By accessing and using the services provided by Gangchen Supply Chain (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our MOVEVOX brand products, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or purchase our products.

2. Services Overview

Gangchen Supply Chain specializes in premium yoga and sportswear manufacturing, offering:

  • ODM/OEM manufacturing services for global brands
  • Custom design and development solutions
  • MOVEVOX branded yoga and activewear products
  • Fabric research and innovation services
  • Supply chain management and logistics

3. Product Information and Orders

3.1 Product Specifications

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and imagery. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free. All products are subject to availability.

3.2 Minimum Order Quantities

ODM/OEM services may require minimum order quantities (MOQ). Specific MOQ requirements will be communicated during the quotation process. We also support small-batch quick response orders for qualifying clients.

3.3 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products or services. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order acceptance occurs when we send confirmation via email or begin production.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of order acceptance.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms vary based on order type and client relationship:

  • New clients: 30-50% deposit, balance before shipment
  • Established clients: Net 30-60 days upon approval
  • Sample orders: Full payment in advance

4.3 Currency and Taxes

Prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for all taxes and duties associated with your order.

5. Manufacturing and Quality Standards

5.1 Quality Assurance

All products undergo our triple-core testing process:

  1. Material screening for harmful substances
  2. Fabric performance testing (pilling resistance, color fastness, stretch recovery)
  3. Finished garment testing (fit, seam strength, wear simulation)

Products comply with ISO 2859 sampling standards and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification.

5.2 Customization and Specifications

Custom orders require written approval of specifications, samples, and technical packs. Once production begins, changes may incur additional costs and delays.

5.3 Production Timeline

Lead times vary based on order complexity, quantity, and current production schedule. Estimated delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. We will notify you of any significant delays.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP Rights

All content on our website, including designs, logos, proprietary fabric technologies (Cloud-Sense™, Zero-Touch™), and MOVEVOX branding, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Client IP Rights

For ODM/OEM services, you retain ownership of your designs, logos, and branding. We will not reproduce your designs for other clients without written permission.

6.3 Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your designs, technical specifications, and business information. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Shipping Terms

We offer various shipping methods including FOB, CIF, and DDP terms. Specific terms will be agreed upon during order negotiation.

7.2 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.3 Inspection Upon Delivery

You must inspect products upon delivery and report any defects or discrepancies within 7 days. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit your remedies.

8. Returns and Warranties

8.1 Manufacturing Defects

We warrant that products will be free from manufacturing defects under normal use. If defects are found, we will repair, replace, or refund affected products at our discretion.

8.2 Return Conditions

Returns due to manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective.

8.3 Warranty Limitations

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse or improper care
  • Color variations from screen displays
  • Minor variations in fabric texture or weight (within industry standards)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific products giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.

10. Compliance and Certifications

Our products meet international standards including:

  • OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification
  • ISO 9001 quality management systems
  • REACH compliance (European market)
  • SGS testing standards

Clients are responsible for ensuring products meet specific regulatory requirements in their target markets.

11. Sustainability Commitment

We are committed to sustainable manufacturing practices, including:

  • Use of recycled and eco-friendly yarns
  • Water-efficient production processes
  • Harmful substance screening on all materials
  • Ethical labor practices and fair wages

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules.
