Yoga Wear Supplier for Global Activewear Brand Programs
MOVEVOX supports established yoga and activewear brands with manufacturing-led supply programs covering custom product development, private-label execution, sampling, quality control and repeat bulk production.
Projects can include leggings, sports bras, shorts, tanks, coordinated sets and related close-to-body activewear. Depending on the product structure, MOVEVOX supports both Seamless and Cut & Sew manufacturing routes.
Buyer programs can begin from a complete Tech Pack, incomplete technical file, legally usable reference garment, sketch, image or clearly defined concept. MOVEVOX can then support technical review, material coordination, development sampling, Fit and measurement review, revisions, approval and bulk-production preparation.
The objective is not only to supply one garment, but to support a repeatable B2B sourcing program around approved products, correct SKUs, private-label execution and controlled order quality.
A Yoga Wear Supplier Should Support More Than Product Availability
For professional buyers, a long-term supplier must support product, manufacturing, commercial and order-control requirements at the same time.
Product Range
A useful Yoga Wear supplier should be able to support an assortment rather than one isolated garment. Relevant MOVEVOX product directions include leggings, sports bras, shorts, tanks, coordinated sets and related close-to-body activewear.
Manufacturing
The supplier should understand how different products move through the appropriate Seamless or Cut & Sew manufacturing route.
Customization
Professional buyers may require control over material, Color, Size, Fit, construction, branding and packaging.
Commercial Supply
A supplier also needs to manage MOQ, sample timing, bulk timing, repeat orders and multi-SKU programs.
Quality
Product approval needs to be transferred into production references, QC stages, packing checks and shipment preparation.
Supplier Verification
Buyers may also need to verify company identity, factory, equipment, production resources, QC and supply-chain structure.
Build a Yoga Wear Program Across Multiple Activewear Categories
MOVEVOX supports repeat B2B activewear programs across several close-to-body product categories rather than limiting the buyer to one product type.

Leggings
MOVEVOX supports both Seamless and Cut & Sew leggings development depending on the intended material, construction and product requirement. Projects can involve buyer-defined measurements, Fit, material, Color and branding.

Sports Bras
Sports bra projects can be reviewed around Fit, underband, straps, material, construction and padding or insert requirements where applicable, through either Seamless or Cut & Sew routes where technically suitable.

Shorts
Activewear shorts can be developed from buyer-defined measurements, materials, Fit, construction and branding according to the intended product.

Tanks / Tops
MOVEVOX can support relevant close-to-body activewear tops and tanks as part of coordinated programs.

Coordinated Sets
Buyers sourcing multiple products can coordinate materials, Colors, branding, Size ranges and packaging across related Styles.
Program-Level Supply
The commercial objective is to help the buyer manage Product × Style × Color × Size × Branding × Packaging as one controlled supply program.
What Should a Buying Team Evaluate Before Shortlisting a Yoga Wear Supplier?
Product Coverage
Can the supplier support the relevant product categories across one sourcing program?
Supplier Model
Is the company operating mainly as a stock wholesaler, trading supplier, direct factory or manufacturing-led supply-chain partner, and does that model match the buyer’s sourcing requirement?
Manufacturing Control
Can the supplier explain where production occurs, which manufacturing route is used, which resources are core and which resources are external?
Customization
Can the supplier support more than Logo application across material, Color, Fit, construction, Size, private label and packaging?
Commercial Terms
Can the buyer understand the applicable MOQ, sample timing, bulk timing and material constraints before investing heavily in development?
Quality & Repeatability
Can an approved sample be translated into controlled repeat production?
Order Accuracy
Can multiple Styles, Colors, Sizes, labels, barcodes and packaging combinations be managed correctly?
Supplier Verification
Can the buyer verify the actual factory, production resources, QC system and documentation before approval?
Not Every Yoga Wear Supplier Operates the Same Way
| Supplier Model | Typical Strength | Buyer Consideration |
|---|---|---|
| Ready-Stock Wholesaler | Existing Styles, faster sourcing, low development requirement | Limited product customization; buyer works around existing product architecture |
| Trading Supplier | Broad sourcing reach and access to multiple factories | Actual manufacturing control and production-site transparency may vary |
| Factory-Only Manufacturer | Direct production and visible manufacturing capability | External resource flexibility can be narrower depending on the project |
| Manufacturing-Led Supply Partner | Core manufacturing, product development, external resource coordination, private label, QC and repeat production | Requires clear distinction between core and external resources |

MOVEVOX is manufacturing-driven rather than operating only as a sourcing intermediary.

Use Seamless Manufacturing Where the Product Structure Requires It
MOVEVOX currently operates 28 Italian Santoni Seamless knitting machines at the Yiwu core manufacturing base. The Seamless route can be evaluated where technically suitable for relevant products such as leggings, sports bras and related activewear.
Yarn / Material Direction
Begin with the current buyer-defined or reviewed yarn/material requirement.
Seamless Structure / Program
Translate the product requirement into the applicable Seamless development structure/program.
Knitting
Knit the garment through the approved Seamless manufacturing route.
Garment Dimensions
Keep relevant dimensions within product-development control.
Sample
Review the physical sample against technical requirement, measurements, material and overall product direction.
Fit
Use buyer Fit comments to identify required changes.
Approval
Use the accepted Seamless development version as part of the bulk-production reference.
Rib, mesh, texture or other knitted structures should not automatically be described as verified compression, ventilation or support features without appropriate product-specific evidence.

Use Cut & Sew for Pattern-Led Yoga Wear Development
Cut & Sew manufacturing is suitable for activewear products built around defined fabrics, patterns, panels, seams, components and buyer-specific garment construction.

Material
Confirm the approved fabric direction for the current Style.
Pattern
Translate buyer measurements and design requirements into the applicable garment pattern.
Cutting
Cut panels according to the correct Style × Color × Size requirements.
Sewing
Assemble the garment according to the current approved construction.
Measurement
Check relevant POMs against the applicable technical reference.
Quality Control
Review workmanship, construction and measurements through the project QC process.
Finished Product
Keep the final product connected to the approved sample and production references.
Seamless and Cut & Sew are different manufacturing routes, not quality tiers. The appropriate route depends on the actual product specification.
Select Yoga Wear Materials Around Product, Fit and Commercial Requirements
Material selection should not be reduced to fiber composition alone. The fabric or yarn needs to remain compatible with the intended garment, manufacturing route and repeat supply program.
| Decision Area | What the Buyer and Supplier Need to Align |
|---|---|
| Product Type | Material direction should reflect whether the product is leggings, sports bra, shorts, tank, coordinated set or another relevant close-to-body activewear Style. |
| Fit | The material needs to work with the intended garment dimensions and buyer-approved Fit. |
| Stretch | Stretch should be evaluated according to how the material interacts with the actual product. |
| Recovery | Recovery can influence garment dimensions, Fit and repeated wearing behavior. |
| Handfeel | The buyer may define an approved direction such as soft, smooth, firm or another physical reference. |
| Weight / Structure | Material weight and structure can affect coverage, handling, Fit and construction compatibility. |
| Manufacturing Route | The material should remain suitable for the selected Seamless or Cut & Sew route. |
| Commercial Availability | Material decisions should also consider supplier availability, MOQ, Color, lead time and repeat-order feasibility. |
Universal claims such as squat-proof, moisture-wicking, compression or UPF require suitable product/material-specific evidence.

Combine Product Customization With a Controlled Private Label System
For professional sourcing programs, product customization and branding customization should be managed as connected but separate controls.
Product Customization
Depending on the actual project, buyer requirements can involve material, Color, Size, Fit, construction and applicable design details.
Logo
MOVEVOX can coordinate project-specific Logo execution according to the approved process.
Main Label
The correct main-label version should remain connected to the intended Style.
Size Label
Size information needs to match the actual garment and SKU.
Care Label
Care-label content should follow the buyer’s approved market requirements.
Woven Label / Hangtag
Where required, these should remain connected to the correct product version.
Barcode / QR
Commercial coding can be managed against Style × Color × Size.
Individual Packaging
MOVEVOX can coordinate polybags, stickers and custom packaging according to the project.
Carton Marks
Outer-carton information should correspond with the actual packed order.
Private Label is more than Logo placement.

Resolve Technical and Commercial Questions Before Development or Production
Incomplete information should be identified early rather than converted into undocumented assumptions.
Product
Confirm Style, intended use and current development version.
Size & Fit
Review measurement chart, Size range, Fit direction and open grading questions.
Material
Confirm the current fabric / yarn direction, Color and material requirements.
Construction
Review whether the Style follows Seamless or Cut & Sew and clarify unresolved construction details.
Branding
Confirm Logo, labels, barcode / QR and packaging where applicable.
Quantity
Review estimated Style quantity, Color quantity and Size breakdown where available.
Timing
Identify the buyer’s sample requirement, target approval date and bulk timing requirement.

Turn Buyer Requirements Into a Manufacturable Yoga Wear Product
MOVEVOX can begin product development from different levels of buyer input and progressively convert that information into an approved garment.
Development Input
Complete Tech Pack, incomplete Tech Pack, legally usable reference garment, sketch, image or clearly defined concept.
Technical Review
Clarify measurements, material, Fit, construction, Color, branding and open questions.
Material
Coordinate the approved or proposed material direction.
Pattern / Seamless Structure
Translate the product into the appropriate manufacturing route.
Development Sample
Produce the first physical interpretation of the reviewed requirement.
Fit / Measurement Review
Evaluate the sample against measurements, buyer Fit standard and product direction.
Revision
Convert buyer comments into identifiable technical changes.
Approval
Move the accepted product version into bulk-production preparation.

Use Sampling to Verify the Product Before Bulk Commitment

Requirements → Sample V1
Begin from the current Tech Pack, measurements, material, Color, construction and branding. Produce the first physical sample from the reviewed information.

Internal Review → Buyer Review → Comments
MOVEVOX can check applicable measurements, visible construction, workmanship and obvious deviations before submission. The buyer evaluates the product against its own Fit, measurements, appearance, material and technical standard.

Revision → V2 → Approval
Update the applicable pattern, Seamless development information, measurements or construction and produce the revised version to confirm implementation before approval.
Standard sample development is typically approximately 5–10 working days after key details are confirmed. Actual timing depends on material, Color, construction and project complexity.
Confirm the Critical Product Details Before Bulk Release
Bulk production should not begin while material, Fit, technical or branding requirements remain unresolved.
| Approval Area | What Must Be Confirmed | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Style | Correct product and current development version | Approved / Revision Required / Pending Buyer Confirmation |
| Material | Approved fabric / yarn, material reference and applicable components | Approved / Revision Required / Pending Buyer Confirmation |
| Color | Correct approved Color reference | Approved / Revision Required / Pending Buyer Confirmation |
| Measurements | Critical POMs, measuring methods and tolerances | Approved / Revision Required / Pending Buyer Confirmation |
| Fit | Buyer-accepted Fit where applicable | Approved / Revision Required / Pending Buyer Confirmation |
| Construction | Approved pattern, seams, Seamless structure and finishing | Approved / Revision Required / Pending Buyer Confirmation |
| Size | Approved Size range and grading direction | Approved / Revision Required / Pending Buyer Confirmation |
| Branding | Logo, labels, artwork and placement | Approved / Revision Required / Pending Buyer Confirmation |
| Commercial Codes | Barcode, QR and SKU data where applicable | Approved / Revision Required / Pending Buyer Confirmation |
| Packaging | Polybag, sticker, folding, custom packaging and carton mark | Approved / Revision Required / Pending Buyer Confirmation |

Transfer the Approved Yoga Wear Product Into a Controlled Bulk Standard
A good development sample only becomes commercially useful when the approved product information is transferred into production without uncontrolled changes.
Freeze the Accepted Standard
- Approved physical sample
- Approved POMs, measuring methods and tolerances
- Material reference
- Pattern / Seamless development version
- Approved Color
- Logo, labels and commercial coding
- Packaging specification
Carry the Standard Into Bulk
- Released production information
- Correct material and product version
- First Article review
- Bulk production
- Inline QC
- Finished-garment inspection
- Branding and packaging checks
Objective: controlled production against approved standards and tolerances rather than a claim that every bulk garment is completely identical to one physical sample.

Understand the Effective MOQ Behind a Yoga Wear Sourcing Program
Garment MOQ is only one part of the commercial minimum. Materials, Colors, branding and components can create separate project requirements.
| Requirement | MOVEVOX Reference | Qualification |
|---|---|---|
| Seamless Custom Garment | Approx. 100 pcs / Style | Subject to actual yarn, Color and product requirements |
| Cut & Sew Custom Garment | Approx. 150 pcs / Style | Subject to actual fabric, construction and component requirements |
| Fabric / Yarn | Supplier-specific | Custom material requirements may create separate minimums |
| Custom Color / Dyeing | Project-specific | Can require higher upstream quantities |
| Custom Dyeing Evaluation Reference | Often approx. 400–600 pcs | Depends on material, dye lot and actual supplier / process conditions |
| Components | Project-specific | Elastic, labels, trims and other components may create separate supplier minimums |
| Branding / Packaging | Project-specific | Logo, labels and custom packaging may have independent process minimums |
Garment MOQ ≠ Effective Project MOQ.
Ready to Review Your Yoga Wear Sourcing Program?
If your team already has product requirements, Tech Packs, reference garments, material directions or an existing supply program, MOVEVOX can use that information to begin an initial supplier review.
A complete technical package is preferred, but unresolved product or commercial information can be identified during review rather than silently assumed.
Move From Approved Products to Repeat Yoga Wear Bulk Supply
A long-term supplier must support the buyer beyond development and into repeat commercial production.
Production Readiness
Confirm PO, approved Style, current technical version, material, Color and open points.
Material Preparation
Coordinate required fabric / yarn, applicable components, labels and packaging for the confirmed project.
Pre-Production Alignment
Align production, technical, QC and order information before bulk execution.
First Article
Check initial production output against released references.
Bulk Production
Proceed through the approved manufacturing route and production allocation.
Inline QC
Use inline inspection to identify repeated issues before completion of the whole order.
Finished Inspection
Review applicable measurements, construction, appearance and branding against released standards.
Packing
Verify Style, Color, Size, labels, commercial coding and packaging before shipment release.
For standard projects, approximately 20–35 days is the current regular bulk-production reference. Actual timing depends on material readiness, quantity, complexity, approvals, inspection requirements and scheduling.

Control Product, Color, Size and Packaging Accuracy Across a Yoga Wear Program
Multi-product activewear programs create a second type of quality risk: the correct garment can still become the wrong commercial SKU if labels, Size, QR codes or packaging are mismatched.
| Control Area | Required Link |
|---|---|
| Product / Style | Correct product and current version |
| Color | Correct approved Color reference |
| Size | Garment, label, barcode / QR and packaging use the correct Size information |
| SKU | Product × Style × Color × Size |
| Barcode / QR | Assigned code matches the correct SKU |
| Packaging | Packing requirement remains linked to the applicable Style and SKU |

Quality Control Around the Risks of Repeat Yoga Wear Supply
Quality management should remain connected to the approved product rather than being reduced to a generic “high quality” statement.
| QC Area | Control Focus |
|---|---|
| Material | Check applicable fabric, yarn, lining and component identity against the project standard. |
| Color | Keep production Color connected to the approved reference. |
| Measurements | Check critical POMs according to the agreed measuring method and tolerance. |
| Construction | Inspect applicable seams, panels, Seamless structures and finishing. |
| Workmanship | Review visible garment execution against the accepted standard. |
| Size | Verify that Size identification matches the actual product and order information. |
| Branding | Check Logo, labels, placement and commercial information. |
| Packaging | Confirm correct Style, Color, Size, barcode / QR and packing specification. |
Dedicated QC personnel currently supporting production and order-quality activities.
General QC Path: Incoming → Pre-Production → First Article → Inline → Finished Garment → Packing → Final Release

Understand the Production Resources Behind Your Yoga Wear Supply Program
Professional buyers may need to understand which resources are part of MOVEVOX’s core manufacturing base and which are controlled external production resources.
MOVEVOX Core Manufacturing Base
Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. Current facts include approximately 6,000 m² actual operating production space, 28 Italian Santoni Seamless knitting machines, approximately 24 main garment-production machines, development activities and QC support.
8 Principal Long-Term Satellite Factories

Production Allocation
Actual Facility allocation depends on product structure, manufacturing route, quantity, technical requirement, production window, QC and buyer restrictions.
Buyer-Approved Production Site
Where the buyer requires an approved Facility, that requirement should take precedence.
Capacity Context
MOVEVOX’s normal managed overall delivery-capacity reference is approximately 150,000–200,000 pcs/month across the production system. This is not one factory’s maximum capacity, Yoga Wear-only capacity or a guaranteed capacity for one individual PO. Large programs require project-specific capacity allocation and confirmation.

Separate Buyer Requirements From Verified Product Claims
Product development can involve material, Fit, coverage and performance-related requirements, but formal claims should remain connected to suitable product- or material-specific evidence.
Development Direction
MOVEVOX can work toward buyer-defined requirements involving material, Fit, coverage, Color, construction and buyer protocol through development and sampling.
Evidence Requirement
Claims such as quantified moisture management, defined compression, verified squat-proof performance, UPF or chemical compliance require suitable evidence for the actual product, material and test method.
Sample-Specific Activewear Test Evidence
MOVEVOX currently holds third-party test evidence for a submitted black sample identified as fitness yoga leggings and for black fabric taken from that submitted sample.
- RoHS Certificate No. TST20250405148EC
- RoHS 2.0 Test Report No. TST20250405148E
- Report No. TST20250405150E relating to phthalates under REACH Annex XVII Entry 51 & 52 for black fabric from that submitted leggings sample
These reports apply only to the tested submitted sample/material, are not company-wide certifications and do not establish that every MOVEVOX Yoga Wear product automatically meets the same test scope.
Where required, testing can be coordinated according to the actual product, material, target market and buyer protocol.
