 GSM
Evaluate: Hand feel, opacity, recovery and fit

General High-Stretch Training
MOVEVOX development reference: Approx. 70–85% nylon/polyester / 15–30% spandex / 180–280 GSM
Evaluate: Stretch balance, recovery and intended structure

Compression-Oriented Direction
MOVEVOX development reference: Approx. 65–78% nylon/polyester / 22–35% spandex / 230–320 GSM
Evaluate: Recovery, fit, support and wearer pressure

Brushed Training Direction
MOVEVOX development reference: Approx. 75–82% nylon/polyester / 18–25% spandex / 210–270 GSM
Evaluate: Pilling, recovery, hand feel and appearance

Seamless Yarn Direction
MOVEVOX development reference: Approx. 80–94% nylon/polyester / 6–20% spandex
Evaluate: Yarn behavior, knitted structure, density, elasticity and fit
High Stretch Is Only Useful When the Product Can Recover
Gym apparel must extend during movement and then return toward its intended shape. Stretch and recovery therefore need to be evaluated together with fit, waistband stability and product structure.

Actual numerical scoring should be populated only from selected material data or an agreed test method.
Naked-Feel Direction
Usually prioritizes high flexibility and a softer wearing sensation. Recovery still matters because excessive permanent extension can affect knee shape, waistband stability and repeated fit.
Compression Direction
Usually requires stronger containment and recovery. Material selection must be considered together with negative ease and garment measurements so compression does not become uncontrolled tightness.
Brushed Direction
Brushing changes surface behavior and can affect appearance and perceived softness. Stretch and recovery therefore need review on the actual finished material.
Seamless Direction
Final elasticity depends on yarn, knitting density, zone structure, garment dimensions and finishing rather than a finished-fabric specification alone.
Opacity Is a Product Result, Not a Fabric Marketing Label
“Squat-proof” should not be treated as an unconditional material claim. Coverage under movement depends on material structure, color, extension, sizing and final garment construction.
Material Density
Higher density can improve coverage, but GSM alone does not predict final opacity.
Evidence basis: Material specification plus stretch-state evaluation.
Color
Light or highly saturated colors can require more careful validation than dark colors on the same material structure.
Evidence basis: Actual approved color sample.
Stretch State
A fabric may appear opaque when relaxed but become more transparent when extended around the hips or during training movement.
Evidence basis: Evaluation under representative garment stretch.
Fit
Excessive negative ease can force material beyond its intended extension and reduce coverage.
Evidence basis: Measurement specification and Fit Sample.
Garment Structure
Gussets, seams, knitted zones and panels influence how stretch is distributed across the product.
Evidence basis: Finished garment sample and project-specific inspection.
Trace Materials From Approval to Every Gym Set SKU
A sports bra and legging can only function as a coordinated set when the correct materials reach the correct production styles. MOVEVOX centrally coordinates major material requirements and maintains project-level material information through production.
Material Approval
Composition, GSM, hand feel, color, stretch direction and relevant project requirements are identified before material becomes an approved production input.
Supplier Order
Material sourcing coordinates purchasing against the approved requirement, including quantity, color and expected delivery.
Lot Identification
Applicable fabric or dye lots remain identifiable so later quality questions can be linked to the actual material batch.
Incoming Inspection
Project-relevant checks such as color, GSM, shrinkage, elasticity or appearance can be performed before material release.
SKU Allocation
Material is assigned to the applicable styles and orders so production teams know which product standard applies.
Production Use
Assigned facilities work from MOVEVOX-issued material requirements rather than independently replacing the material.
Shipment Traceability
PO, SKU, packing and shipment information support later investigation if a material issue appears.

Coordinate Top-and-Bottom Color Through Physical Approval
The same Pantone number can appear differently on different fabrics, yarns or finishes. Gym-set color therefore needs to be developed and approved against the actual material route.

Reference
Begin with a defined Pantone, physical swatch or buyer-approved color standard.

Material Route
Fiber, surface, knit structure and finishing can alter final color appearance.

Lab Dip
For custom dyeing, a physical Lab Dip or comparable sample may be used where applicable to establish an approval reference.

Light Review
Different materials should be compared under agreed viewing conditions when intended to appear together as a set.

Approval
The approved reference becomes tied to the actual substrate and applicable SKU rather than only to the color name.

Bulk Lot
Production lots are compared with the approved standard, while individual dye lots remain identifiable where applicable.
Use One Brand Size Language Without Forcing One Measurement Chart
A size M sports bra and size M legging should feel like they belong to the same brand, but they need completely different measurements, grading logic and fit controls.
| Brand Size | Sports Bra | Training Top | Leggings | Shorts | Validation |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| XS | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Project-specific |
| S | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Project-specific |
| M | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Base / project-specific |
| L | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Project-specific |
| XL | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Buyer specification | Project-specific |
Fit and Grading Guidance
MOVEVOX does not apply one universal factory size chart to every gym product. Customer measurements, intended body profile, fabric stretch, target support and product construction are reviewed together.
A sports bra may require band, bust, strap and coverage controls. A legging may require waist, hip, rise and inseam. A short introduces additional inseam and leg-opening considerations.
- Customer size and measurement standards take priority.
- Fit approval on one SKU does not approve another SKU.
- Size-set validation can be used where range or product risk requires it.
Choose the Development Route That Matches Your Product Readiness
OEM, development-led ODM and private label begin from different levels of buyer input. The right model depends on what your brand has already defined and what still requires technical development.
| Decision Area | OEM | Development-Led ODM | Private Label |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starting Point | Detailed Tech Pack / specification | Concept, sketch, image or authorized reference | Established product basis |
| Product Direction | Buyer-defined | Buyer-led with MOVEVOX technical development | Existing basis adapted to buyer brand |
| Technical Work | Manufacturability and execution review | Material, pattern, construction and sample development | Customization within agreed product scope |
| Fit | Follow buyer standard and revise through samples | Developed through samples and buyer feedback | Adjusted within applicable development scope |
| Materials | Execute or source against requirement | Recommend development directions | Select suitable available options |
| Branding | Buyer artwork and approval | Buyer brand direction and approval | Core logo / labels / packaging execution |
| Best For | Mature technical teams | Brands with clear product direction but incomplete specification | Buyers prioritizing faster brand execution |

Use Each Sample Stage to Answer a Different Question
Sampling is an approval system. A gym set should not move into bulk merely because the first top and bottom look acceptable together.
Development Sample
Converts the confirmed development input into the first physical product.
Buyer inputs: Product brief, technical requirements, material direction
MOVEVOX outputs: First development version
Pass criterion: Structure is manufacturable and major open issues are identified.
Fit Sample
Validates body proportions, measurements, support, movement and product-specific fit.
Buyer inputs: Fit comments and target wearing direction
MOVEVOX outputs: Updated pattern or program
Pass criterion: Base fit reaches buyer-defined target.
Revised Sample
Confirms whether agreed changes solved issues identified in the previous round.
Buyer inputs: Consolidated revision comments
MOVEVOX outputs: Controlled revised version
Pass criterion: Critical revisions closed.
Size Set
Checks whether approved fit logic has transferred appropriately through the commercial size range where required.
Buyer inputs: Grade rules and risk sizes
MOVEVOX outputs: Selected size samples
Pass criterion: Size progression meets approved requirements.
PP Set
Establishes final pre-production references and allows the buyer to review individual SKUs together for collection-level consistency.
Buyer inputs: Final branding, packaging and unresolved approvals
MOVEVOX outputs: PP samples / production references
Pass criterion: Required product and set-level standards ready for bulk.

Do Not Release the Gym Set Until These Variables Are Approved
- Each SKU has its own fit approval. A correct legging does not automatically approve the sports bra or top.
- Material approval is linked to the actual product. Composition alone does not define GSM, stretch, recovery, hand feel or opacity.
- Top-and-bottom color has been physically reviewed. One Pantone reference does not guarantee identical appearance on different materials.
- Construction is locked. Seams, pockets, panels, waistband, straps and knitted structures follow the current approved product version.
- Branding is garment-specific. Logo method, size and placement are controlled for each SKU.
- Packaging and identification are final. Size, color, barcode, labels, set pairing and carton instructions are confirmed before bulk packing.
Understand What the MOQ Actually Applies To
A headline MOQ can be misleading if it does not explain whether the number applies to a garment, style, color, material lot or complete set.
Pilot Gym Set Program
MOVEVOX’s normal custom starting reference is approximately 100 pieces per seamless style and approximately 150 pieces per cut-and-sew style under suitable material and process conditions. A bra + legging program therefore requires SKU-level review rather than automatically being interpreted as “100 complete sets.”
Quantity: ≈100 seamless / ≈150 cut-and-sew baseline
Review: Style, color, size, material, logo, packaging
Core Repeat Program
Once the styles and materials are validated, repeatable colors, labels and packaging can create a more efficient production structure. There is no single universal public MOQ for every core program because product route, fabric and supplier minimums can differ by style.
Quantity: Confirmed by project structure
Review: Material volume and SKU architecture
Scale Program
Larger or repeat programs are reviewed against material booking, capacity, production-site allocation, QC workload and target delivery.
Quantity: Project-specific capacity review
Review: Volume, materials, lead time and production structure

Read Gym Garment Measurements as Controlled Production Data
Measurement control only works when the POM, specification, tolerance, measurement method, actual result and disposition can be understood together.

POM Definition
Each measurement point should clearly identify where the measurement begins and ends.
Specification
The target should come from the current approved buyer document rather than a previous development version.
Tolerance
Buyer-defined tolerances take priority over internal reference values.
Actual Result
High-stretch garments should be measured through a consistent method without deliberately stretching the product to force a passing result.
Trend Review
One passing garment does not prove that production is stable. Inline results can reveal a drift before final inspection.
Disposition
An out-of-tolerance result requires a defined action such as hold, investigation, rework, screening or another approved response.
MOVEVOX aligns measurement methods during development or first-article control and then uses the current Measurement Spec/POM during production. A real anonymized inspection sheet showing Style → POM → Spec → Tolerance → Actual → Result would provide the strongest evidence.
Prevent Commercial Errors After the Garment Passes QC
A correct garment can still be unusable for retail or fulfillment if size, color, barcode, set pairing or carton information is wrong.
| Defect | Likely Cause | Prevention | Inspection | Corrective Action |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wrong Size Label | Size batches mixed during finishing | Separate and identify size bundles clearly | Compare garment, sewn label and package | Hold, correct and re-inspect |
| Wrong Color | Similar colorways mixed at packing | Maintain clear SKU/color identification | Compare garment with packing instruction | Segregate and repack |
| Barcode Mismatch | Outdated or wrong sticker file | Freeze current barcode data | Reconcile style/color/size/barcode | Replace and expanded check |
| Wrong Set Pairing | Top and bottom paired using incorrect size rule | Define permitted pairings in advance | Check both garment identifiers | Reopen and correct affected sets |
| Missing Tag | Trim step skipped or component shortage | Reconcile trims before packing | Check approved tagging requirement | Apply correct tag and recheck |
| Carton Error | Packing data copied from another PO | Issue PO-specific carton plan | Confirm quantity, ratio and carton mark | Correct cartons and documentation |

Read Compliance Evidence by the Tested Sample and Actual Scope
MOVEVOX does not treat one third-party report as automatic certification of every gym set, fabric, color or production lot.

RoHS Tested Sample
A third-party report dated April 30, 2025 identifies Yiwu Chenjin Import And Export Co., Ltd. as applicant and manufacturer and describes the submitted sample as black “fitness yoga leggings.” The report records compliance of that submitted sample with the referenced RoHS 2.0 limits.
Applicable scope: TST20250405148E — tested black fitness yoga leggings sample only.

REACH Phthalate Test
A separate report dated April 30, 2025 covers black fabric from the submitted fitness yoga leggings and records a Pass for the referenced REACH Annex XVII Entry 51 and 52 phthalate requirements.
Applicable scope: TST20250405150E — tested black fabric sample only.

Certificate Limitation
Certificate TST20250405148EC explicitly states that it applies only to the tested sample and does not imply assessment of the whole production.
Applicable scope: TST20250405148EC — linked tested sample only.
Buyer-Specific Testing
Large brands may require their own restricted-substance, chemical, physical-performance or finished-garment standards. MOVEVOX can support testing through customer-nominated or suitable third-party laboratories according to the actual project.
MOVEVOX position: Define the product, material, color, method and acceptance criteria before using test evidence commercially.
U.S. Fitness Program From Tech Pack to Repeat Bulk Production
A U.S.-based fitness customer developed multiple activewear categories with MOVEVOX, including sets, leggings, shorts, sports bras, tank tops and one-piece products. The project demonstrates product revision, user testing, private-label execution and detailed SKU-level packing control.
Customer Background
The customer is a U.S.-based fitness creator operating an activewear business. The program required products suitable for actual training use together with stretch, support, opacity, soft hand feel and extended-size considerations.
Development Challenge
The customer provided her own Tech Pack. The first physical sample did not fully meet intended training-use requirements, so the project required another controlled development round rather than moving directly to bulk. Commercial production also included custom packaging, inserts, labels, logo, care labels and different QR-code information by product color and size.
MOVEVOX Solution
MOVEVOX reviewed the Tech Pack and produced the first sample. After customer feedback, a second sample version was developed. Once the revised direction was close to approval, approximately 5–10 additional samples were prepared for the customer’s own product testing. After positive evaluation, the project moved into bulk production. Because different colors and sizes required different QR-code information, finished products were checked by style, color and size during packing.

Spain Case From Product Validation to Repeat and Scale
This relationship progressed from initial sample evaluation into private-label execution, repeat purchasing and higher-volume production support.
Sample Qualification
The customer first purchased available samples and evaluated quality, fabric, workmanship and product details before moving into customized production.
Private Label Setup
After sample approval, the customer requested custom care labels, tags, packaging and logo execution. MOVEVOX recommended a silicone-logo process and matte zipper-bag packaging for this specific project.
1,200-Piece Launch
The first commercial order was 1,200 pieces. The case record states that the first production batch was completed within 15 days, with part shipped by air and the remainder by sea.
Early Reorder
Before receiving the first bulk shipment, the customer placed another order for 1,200 pieces using the same confirmed processes and packaging.
Recurring Cooperation
The relationship developed into approximately two orders per month according to the available case record.
Higher Volume Response
During one May order, demand increased to approximately three times the customer’s normal volume. MOVEVOX added production-line resources to support the order.
Inventory Support
MOVEVOX later began holding stock for selected styles for this specific customer, with the case record describing approximately 1,500 pieces per color.

Gym Sets Manufacturer Frequently Asked Questions
These answers address the development, MOQ, manufacturing, quality and qualification questions brands commonly need to resolve before starting a gym-set program with MOVEVOX.
Can MOVEVOX manufacture gym sets from our Tech Packs?
Yes. MOVEVOX can use buyer Tech Packs as the primary development reference for sports bras, leggings, shorts, tanks, long sleeves and other activewear products. The team reviews drawings, measurements, construction, materials, branding and packaging for open points before sampling. Seamless and cut-and-sew products can exist in the same program, but each SKU maintains its own product specification and approval.
Can you develop from a physical sample or reference product?
Yes, provided the buyer owns the product or is authorized to use the reference. MOVEVOX can review dimensions, material behavior, construction and product details and use that information as a development starting point. MOVEVOX does not position unauthorized copying of third-party branded products as a normal development route.
Can one gym set use both seamless and cut-and-sew products?
Yes. MOVEVOX’s own production system includes 28 Italian Santoni seamless machines and approximately 24 principal sewing and garment-production machines. Each SKU follows the route best suited to its structure while project documentation, materials, branding and QC remain centrally coordinated.
How long does standard sample development take?
Standard sample development typically takes approximately 5–10 working days after the required development details have been sufficiently confirmed. Custom materials, special colors, complex structures, buyer revisions and international courier transit can extend the overall development schedule.
What is MOVEVOX’s MOQ for custom gym sets?
MOVEVOX’s regular custom starting reference is approximately 100 pieces per seamless style and approximately 150 pieces per cut-and-sew style under suitable material and process conditions. Final quantity depends on style, color, size split, material, branding and packaging.
Is MOQ calculated per set, per style or per piece?
The base MOVEVOX MOQ is generally evaluated by garment style and manufacturing route. Separate material, custom-color, logo, label or packaging suppliers may also have their own minimum requirements.
Can we mix several colors inside the MOQ?
Color splitting depends on material availability, manufacturing route and actual quantity per color. MOVEVOX’s current reference is that custom dyeing often needs evaluation around approximately 400–600 finished pieces per color depending on material and product structure.
Do you work with smaller pilot orders before scaling?
Yes, where the product and material structure fits MOVEVOX’s normal MOQ range. The intended path is sample approval → commercially practical initial production → repeat order → larger scale where the product succeeds.
Does MOVEVOX actually manufacture seamless gym wear?
Yes. MOVEVOX’s own Yiwu manufacturing system includes 28 Italian Santoni seamless knitting machines. Suitable product categories include seamless leggings, sports bras, shorts, tanks, long sleeves and sets.
Does MOVEVOX also manufacture cut-and-sew gym products?
Yes. The core factory includes approximately 24 principal sewing and garment-production machines supporting pattern-based activewear construction, including panels, pockets, gussets, bindings and bra structures.
What is the normal bulk-production lead time?
MOVEVOX’s normal bulk-production reference is approximately 20–35 days under typical conditions. Actual timing depends on material readiness, quantity, SKU count, manufacturing route, branding, packing, buyer approvals, inspection requirements and available capacity.
Does MOVEVOX use satellite factories?
Yes. MOVEVOX currently manages eight long-term satellite factories—six in Yiwu and two in Guangzhou—in addition to its own core manufacturing base. Technical documents, materials, production allocation, PMC, QC, packing and customer communication remain under MOVEVOX management.
How does MOVEVOX control sample-to-bulk consistency?
MOVEVOX uses the current Tech Pack, measurement specification, approved or PP sample, material requirements, color references, branding, labels and packaging as production inputs. Readiness review, first article, inline checks, finished-garment inspection and final release are used to compare execution against the approved standard.
How are gym garment measurements controlled?
Each product is measured against its own approved POM and specification rather than relying only on the commercial size label. Buyer-defined measurement methods and tolerances take priority.
How do you control color consistency between a top and bottom?
MOVEVOX uses an approved color reference and coordinates development according to the actual fabric or seamless-yarn route. Different substrates may require separate physical color review because one Pantone value does not guarantee visually identical results across materials.
How is packaging checked for gym sets?
Packaging control includes garment SKU, size, color, labels, hangtags, barcode or QR information, individual bags and carton requirements. If top and bottom products are bundled together, the permitted pairing rules should be defined in advance.
Can we audit the MOVEVOX factory?
Yes. MOVEVOX supports customer Factory Audits, Technical Audits, pre-production visits, inline inspection, pre-shipment inspection and live video factory tours, subject to production scheduling and confidentiality requirements.
Can third-party inspection be arranged?
Yes. MOVEVOX can cooperate with buyer-appointed or agreed third-party inspection according to actual order requirements. Inspection standards, timing, available quantity and acceptance criteria should be confirmed in advance.
Are all MOVEVOX gym products RoHS or REACH certified?
No blanket claim should be made. MOVEVOX currently has third-party testing for a specific black fitness yoga leggings sample and black fabric. The relevant reports support only the tested samples and specified test scope.
Can MOVEVOX support larger repeat orders?
Yes, subject to project-specific capacity review. MOVEVOX’s normal managed stable combined delivery capability is approximately 150,000–200,000 pieces per month across its own and controlled production resources.
