Seamless Yoga Leggings Manufacturer for Brand-Led Programs
MOVEVOX develops and manufactures seamless yoga leggings for activewear brands that need more than an available stock product. The manufacturing system combines product development, Seamless production, sampling, private-label execution, quality control and commercial supply through one accountable interface.
MOVEVOX operates 28 Italian Santoni Seamless machines within its own Yiwu manufacturing core. Projects can begin from a Tech Pack, approved reference, physical sample or sufficiently defined development direction.
The objective is to establish an approved product standard that can remain identifiable as the leggings move from development into bulk production and repeat supply.
Own Seamless manufacturing resources in MOVEVOX's Yiwu production core.
Product development, sample approval, manufacturing and quality control remain connected.
The cooperation model depends on how complete the buyer's product specification is.
Built for Brands That Need More Than a Seamless Product Supplier
MOVEVOX is positioned for activewear buyers that need a controlled path from product development into commercial Seamless manufacturing and repeat supply.
New Seamless Programs
Brands adding Seamless leggings need a supplier that can translate product requirements into a physical sample before commercial manufacturing begins. Development decisions need to cover the actual garment, not only a reference image.
Existing Seamless Collections
Established brands may already have a current product, Tech Pack, measurement reference or physical sample. The manufacturing task is then to understand the approved standard and create a controlled development path rather than redesigning the product without authorization.
Second-Supplier Qualification
A brand qualifying another manufacturing source normally needs product comparison, sample review, production-origin transparency and clear version control before moving commercial volume.
Repeat Supply
For ongoing programs, the current product version, material or yarn reference, color, sizing, branding and SKU information need to remain identifiable from one order to the next.
Where Seamless Leggings Programs Lose Manufacturing Consistency
Seamless production can lose consistency when the yarn or material reference, knitted structure, approved sample and finishing requirements stop describing the same released product.
Yarn or Material Reference Changes
A Seamless legging begins with the material system used to create the knitted garment. If the approved yarn or material direction changes between development and bulk production, handfeel, stretch, recovery, appearance and garment behavior may also change.
Knitted Structure Changes
The physical product can include different knitted structures in the waistband, body or selected zones. A change in the released structure can alter both appearance and fit even when the overall silhouette looks similar.
Approved Sample Becomes Disconnected
The physical sample, current measurements, material or yarn direction and applicable product information need to describe the same released product. An older development version should not remain active after a newer version is approved.
Finishing Changes the Final Garment
Seamless knitting does not represent the complete commercial garment. Subsequent garment operations, finishing, branding and packing can still affect the final result and therefore remain part of the approved production standard.
A Seamless manufacturing program therefore needs more than an approved visual design. The released material direction, physical knitted product and post-knitting requirements need to remain connected through bulk production.
The Manufacturing Resources Behind MOVEVOX Seamless Programs
MOVEVOX operates a manufacturing-led development and production system from its own Yiwu manufacturing core.
Italian Santoni Machines
Own Seamless manufacturing resources within the Yiwu manufacturing core.
Development Team
Design, pattern and sample-making roles supporting product development.
QC Team
Quality-control resources supporting applicable inspection stages.
Production Space
Used production space across the own Yiwu manufacturing environment.
Garment Machines
Principal sewing and garment-production resources in the manufacturing core.
These numbers are manufacturing resources, not claims that every project uses the same equipment or production route. Product structure and commercial requirements determine how a specific order is organized.
Follow the Seamless Product From Yarn to Finished Legging
The Seamless route does not stop at the knitting machine. The commercial product moves through material selection, knitting, physical review, finishing, branding and final product approval.
Yarn / Material Direction
The starting material needs to match the intended handfeel, stretch, recovery, appearance and commercial product direction.
Seamless Knitting
MOVEVOX's own Yiwu manufacturing core operates 28 Italian Santoni Seamless machines. The manufacturing route converts the approved product direction into the applicable knitted garment structure.
Physical Knitted Body
The knitted garment needs physical review. Seamless manufacturing does not remove the need to verify dimensions, waistband structure, appearance and actual product behavior.
Garment Finishing
Selected garment operations may still be required after knitting depending on the actual product architecture and commercial finishing requirements.
Brand & SKU Identity
Logo, labels, size information and packaging remain commercial requirements that need to correspond to the released Seamless product.
Finished Product Approval
The buyer should approve the physical commercial result—not only the intended knitting direction—before the product becomes a reference for bulk production.
Build Seamless Leggings Through Engineered Knitted Structures
Seamless product development can use visibly different knitted structures and garment zones. Each structure should remain part of the approved physical product rather than being treated as a generic styling claim.
The exact knitted structure remains product-specific. Not every Seamless legging requires the same combination of rib, mesh, texture or visual zoning.
Waistband Structure
The waistband is part of the knitted product architecture. Its height, structure and relationship with the body of the garment need to be reviewed on the actual sample.
Rib Direction
Rib structures can be considered where technically appropriate for the intended product appearance and physical garment structure.
Mesh Direction
Mesh or more open knitted structures can be considered where the design calls for visible structural differentiation or a specific development direction.
Texture Direction
Different knitted surfaces can form part of the product's visual language without relying only on conventional cut-panel construction.
Contour Direction
Where the design uses knitted visual shaping, the result should be approved on the physical garment rather than assumed from artwork or a reference image.
Integrated Product Zones
One Seamless garment can contain visibly different knitted areas. Those areas should remain part of the current approved product standard.
Review Seamless Waistband and Body Fit as One Knitted System
A Seamless legging should be reviewed as one physical knitted garment. Waistband structure, body dimensions, rise and material behavior interact rather than operating as independent specifications.
Waistband Structure
Review how the waistband sits on the approved physical garment rather than judging waistband height alone.
Waist-to-Hip Transition
A close-fitting Seamless legging needs the waistband and body to work together. The transition between them should be evaluated physically.
Rise and Crotch Fit
Seamless construction reduces conventional panel construction but does not remove the need to evaluate rise, crotch space and overall garment fit.
Garment Extension
The same nominal garment dimensions can behave differently if the material or knitted structure changes.
Physical Fit Approval
The approved garment remains the most useful reference for determining whether the intended Seamless fit has actually been achieved.
Develop the Seamless Legging Around the Yarn and Knitted Material System
The physical Seamless garment should drive material decisions. A fiber-composition label alone does not define handfeel, stretch, recovery, surface structure or finished fit.
Yarn / Material Direction
The starting material should be selected around the intended physical product rather than composition wording alone.
Stretch Behavior
The actual knitted garment needs sufficient extension for the released dimensions and intended fit.
Recovery
How the garment returns after extension is relevant to shape retention and the approved fit.
Handfeel
Softness should be judged on the actual knitted garment rather than inferred from a fiber percentage.
Surface Structure
The selected material system interacts with the knitted structure and therefore influences the appearance of the finished product.
Color Interaction
The same intended color can appear differently depending on the physical yarn, knitted structure and finishing.
Control Seamless Color Through the Actual Yarn and Product Reference
A digital color target is only the starting point. Commercial approval should remain connected to the physical material system and the actual knitted product.
Target Reference
Pantone or another approved reference establishes the intended color direction for development.
Physical Yarn / Material Result
The color reference should be translated into the actual physical material system used for the Seamless garment.
Knitted Sample Approval
Where color appearance is commercially important, the buyer should review color on the physical knitted result rather than only on a screen.
Production Lot Reference
The released color information needs to remain connected to the correct Seamless product and applicable production lot.
Dedicated yarn, dyeing or material preparation can increase the effective MOQ. Where dedicated material or custom color applies, the material commitment may correspond to approximately 400–600 garment-equivalent pieces depending on the project and supplier conditions.
Evaluate Opacity on the Actual Seamless Legging
Opacity should be evaluated against the actual material system, color, size and finished garment rather than treated as a universal category claim.
Material System
Opacity cannot be established from a fiber-composition number alone. The actual physical material and knitted structure affect how the garment behaves when extended.
Color
Different colors can show different visual behavior even when they belong to the same broader product program.
Size and Fit
The amount of extension placed on the garment changes with actual dimensions and fit. A product that is excessively stretched may behave differently from the approved reference.
Movement
Where opacity is a buyer requirement, evaluation should reflect relevant product-use conditions agreed during development.
MOVEVOX should not make a blanket “squat-proof” guarantee across every color, size and Seamless product. The appropriate acceptance standard should be agreed against the actual garment.
Control Seamless Sizing Through the Physical Knitted Garment
Seamless sizing should remain connected to both the released dimensions and the physical behavior of the knitted garment.
| Control Point | Buyer-Relevant Purpose |
|---|---|
| Approved Measurement Points | Define the dimensions used to assess the finished Seamless garment. |
| Base-Size Physical Sample | Establish one current physical reference before extending the commercial size range. |
| Size Progression | Additional sizes should follow the released product logic rather than informal percentage enlargement. |
| Knitted Garment Review | Physical stretch and recovery need to be considered together with nominal measurements. |
| Bulk Measurement Control | Production measurements should remain connected to the current released specification. |
Approval of one sample size should not automatically be presented as physical approval of every commercial size. The scope of size approval needs to remain clear.
Control Product, Knit Reference and Commercial SKU Together
A growing Seamless collection requires the physical product, current development reference and commercial SKU information to remain synchronized.
Style Identity
Each Seamless style should have one identifiable current released product standard.
Knitted Structure Version
Where a product structure changes during development, the current approved result needs to remain distinguishable from earlier versions.
Color Reference
The approved physical color should remain mapped to the correct product and material direction.
Size Reference
The applicable size specification needs to correspond to the correct physical product version.
Brand Version
Logo, labels and other private-label information should be matched to the released Seamless style.
Commercial SKU
Style, color and size need to remain connected to the correct barcode, QR, label and packaging information.
What to Prepare Before Seamless Yoga Leggings Development Starts
A buyer does not need every technical decision completed before the first discussion, but the available starting information should be clear enough to identify the remaining development questions.
| Input | Useful Starting Information |
|---|---|
| Product Reference | Tech Pack, physical sample, drawing, product image or sufficiently defined product information. |
| Measurements & Size Direction | Available measurement chart, intended size range or existing fit reference. |
| Material Direction | Available yarn, material, handfeel, stretch or physical reference. |
| Color Direction | Pantone, physical reference or existing approved color information where applicable. |
| Branding Requirements | Logo, labels, packaging and commercial identification information where available. |
| Order Structure | Expected styles, colors, sizes and approximate quantity. |
| Timing | Sampling requirement and intended commercial schedule. |
The purpose of the initial review is to identify what is already defined, which decisions remain open and whether those open points affect development, MOQ, materials or timing.
Choose the Cooperation Model From the Current Product Readiness
Buyer-Defined Product
Suitable when the buyer already controls the main specification and needs MOVEVOX to review manufacturability, develop samples and execute production against the released requirements.
Review OEM ActivewearDevelopment-Led Program
Suitable when the product direction is clear but some technical decisions still need to be developed through material, fit and sample review.
Review ODM ActivewearProduct + Brand Execution
Suitable when the product needs to be connected to buyer-specific logo, labels, packaging and commercial identification.
Review Private Label ActivewearA real program can include elements of more than one cooperation model. The practical starting point depends on the information the buyer already controls and which decisions still require development.
Use Seamless Sampling to Lock the Physical Knitted Product
Sampling converts a product direction into a physical knitted garment that can be reviewed, revised and eventually released as the commercial production reference.
Technical Review
Confirm the available product, size, material or yarn, color and design direction before the first development sample begins.
First Knit / Development Sample
Create a physical Seamless garment for fit, appearance, structure and measurement review.
Buyer Fit & Product Review
Buyer feedback should refer to the current physical sample rather than only to a general visual expectation.
Revision
Changes in fit, dimensions, material direction or knitted structure should remain tied to the correct version.
Approved Physical Sample
The accepted garment becomes the key physical reference used together with current technical information for subsequent production.
Typical sample development is approximately 5–10 working days after the necessary project information is confirmed. Additional material development or revision rounds can extend the total development cycle.
Translate the Approved Seamless Sample Into a Repeatable Bulk Reference
A physical sample only protects bulk production when the material direction, knitted product, measurements, finishing and brand information used by production remain connected to the same approved version.
Approved Physical Garment
The current approved sample defines the expected physical commercial product.
Current Yarn / Material Direction
The material reference intended for bulk should remain connected to the approved garment.
Current Knitted Structure
The applicable knitted product structure should correspond to the approved physical result.
Current Measurements
Bulk production should follow the released garment dimensions and size information.
Finishing & Branding
Post-knitting garment operations, logo, labels and packaging need to remain aligned with the same product version.
First Production Verification
Where applicable, an initial production result can be compared with the released reference before wider output continues.
One Current Reference, Not Several Competing Versions
The physical sample only works as a bulk-production control when production, quality and commercial teams are using information that belongs to the same released product.
Superseded sample versions or technical information should not remain active production references after a later version has been released.
Release the Seamless Program With the Knitting Inputs Aligned
Before bulk resources are committed, the physical product, material direction, color, Seamless manufacturing route, finishing and commercial requirements should all point to the same current program.
Approved Product
Confirm the current physical sample and applicable product information.
Yarn / Material Readiness
The material system intended for bulk should be ready before affected production begins.
Color Reference
Confirm the applicable physical or approved color reference before production release.
Seamless Production Route
Confirm that the released project follows the intended Seamless manufacturing workflow.
Finishing Requirements
Identify garment operations that remain necessary after the knitted body is produced.
Brand & QC Requirements
Confirm logo, labels, packaging and applicable inspection points before commercial production expands.
Unresolved technical points should remain visible until they are confirmed rather than being converted into production assumptions.
Calculate Seamless MOQ From the Complete Customization Structure
The base garment MOQ is only one layer of commercial feasibility. Yarn, color, private-label components and SKU structure can change the effective project quantity.
This is the normal base reference for custom Seamless manufacturing, not a guarantee that every customized project can be produced at that quantity.
| MOQ Factor | Commercial Effect |
|---|---|
| Yarn or Material Minimums | Dedicated yarn, fabric or other material requirements may introduce supplier-level minimums. |
| Custom Color | Dedicated custom dye or color development can increase the effective production quantity. |
| Private-Label Components | Logo processes, labels and packaging may have minimums independent from garment production. |
| SKU Structure | Dividing a small total order across many colors and sizes can make individual production combinations commercially impractical. |
Where dedicated custom dye or material requirements apply, the effective material commitment can correspond to approximately 400–600 garment-equivalent pieces, depending on the project and the relevant supplier requirement.
Plan Seamless Lead Time Around Knitting, Approval and Material Readiness
The project calendar should separate technical input, material readiness, physical Seamless sampling, buyer approval and commercial bulk production.
| Stage | What Happens | Planning Reference |
|---|---|---|
| 01 — Technical Input Review | Confirm the available product, size, material, color and development information. | Before sample timing begins |
| 02 — Yarn / Material Readiness | Confirm whether the project can use available material direction or requires dedicated preparation. | Project-specific |
| 03 — Seamless Sample Development | Create the physical development sample after necessary information is confirmed. | Approx. 5–10 working days |
| 04 — Buyer Review / Revision | Review fit, appearance, measurements and other applicable requirements. | Depends on feedback and revision rounds |
| 05 — Production Preparation | Align the approved product, material, color, branding and production information. | Project-specific |
| 06 — Bulk Production | Release commercial production after the required inputs and approvals are ready. | Normally approx. 20–35 days |
| 07 — QC / Packing Release | Complete applicable inspection and commercial packing before shipment release. | Included in project scheduling |
The 5–10 working-day sampling reference and 20–35 day normal bulk-production reference describe different stages. Custom yarn, color or additional sample revisions can affect the overall program schedule.
If the MOQ, Sampling Time and Production Route Fit, the Next Step Is a Real Project Review
At this stage, you do not need another general supplier presentation. MOVEVOX needs enough information to understand the actual Seamless leggings program you want to develop.
Send the product reference, available technical information, expected colors, sizes, quantity and target timing. MOVEVOX can then review the practical development starting point before sampling begins.
Choose Branding That Fits the Seamless Product Architecture
Private-label execution should follow the physical garment and approved product structure rather than treating every branding method as interchangeable.
Applied Logo
Heat-transfer, silicone and other applicable logo methods can be considered according to confirmed garment and project requirements.
Knitted / Jacquard Direction
Jacquard is one available customization direction. Suitability depends on the specific product structure and the approved development result.
Garment Labels
Care, size and other required garment information remain separate commercial requirements that need to match the released product.
Variable Data
SKU, barcode or QR information needs to map to the correct product-color-size combination.
Packaging
The finished Seamless garment still needs the correct approved individual packout and shipment information.
Build QC Around the Actual Seamless Manufacturing Sequence
Seamless quality control needs to follow the product from material inputs and the knitted result through physical dimensions, finishing, finished-garment review and final packing.
Yarn / Material Input
Confirm applicable material and production inputs before affected manufacturing proceeds.
Initial Knitted Result
Review the physical knitted garment or representative initial production result where applicable.
Garment Dimensions
Check applicable physical dimensions against the current released requirements.
Knitted Appearance
Review visible product appearance and knitted structure against the approved reference.
Finishing / Garment Operations
Inspect relevant operations completed after the knitted body is produced.
Finished Product
Confirm physical product, branding and commercial identity against the released standard.
Packing Release
Confirm the correct SKU, product identity and packing requirements before shipment release.
MOVEVOX has a five-person QC team. The exact inspection plan depends on the actual product, project risk and buyer requirements rather than applying one identical checklist to every order.
Inspect the Finished Seamless Legging as a Complete Knitted Product
Final inspection should review the finished garment as one physical product rather than treating Seamless knitting as the only relevant quality point.
Garment Dimensions
Confirm the finished physical garment against the released measurement requirements.
Waistband & Body Relationship
Review the physical relationship between waistband and garment body against the approved sample.
Knitted Appearance
Review visible knitted structure and overall garment appearance against the current product reference.
Finishing
Check applicable garment operations completed after the knitting stage.
Branding & Identity
Verify logo, labels, color, size and commercial SKU information.
Packing
Confirm the approved individual packaging and shipment-level requirements.
Final inspection confirms the released commercial product. It does not replace earlier material, sample, production and in-process controls.
Understand Third-Party Testing Evidence Within Its Actual Scope
Procurement teams should read test evidence together with the tested sample, applicable method or regulation, reported result and stated scope.
Sample-Specific Evidence
A black fitness yoga leggings sample was tested under Report TST20250405148E, dated April 30, 2025. The reported conclusion states compliance with the RoHS 2.0 requirements covered by the test.
Phthalates Test Evidence
The corresponding project included Report TST20250405150E, covering the specified REACH Annex XVII Entry 51 & 52 phthalates requirements, with a Pass result.
What the Evidence Does Not Mean
These results apply to the tested sample and the stated test scope. They do not automatically certify every MOVEVOX product, every yarn, every color or the complete manufacturing facility.
For supplier qualification, the useful question is not simply whether a report exists, but which sample was tested, what requirement was evaluated and what conclusion the report actually supports.
Understand How MOVEVOX Organizes Manufacturing Capacity
Own Yiwu Manufacturing Core
MOVEVOX uses its own Yiwu factory as the central manufacturing, development and quality-control base.
Controlled Satellite Resources
The long-term managed network currently includes eight satellite factories: two in Guangzhou and six in Yiwu. These facilities are partner resources and should not be represented as MOVEVOX-owned factories.
Normal Managed Monthly Delivery
The combined managed production system normally supports approximately 150,000–200,000 quality-released pieces per month.
Large-Program Review
Orders above approximately 50,000 pieces require specific capacity review before production allocation and timing are confirmed.
The 150,000–200,000 figure is a combined managed delivery-capability reference. It is not Seamless-only capacity and it is not guaranteed capacity allocated to one customer.
Inside the MOVEVOX Manufacturing Environment
Factory evidence should help buyers verify that development, manufacturing, quality control and packing are connected to a real operating environment.
Santoni Seamless Production
Real MOVEVOX Santoni production resources supporting Seamless activewear manufacturing.
Sample Development
Physical product development and sample-review activity within the manufacturing system.
Garment Operations
Applicable garment finishing or sewing resources within MOVEVOX's own manufacturing environment.
Quality Control
Real inspection activity within MOVEVOX's manufacturing and quality workflow.
Packing and Release
Commercial packing and product-release activity within the wider production workflow.
Production Space
MOVEVOX uses approximately 6,000 m² of production space across its own Yiwu manufacturing environment.
This figure refers to used production space within MOVEVOX's own manufacturing environment, not the combined area of satellite factories.
Review Quality Records Behind the Manufacturing Process
A photograph proves that an inspection activity occurred. A useful quality record provides stronger procurement evidence because it can show what was checked, when it was checked and which product or production stage it relates to.
Incoming / Input Review
Evidence should show what relevant material or production input was checked.
First Article
Where first-article review applies, the record should remain connected to the current released product.
Inline Inspection
Production-stage evidence should show what was reviewed while manufacturing was still in progress.
Measurement Record
Measurement evidence should connect the physical garment to the applicable released requirement.
Finished Inspection
Finished-garment records should identify the relevant inspection stage and result.
Packing Control
Packing evidence should show how the finished product remains connected to the correct commercial information.
Customer-sensitive information should be removed or anonymized before records are used publicly. If product-specific Seamless records are not currently cleared for website use, these image slots require real material replacement.
Repeat the Approved Seamless Product Without Restarting Development
Repeat production should reuse the approved product standard while deliberately checking the material, color, commercial data and capacity conditions that may have changed.
Approved Physical Reference
Preserve the latest approved physical garment as the current repeat-production reference.
Material / Yarn Reference
Reconfirm any material or yarn changes before repeat production is released.
Color Lot
Do not assume a new color or material lot is physically identical where color consistency is commercially important.
Knitted Product Reference
Repeat production should remain connected to the same current released product structure.
Commercial Updates
Review any change in size, label, logo, barcode, packaging or other commercial identification.
Current Capacity
Confirm the new production quantity against current manufacturing and delivery conditions.
Qualify MOVEVOX as a Manufacturing Supplier, Not Only a Sample Source
Established buyers normally need to qualify the legal entity, manufacturing origin, capacity and quality system in addition to reviewing a successful product sample.
Legal and Commercial Identity
Formal contracts and legal acts are carried out through Yiwu Chenjin Import And Export Co., Ltd., while MOVEVOX is the outward-facing international B2B brand and manufacturing system.
Manufacturing-Origin Review
Buyers can review MOVEVOX's own Yiwu manufacturing environment and understand when controlled external production resources are used.
Capacity Review
Commercial volume should be assessed against product requirements, manufacturing route and current capacity.
Quality Evidence
Applicable QC records and sample-specific third-party testing evidence can support supplier evaluation.
Factory Access
MOVEVOX supports scheduled video meetings and customer factory visits subject to confidentiality, production conditions and scheduling.
Communication
English is the primary working language. MOVEVOX's stated service hours are 07:00–24:00 China Standard Time daily.
Repeat-Supply Activewear Program: From Initial Order to Ongoing Cooperation
This case demonstrates MOVEVOX's development, private-label, delivery and repeat-supply execution. Current case evidence does not establish that this specific project was a Seamless yoga leggings program.
Initial Contact
A Spanish customer first contacted MOVEVOX through the website.
Early Sampling
Ready-stock samples were shipped by DHL, with the sample delivery process taking approximately 5–7 days in this case.
Private-Label Execution
The project included customer-specific care labels, tags, packaging and logo execution, including a silicone logo and matte zip bag.
First Commercial Order
The first order was approximately 1,200 pieces and was completed in 15 days for this specific case, with shipment split between air and sea.
Early Repeat Order
A second approximately 1,200-piece order was placed in the second week before the first shipment had been received.
Ongoing Supply
The relationship later developed to approximately two orders per month. During a May volume increase, MOVEVOX added temporary line support, and selected styles/colors used approximately 1,500 pieces of inventory per color as part of that customer's operating arrangement.
This is an activewear repeat-supply case. It must not be presented as a Seamless-specific customer case unless future evidence confirms that production route.
What to Verify Before Shortlisting a Seamless Leggings Manufacturer
A supplier selling Seamless products is not automatically the same as a supplier operating Seamless manufacturing resources and controlling the product from development through bulk release.
Do They Operate Real Seamless Equipment?
Verify whether the supplier operates the Seamless manufacturing resources required by the product or is primarily coordinating third-party production.
Who Develops the Product?
Ask who converts the Tech Pack, physical reference or product direction into a physical Seamless garment and manages revisions before approval.
How Is Yarn / Material Controlled?
The supplier should be able to explain how the approved product remains connected to the applicable material direction through production.
How Is the Approved Knit Result Repeated?
Ask how the physical sample, measurements and current product information are carried into commercial bulk manufacturing.
What Happens After Knitting?
A professional supplier should explain finishing, branding, inspection and packing rather than stopping the manufacturing explanation at the knitting machine.
Can the Factory Be Verified?
MOVEVOX supports scheduled customer factory visits and video review subject to confidentiality, production conditions and scheduling.
MOVEVOX operates 28 Italian Santoni Seamless machines within its own Yiwu manufacturing core and distinguishes its own facilities from controlled satellite and partner production resources.

Seamless Yoga Leggings Manufacturer FAQ
What is MOVEVOX's MOQ for custom seamless yoga leggings?
The base custom Seamless MOQ is approximately 100 pieces per style. The effective MOQ can increase because dedicated yarn or material, custom color, logos, labels, packaging or the style-color-size split may have their own minimum requirements.
How long does Seamless leggings sampling normally take?
Typical sample development is approximately 5–10 working days after the necessary development information has been confirmed. Dedicated material, custom color or additional revision rounds can extend the overall development cycle.
Does MOVEVOX operate its own Seamless manufacturing equipment?
Yes. MOVEVOX operates 28 Italian Santoni Seamless machines within its own manufacturing core in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.
What makes Seamless leggings manufacturing different from Cut & Sew?
Seamless manufacturing begins from a knitted garment structure rather than conventional cut-panel assembly as the primary construction route. The product still requires physical development, finishing and quality review.
Does a Seamless garment require any sewing or finishing?
It can. The exact post-knitting garment operations depend on the product architecture. “Seamless” should not be interpreted as meaning that no garment operation occurs after knitting.
Why does yarn or material direction matter in Seamless leggings?
The starting material interacts directly with the knitted product structure and can affect handfeel, stretch, recovery, appearance and physical fit.
Can MOVEVOX develop from a Tech Pack?
Yes. A project can begin from a Tech Pack when the buyer already controls defined technical information. MOVEVOX can review the available requirements before sample development begins.
Can development begin from a physical reference sample?
Yes, where the buyer is authorized to use the reference and sufficient information can be established for development.
Does MOVEVOX support OEM, ODM and Private Label?
Yes. The appropriate cooperation model depends on how complete the buyer's existing product information is and which technical or commercial decisions still require development.
Can MOVEVOX develop custom colors for Seamless leggings?
MOVEVOX can coordinate project-specific color requirements. Dedicated yarn, material or color preparation can affect both MOQ and timing.
Can custom yarn or color increase MOQ?
Yes. Dedicated material or dye requirements can introduce supplier-level minimums above the base garment MOQ. Depending on the project, dedicated material or color can correspond to approximately 400–600 garment-equivalent pieces.
Does MOVEVOX guarantee that every Seamless legging is squat-proof?
No blanket guarantee should be made across every material, color, size and garment. Where opacity is a buyer requirement, it should be evaluated against the actual physical product and agreed review conditions.
How does MOVEVOX manage Seamless sizing?
Seamless sizing remains connected to the released measurements, physical sample and approved size logic. Approval of one sample size should not automatically be interpreted as physical approval of every commercial size.
How are Seamless sample revisions controlled?
Changes in fit, dimensions, material direction or knitted structure should remain tied to the correct sample version. The current approved physical garment and supporting information become the production reference.
How does MOVEVOX transfer an approved Seamless sample into bulk production?
The current physical sample is kept connected to the applicable product information, material or yarn direction, measurements, color, branding and quality requirements before commercial production is released.
Can MOVEVOX provide custom logos, labels and packaging?
Yes. Applicable logo processes, garment labels and packaging can be incorporated according to approved buyer requirements.
What is the normal bulk-production lead time?
Normal bulk production is approximately 20–35 days. Actual timing depends on product complexity, material readiness, quantity, approvals and current production conditions.
Is MOVEVOX's 150,000–200,000 monthly capacity Seamless-only?
No. This figure refers to normal combined managed monthly quality-released capacity across MOVEVOX's controlled manufacturing network. It is not Seamless-only capacity and is not guaranteed allocation to one buyer.
Are MOVEVOX's satellite factories owned by MOVEVOX?
No. MOVEVOX's eight long-term satellite factories are controlled partner resources rather than MOVEVOX-owned factories.
Can buyers visit or review the Yiwu factory?
Yes. MOVEVOX supports scheduled factory visits and video factory review subject to confidentiality, production arrangements and scheduling.
What third-party testing evidence does MOVEVOX currently have?
MOVEVOX holds sample-specific RoHS 2.0 and REACH phthalates testing evidence dated April 30, 2025. The evidence applies to the tested sample and stated scope and should not be interpreted as blanket factory certification.
How should a repeat Seamless order be controlled?
Repeat production should begin from the current approved physical product and supporting information, with changes in material, yarn, color, size, branding, packaging or quantity reconfirmed before release.
