Women’s Yoga Wear Manufacturer for Multi-SKU Brand Programs
MOVEVOX supports women’s yoga wear and activewear brands that need product development, customized manufacturing, private-label execution and repeat production within one managed supplier relationship.
Our owned core manufacturing base in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China covers approximately 6,000 m² and operates 28 Italian Santoni Seamless knitting machines together with approximately 24 primary sewing and garment-production machines.
Projects can begin from a Tech Pack, an authorized physical sample, an image, a sketch or a sufficiently clear product concept. Products can then move through physical sampling, buyer review, production preparation, quality control and commercial manufacturing.
Built for Yoga Wear Brands at Different Sourcing Stages
New Yoga Collection Development
Develop a new multi-SKU collection from available product information and move each style toward physical approval.
Existing Product Programs
Review products that already have Tech Packs, approved samples or other controlled references for manufacturing transfer or additional sourcing.
Second-Source Evaluation
Evaluate MOVEVOX as an additional manufacturing relationship where development support, production visibility or supply flexibility matters.
Repeat Production Programs
Approved products can move into recurring production subject to current material, capacity, QC and timing requirements.
The most suitable sourcing route depends on the current status of the products rather than whether the brand is launching for the first time or already operating an established collection.
Build a Yoga Collection Without Losing Control of Individual SKUs

Shared Collection Direction
Related products may follow coordinated color, branding and launch requirements.
SKU-Specific Development
Leggings, sports bras, shorts, tops and sets can each retain their own product, size, material and approval requirements.
Different Manufacturing Routes
Products within one collection do not need to use the same manufacturing route.
Different Development Stages
One SKU may be commercially approved while another remains in sample revision.
A women’s yoga collection should operate as one commercial program without turning every style into the same product. MOVEVOX can coordinate related SKUs while keeping the physical requirements and approval status of each garment identifiable.
Verify the Manufacturing Resources Behind the Yoga Wear Program

Owned Yiwu Core Factory
MOVEVOX operates an approximately 6,000 m² owned core manufacturing facility in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.

28 Italian Santoni Machines
The owned core base operates 28 Italian Santoni Seamless knitting machines for applicable Seamless product development and production.

Cut & Sew Capability
The core operation also includes approximately 24 primary sewing and garment-production machines.
Development and QC Resources
Approximately eight people work across documented design, pattern and sample-development roles, while five QC personnel support production and release activities.
Develop the Core Products in a Women’s Yoga Collection

Yoga Leggings
Develop leggings against buyer-controlled product, size, material, color and branding requirements.

Sports Bras
Move sports bra requirements through physical sampling and product-specific approval.

Yoga Shorts
Develop shorts within the appropriate Seamless or Cut & Sew manufacturing route.

Tanks and Tops
Support selected yoga, fitness and training tops within MOVEVOX’s documented activewear apparel scope.

Yoga Sets
Coordinate related tops and bottoms while maintaining SKU-specific development and approval requirements.
Choose Seamless or Cut & Sew According to the Actual Yoga Product
Neither route should be treated as universally better. The relevant question is which manufacturing system best matches the actual garment, development requirements and approved product direction.

Seamless
Applicable products can be developed using the 28 Italian Santoni machines at the owned Yiwu core manufacturing base.
Cut & Sew
Products requiring a Cut & Sew route can be developed through MOVEVOX’s garment-production capability.
Mixed Collections
A women’s yoga collection can contain products from both manufacturing routes while remaining within one managed supplier relationship.
Develop Yoga Leggings Against the Actual Brand Requirement

Define the Product
Start from the available Tech Pack, authorized physical sample, image, sketch or clear concept.
Confirm Product Requirements
Keep applicable dimensions, material direction, color and manufacturing route connected to the actual style.
Develop the Physical Garment
Move written or visual requirements into a product that can be physically evaluated.
Approve Before Bulk Preparation
Buyer review and the current approved product should remain the reference before commercial-production preparation.
Develop Sports Bras Through Product-Specific Physical Approval
Start from Buyer Information
MOVEVOX can begin from a Tech Pack, authorized physical sample, image, sketch or clear product concept.
Review the Physical Product
Written requirements should move into a physical sample for buyer evaluation.
Revise Where Required
Buyer feedback can be incorporated into another sample version before commercial preparation.
Keep Approval SKU-Specific
Approval of one sports bra does not automatically approve another style, size or construction.

Coordinate Yoga Sets Without Treating the Collection as One Specification
Shared Brand Direction
A top and bottom can share color, branding and commercial launch direction.
Separate Product Requirements
Each garment retains its own dimensions, product structure and approval requirements.
Route by Garment
A coordinated set does not require every component to use the same manufacturing route.
Commercial Coordination
Style, color, size, branding and packing requirements should remain identifiable across the complete set.

The visual relationship between products should not remove the technical distinction between them. MOVEVOX can coordinate a collection while keeping individual SKU requirements controlled.
Build Yoga Products Around Buyer-Defined Material Requirements

Material or Yarn Direction
Begin from the material information already available for the project.
Product Context
The same material description should not be assumed to produce the same physical result across different garments.
Physical Development
Where handfeel, weight, appearance or another physical characteristic matters, the requirement should remain connected to a physical product or reference.
MOVEVOX does not treat a generic fabric name as a complete product specification. Material direction should remain connected to the actual garment being developed.
Keep Material Approval Connected to a Physical Reference
Define the Material Direction
Provide available fabric, yarn or physical-reference information.
Compare the Physical Result
Use a relevant swatch, approved sample or developed garment where physical comparison matters.
Approve in Product Context
A material should be evaluated in relation to the garment rather than as an isolated name or specification.
Physical approval helps keep buyer expectations and the developed product connected before the project moves further toward commercial production.

Plan Color Requirements Across the Yoga Collection

Standard Color Direction
Confirm available color requirements during product development.
Custom Color
Dedicated dyeing or material preparation may introduce separate supplier minimums.
Collection Coordination
Related SKUs can share a color direction while remaining separate products.
Where dedicated custom dyeing is required, the commercial minimum may be approximately 400–600 garment-equivalent pieces depending on the project and supplier conditions. This requirement should be reviewed separately from the base garment MOQ.
Define Fit Against the Actual Yoga Product
Product Comes First
Fit requirements should remain connected to the actual garment rather than the category name alone.
Use Buyer-Controlled References
Measurements, Tech Packs and approved physical references should remain the development basis where available.
Validate Physically
Product requirements should move into a physical sample before bulk-production preparation.

Keep Size Requirements Connected to the Physical Product
Buyer-Defined Size Range
Start from the size range required for the actual collection.
Product-Specific Measurements
Measurements for leggings, sports bras, shorts and tops should not automatically share one universal assumption.
Physical Review
Size requirements remain connected to the developed garment and current buyer approval.
Bulk Reference
Applicable approved product and measurement requirements should remain visible during production control.

Start Yoga Wear Development from the Information You Already Control

Tech Pack
Use an existing technical package when product specifications are already controlled.
Authorized Physical Sample
An authorized sample can provide a physical development reference.
Image or Sketch
Visual references can establish direction while unresolved technical requirements are clarified.
Clear Product Concept
A sufficiently clear concept can enter development even when additional technical definition is still required.
Use Sample Revisions to Move Toward an Approved Product

Development Sample
Create the first physical version against the confirmed information.
Buyer Review
Evaluate the current garment and identify required changes.
Revision
Incorporate applicable feedback into another development version where required.
Current Approval
Use the buyer-approved physical result as the applicable reference for the next production stage.
Standard sample development is approximately 5–10 working days after the necessary development details are confirmed. Revision requirements can extend the total development cycle.
Protect the Approved Yoga Product as It Moves into Bulk Production
Sample approval is not the end of product control. The approved product, measurements, branding and packing requirements should remain connected to the commercial order.
Approved Physical Reference
Keep the applicable approved sample connected to production preparation.
Pre-Production Review
Confirm relevant product and order requirements before bulk execution.
First Article
Review initial production output against the current approved standard.
Inline Control
Continue checking applicable requirements while production is in progress.

Choose the Cooperation Model That Matches Your Yoga Wear Program
The relevant cooperation model depends on how much product information the brand already controls. MOVEVOX supports OEM, ODM and private-label activewear programs without treating the terms as interchangeable.

OEM
Use buyer-controlled product requirements and specifications as the manufacturing basis.
ODM
Begin from a clearer product objective or concept where additional development definition is required.
Private Label
Coordinate the approved garment with buyer-defined branding, labels and packaging requirements.
Keep Branding and SKU Information Connected to the Correct Product

Logo Execution
Apply buyer-approved branding according to the actual project.
Labels and Tags
Coordinate buyer-defined product identification with the correct SKU.
Packaging
Execute confirmed unit-packaging requirements before shipment release.
SKU Identification
Where the buyer defines barcode or QR requirements, these can be coordinated at project level.
Review MOQ Across the Actual Yoga Collection
A headline garment MOQ should not be treated as the final minimum for every customized yoga wear program.
Seamless
Current base reference: approximately 100 pieces per style under normal project conditions.
Cut & Sew
Current base reference: approximately 150 pieces per style under normal project conditions.
Custom Color or Material
Dedicated dyeing or material preparation may introduce a separate minimum of approximately 400–600 garment-equivalent pieces depending on the project and supplier conditions.
Collection Structure
Final commercial requirements should be reviewed against the complete SKU, color, size and customization mix.
Review Yoga Wear Lead Time as a Sequence
These timing references should not be added together as a universal guaranteed lead time.

Sample Development
Standard sample development is approximately 5–10 working days after necessary details are confirmed.
Buyer Approval
Revision or additional sample rounds can extend the pre-production cycle.
Material Readiness
Custom material or color requirements may add separate preparation time.
Bulk Production
Normal bulk production is approximately 20–35 days depending on the actual project.
QC and Release
Finished goods still need to complete the applicable quality and shipment-release process.
Review Capacity Against the Actual Yoga Wear Program

Normal Managed Delivery Capacity
MOVEVOX’s current normal combined managed delivery capacity is approximately 150,000–200,000 quality-released pieces per month.
Typical Individual Orders
Individual orders commonly range from approximately 300 to 50,000 pieces.
Larger Programs
Requirements above approximately 50,000 pieces require a separate capacity review.
Capacity Boundaries
The 150,000–200,000 figure is combined managed delivery capacity. It is not Seamless-only capacity and is not a guaranteed monthly allocation for one customer.
Define the Product Standard Before Evaluating Production Quality
MOVEVOX currently has five QC personnel supporting production and shipment-release activities.
Define the Standard
Applicable Tech Packs, physical samples, measurements, branding and packing requirements establish what production should follow.
Check Production
MOVEVOX’s documented QC process includes incoming inspection, pre-production review, First Article, inline inspection, finished-garment inspection and measurement checks.
Release the Order
Branding, packing and pre-shipment/final release remain part of the documented control process.

Check Early Production Before the Order Moves Further
The purpose of First Article and inline control is not to claim zero defects. It is to identify production deviations while corrective action is still possible.

First Article
Review initial production output against the applicable approved product standard.

Inline Inspection
Continue checking production while the commercial order is in progress.
Measurements
Compare applicable garment measurements with current released requirements.
Problem Handling
Nonconforming goods can be held, reworked and re-inspected before release.
Keep Final Checks Connected to Shipment Release

Finished Garment
Review the applicable product condition and released order requirements.
Measurement
Check relevant measurements against the current approved requirements.
Branding
Confirm applicable buyer-approved branding and product identification.
Packing
Verify confirmed packing requirements before release.
Final Release
Products that fail applicable requirements can be held, reworked and re-inspected.
Evaluate Testing Evidence Within Its Actual Documented Scope
Buyer-specific testing requirements should be reviewed against the actual product, material and requested test method.

2025 RoHS Evidence
A specific tested black fitness yoga leggings sample has documented RoHS testing.

REACH Phthalates Evidence
A specific tested black fabric sample has documented testing against REACH Annex XVII Entry 51 and Entry 52 phthalate requirements.
Report Date
The documented reports are dated April 30, 2025.
Scope Boundary
These reports do not establish blanket RoHS or REACH certification for every MOVEVOX garment or material.
Understand Where MOVEVOX Production Responsibility Comes From

Owned Yiwu Core Factory
The approximately 6,000 m² owned core base supports development, technical work, core production, QC and production coordination. The 28 Italian Santoni machines are located at this facility.

Long-Term Satellite Factories
MOVEVOX works with eight long-term satellite factories: six in Yiwu and two in Guangzhou.
Managed Production Structure
External production resources form part of the wider managed supply structure and should not be represented as MOVEVOX-owned factories.
Seamless Boundary
The existence of external satellite factories does not mean that every site has Seamless equipment.
Verify the Manufacturing Operation Through Your Own Qualification Process
MOVEVOX supports buyer-led verification rather than asking procurement teams to rely only on website claims.

Factory Visit
Customer factory visits can be supported.

Live Video Factory Tour
Remote buyers can request live-video factory verification.
Technical Audit
MOVEVOX supports customer technical audits where required.
Pre-Production Review
Customers can review relevant preparation before bulk production.
Inline and Pre-Shipment Inspection
Buyer-appointed or agreed third-party inspection can be coordinated according to project requirements.
From Tech Pack to Recurring Commercial Production
Development Input
An anonymized U.S. female fitness customer began from a Tech Pack.
V1 and Revision
The first sample was reviewed and revised into a second product version.
Customer-Side Testing
Approximately 5–10 additional samples were supplied for follower or user testing before commercial production.
Recurring Production
Later commercial orders were approximately 2,000 pieces per order.
SKU Control
The project used four sizes per color and QR identification by color and size.

The project also included custom packaging, instructions, labels, logo and wash-label requirements. Packing and QC required additional checking because of the SKU identification structure.
Move from First Order Validation to Repeat Supply

Initial Product Evaluation
An anonymized Spanish customer first evaluated MOVEVOX through stock samples delivered by DHL in approximately 5–7 days.

First Customized Commercial Order
After evaluating the products, the customer moved into customized wash labels, tags, packaging and logo execution. The first bulk order was approximately 1,200 pieces.

Repeat Purchasing
Before receiving the first order, another approximately 1,200-piece order followed. The relationship later developed into approximately two orders per month.
Responding to Higher Demand
During a later month when volume reached approximately three times the customer’s normal level, MOVEVOX added production-line support and completed the requirement on time.
Replenishment Support
For selected styles, MOVEVOX later held approximately 1,500 pieces per color as buffer stock.
Choose a Supplier Model That Fits the Yoga Wear Program
The purpose of supplier comparison is not to claim that one manufacturing model is universally better. The relevant question is whether the supplier structure matches the buyer’s product complexity, commercial scale and long-term sourcing requirements.

Large Manufacturing Groups
Large groups can offer extensive global manufacturing infrastructure, but their commercial and development model may be structured around larger programs.
Small Specialized Factories
Smaller factories may offer category focus and flexibility, but buyers still need to evaluate development depth, quality control and scalable production support.
MOVEVOX
MOVEVOX combines an owned manufacturing core, Seamless and Cut & Sew capability, physical product development, QC and managed external production resources.
Check Whether MOVEVOX Fits Your Women’s Yoga Wear Program
MOVEVOX is not positioned as the lowest-price supplier and does not support unauthorized imitation of protected intellectual property.
Strong Fit
MOVEVOX is relevant for brands that need customized activewear development, Seamless and/or Cut & Sew production, private-label execution, quality control and repeat-production support.
Requires Project Review
Programs involving dedicated custom materials, custom dyeing, larger order volumes or specific testing requirements should be reviewed against the actual project.
Outside the Documented Scope
Categories outside MOVEVOX’s documented activewear apparel scope should not be assumed to be supported without separate confirmation.
