Custom Sportswear Manufacturer for Brand-Led Product Development
MOVEVOX develops and manufactures custom sportswear through Seamless and Cut & Sew production, structured sampling, private-label execution and controlled bulk delivery.
Your Sportswear Requirement
A custom sportswear project may begin with a complete Tech Pack, an approved reference, a clear product brief or a defined collection requirement. The first task is to identify the intended product, activity, fit, material, construction and brand execution before production assumptions are made.
MOVEVOX Manufacturing Response
MOVEVOX combines product development with both Seamless and Cut & Sew manufacturing. Standard sample development is typically about 5–10 working days after relevant details are confirmed, while bulk production and capacity are reviewed against the actual material, SKU, customization and delivery requirements.
Know Where MOVEVOX Fits Your Sportswear Program
Sportswear covers very different products and manufacturing systems. MOVEVOX defines capability by actual product maturity and manufacturing fit instead of claiming every sportswear category as a core strength.
Yoga Leggings, Sports Bras and Yoga Shorts
These are among MOVEVOX’s most developed product categories. Projects can use Seamless or Cut & Sew routes depending on construction and design requirements. Development can address material, fit, measurement, knitted structure or panel construction, color, logo and private-label execution before a bulk standard is released.
Biker Shorts, Tanks, T-Shirts, Long Sleeves and Activewear Sets
These categories are suitable for regular activewear and sportswear collection development. Buyers can coordinate fabrics, colors, fit direction, branding, labels and packaging across related SKUs while retaining independent technical and sample approval for each product.
Gym, Fitness, Training, Running, Pilates and Athleisure
MOVEVOX can develop products for these use scenarios when the requested product structure fits existing Seamless or Cut & Sew manufacturing capabilities. Product requirements should be translated into material, fit and construction decisions rather than relying on broad performance marketing claims.
Jackets, Bodysuits, Tennis-Oriented Styles and Other Boundary Products
These categories should be reviewed against the Tech Pack, construction, material, equipment route, MOQ and expected volume before capability is confirmed. They should not be presented as MOVEVOX’s strongest standard categories.
Full-Sublimation Team Uniform Programs
Current MOVEVOX facts do not establish full-garment sublimation team uniforms as a standard core manufacturing specialization. If such a project is requested, the construction and decoration route must be separately reviewed before any commitment is made.
Build Sportswear Collections Around Proven Activewear Categories
MOVEVOX’s most developed product base is women’s activewear. Brands can organize related products into coordinated collections while selecting Seamless or Cut & Sew manufacturing according to each SKU.

Yoga Core Collection
Develop a coordinated yoga range around leggings, sports bras, yoga shorts and biker shorts. These categories allow brands to align material direction, color system, fit language and branding while maintaining separate measurements, construction and physical sample approval for each product.
- Yoga Leggings
- Sports Bras
- Yoga Shorts
- Biker Shorts

Training Collection
Combine training leggings or shorts with active tanks and T-shirts. The range can use different materials or constructions by SKU while maintaining one collection-level approach to colors, brand identity, label information and packaging requirements.
- Training Leggings
- Shorts
- Tanks
- T-Shirts

Active Essentials
Build regular activewear products that can support repeat seasonal or core programs. Tops, long sleeves, biker shorts and coordinated sets can use consistent branding and commercial rules while each style remains technically controlled.
- Active Tops
- Long Sleeves
- Biker Shorts
- Sets

Seamless-Led Collection
Use Seamless construction for suitable leggings, bras, shorts or tops while adding Cut & Sew products where panel construction, trims or another garment structure is more appropriate. Both routes can remain under one project-management interface.
- Seamless Leggings
- Bras
- Shorts
- Suitable Tops

Extended Sportswear Review
Running-oriented products and selected racket-sport or outer-layer styles can be evaluated where the requested construction fits MOVEVOX’s actual manufacturing system. These should be reviewed as product projects rather than marketed as a universal ready-made sportswear catalog.
- Running
- Selected Tennis-Oriented Styles
- Light Outer Layers
Translate the Activity Into Product and Fit Requirements
A sportswear category name does not define the product standard. MOVEVOX reviews the intended movement scenario together with fit, coverage, material, construction and physical sample requirements.
Yoga & Studio
Yoga-oriented products often require controlled stretch, body fit, waistband stability, coverage and freedom of movement. MOVEVOX can develop leggings, bras and shorts through Seamless or Cut & Sew routes, with physical sample approval used to confirm fit and construction rather than making untested functional claims.

Pilates
Pilates products can build from MOVEVOX’s established yoga and studio activewear capability. Development may focus on close-to-body fit, coordinated sets, soft-hand materials, clean construction and comfortable movement while retaining customer-controlled measurements, fit standards and approved physical samples.

Gym & Training
Training programs may combine leggings, shorts, sports bras, tanks and T-shirts. Material, fit and construction should be selected according to the actual product brief and activity requirement, with higher-load areas or special reinforcement reviewed through sample development where applicable.

Running
Running-oriented development may require review of garment weight, movement, fit, construction, pockets or other functional details. MOVEVOX can evaluate suitable products through Cut & Sew or applicable Seamless structures, but performance claims such as moisture management must be supported by the relevant material or test evidence.

Athleisure
Athleisure projects can use the same activewear manufacturing foundation while giving more weight to silhouette, hand feel, surface texture, layering and collection coordination. The product remains a manufacturing project with defined material, fit, construction, branding and approval requirements.

Select Branding by Artwork, Material and Product Structure
MOVEVOX reviews logo application against artwork, dimensions, color, position, garment material and production quantity. The selected method should be physically approved before bulk execution.

Screen Print
Screen printing can be evaluated for suitable artwork, fabric and garment positions. The project should confirm dimensions, number of colors, location and required appearance before final execution. Any durability claim needs actual test or approved buyer criteria rather than a generic statement.

Heat Transfer
Heat transfer can support suitable logos and activewear graphics where the selected film, garment material and application conditions are compatible. Artwork, color, dimensions and placement should be approved on the relevant development or production-intent sample.

Silicone Print
Silicone printing is available for suitable project requirements. The desired appearance, dimensions, position and color should be reviewed together with the garment material. Specific wash-life or abrasion claims should only be made when supported by relevant project testing.

Embroidery
Embroidery can be applied where the garment construction and intended visual result are suitable. Logo dimensions, stitch density, backing, placement and the effect on stretch or garment structure should be checked before final approval.
Capability boundary: Current MOVEVOX facts support the processes above. Full-garment sublimation should not be advertised as a standard MOVEVOX core process unless a specific project and production route have been technically verified.
Reduce Sportswear Supplier Interfaces Without Hiding Production Reality
A multi-SKU sportswear program can involve different manufacturing routes, materials, branding suppliers and packing requirements. The procurement problem is often interface control rather than the number of factories involved.
Fragmented Supplier Management
A brand may otherwise coordinate one supplier for Seamless products, another for Cut & Sew, separate fabric resources, logo suppliers, label and packaging vendors, QC and shipping. Product files, material versions, approvals and delivery information can become fragmented across multiple contacts, making it harder to identify who owns a problem when one component changes.
One Accountable MOVEVOX Interface
MOVEVOX can coordinate the product requirement, development, selected manufacturing route, materials, branding, labels, packaging, PMC, QC and final shipment preparation through one customer-facing responsibility window. This does not mean every operation is performed inside one building; it means controlled resources operate against one approved project standard and MOVEVOX remains accountable for execution.
Transparent Capacity Model
MOVEVOX uses an own core factory together with long-term managed satellite capacity and applicable specialist resources. Where the buyer requires site disclosure or an Approved Factory Only system, production-site changes must follow the agreed approval requirements.
Use Cut and Sew Where Product Structure Requires More Construction Freedom
Cut & Sew manufacturing allows brands to control pattern shape, panel construction, seam placement, trims and mixed garment details that may not suit a Seamless knitting route.

Leggings & Shorts
Cut & Sew leggings and shorts can use customer-defined patterns, waist structures, panels, pockets and seam layouts. Development should connect measurements, material stretch, seam construction and physical fit approval instead of relying on a generic base pattern.

Sports Bras
Sports bra development can involve neckline, back design, straps, elastic, bra-pad construction and panel structure. Fit and support direction should be physically evaluated through the applicable sample process; unsupported medical or performance claims should not be made.

Tanks, T-Shirts & Long Sleeves
Active tops can be developed around fabric, fit, neckline, armhole, sleeve structure and hem construction. Overlock, Flatlock, Coverstitch and other applicable garment processes are selected according to the released technical requirement.

Coordinated Sets
A Cut & Sew collection can share fabric families, colors, brand execution and packaging while every top and bottom retains its own pattern, measurement, construction and sample approval.

Project-Review Styles
Bodysuits, jackets, tennis-oriented products and more complex garments require project-specific review. Construction, trims, zipper, bonding, material combinations, equipment requirements and order quantity should be evaluated before confirming manufacturing feasibility.
Use Seamless Manufacturing Where Knitted Structure Supports the Product
MOVEVOX operates 28 Italian Santoni seamless knitting machines. Seamless development depends on yarn, machine diameter, knitted architecture, programmed structure, sizing and finishing rather than simply removing visible seams.

Leggings / Shorts / Sports Bras
These categories align closely with MOVEVOX’s established Seamless activewear capability. Development can review yarn direction, rib or texture, selected engineered areas, sizing, fit and branding before an approved physical reference is established.

Selected Tops
Certain activewear tops can be evaluated where the required shape and construction suit the Seamless knitting route. The project should first confirm machine and structure feasibility rather than assuming every Cut & Sew top can be converted directly into Seamless production.

Complex Shapes or Mixed Construction
Products requiring unusual openings, multiple rigid trims, complex panel shapes or construction outside the practical machine and finishing route need technical review. Hybrid or post-knitting sewing may still be required.

Panel-Heavy Jackets, Complex Zipper Styles and Other Structured Garments
Where pattern control, multiple components, rigid trims or detailed assembly dominate the product, Cut & Sew is generally the more appropriate starting route.
Technical note: “Seamless” does not mean a garment literally contains no seams or finishing operations. Machine diameter, yarn, knitted structure and finishing create real manufacturing boundaries.
Review Manufacturability Before Promising the Sportswear Product
A custom design should be evaluated before price, MOQ or lead time becomes a production promise. MOVEVOX reviews how the requested product translates into available materials, manufacturing routes and approval steps.
What Product Are We Making?
Clarify the category, intended use, target market, size range and whether the product belongs to an established MOVEVOX capability or requires project review.
Which Manufacturing Route Fits?
Determine whether the construction is better suited to Seamless knitting, Cut & Sew, or a project-specific combination. Technical boundaries should be identified before sampling.
Are Material Requirements Feasible?
Review fabric or yarn composition, GSM, hand feel, stretch, recovery, opacity, color route and supplier MOQ where applicable.
Can Construction Be Reproduced?
Review pattern, knitted structure, seams, elastic, pockets, pads, zippers, drawcords, reinforcement, branding and other relevant components.
What Changes Commercial Conditions?
Assess quantity, custom color, component MOQ, complexity, sample requirements, testing, production capacity and required Cargo Ready timing before confirming the final project route.
Decision Outputs
Confirmed — suitable for the proposed development route.
Confirmed with Conditions — feasible after defined changes or approvals.
Alternative Required — another material, construction or production route should be considered.
Match Construction Methods to the Approved Sportswear Design
Cut & Sew execution depends on more than stitch appearance. Pattern, seam position, material, stretch, product use and finishing requirements should be reviewed together during development.

Cutting Control
Correct pattern version, material orientation and component identification should be confirmed before cutting. This establishes the panel shapes that downstream sewing operations must reproduce.

Overlock
Overlock is used for applicable joining and edge-control operations in knit garments. Machine setup and seam execution should correspond to the approved physical and technical reference.

Flatlock
Flatlock can be used where the selected activewear design requires its seam profile and visual treatment. Placement and execution should be approved on the actual product.

Coverstitch
Coverstitch supports suitable hems and garment-finishing areas. Stitch position, width and appearance should remain linked to the released construction standard.

Reinforcement & Components
Elastic, bra-pad construction, pockets, zipper, drawcord and selected reinforcement details are reviewed according to the product rather than applied as universal sportswear features.

Project-Based Bonding
Bonding can be evaluated for selected projects when material, construction, available process and expected result are technically appropriate. It should not be described as a standard solution for every product.
Choose Sportswear Materials Against the Actual Product Requirement
MOVEVOX evaluates material through product category, manufacturing route, hand feel, GSM, stretch, recovery, opacity, color and physical sample approval rather than selecting fabric by composition alone.

Nylon / Polyamide + Spandex
This is an established material direction for activewear where the actual fabric specification supports the intended product. Final selection should consider physical hand feel, GSM, stretch, recovery, opacity, color and finishing.

Polyester + Spandex
Polyester-Spandex blends can be evaluated for suitable sportswear and training products. The selected fabric should be assessed against the product structure and customer requirement, not assumed to provide a specific performance result from fiber composition alone.

Seamless Yarn & Knit Direction
Seamless products use yarn and knitted structures rather than a conventional finished-fabric roll as the only material decision. Yarn, machine diameter, programmed structure and finishing contribute to the approved garment result.

Brushed / Soft-Hand Direction
Brushed, peach-like or soft-hand materials may be considered for relevant yoga, studio or athleisure directions. Physical approval should use the actual material and finished sample.

Ribbed & Textured Direction
Rib and texture can be created through applicable fabric or knitted-structure routes. The development must consider appearance, stretch behavior, fit and bulk reproducibility.
Color note: Pantone can define a target, while Lab Dip or an approved physical reference may be required. Screen color should not be used as the sole bulk color standard.
Build Size and Fit Around the Brand’s Approved Measurement System
MOVEVOX does not use one universal global sportswear fit. Customer measurement charts, target fit, material stretch, construction and approved physical samples establish the relevant size standard.
Customer-Controlled Size System
For mature brands, the customer’s Measurement Chart, POM definitions, tolerance requirements and Grade Rules should remain the primary fit framework. MOVEVOX reviews manufacturability and identifies open points rather than replacing the brand’s established system without approval.
Fit Development Inputs
Where the project requires development support, useful inputs include an approved legal reference sample, body or fit requirement, desired silhouette, intended size range and material direction. Cut & Sew fit can involve pattern adjustment, while Seamless fit also depends on yarn, machine diameter, knitted structure and finishing.

Physical Approval Chain
Development Sample → Fit Review → Revised Sample → Size Set or representative size review where required → PP / Approved Sample.
Each stage should resolve measurable issues before production handover.
Bulk Measurement Control
First Article, inline and finished-garment measurements can be checked against the applicable customer specification and approved product reference. Repeat orders should continue from the released fit standard while approved changes are separately controlled.
Develop Shared Sportswear Platforms Without Losing SKU-Level Control
A collection can share selected materials, colors and brand rules, but every SKU still needs its own manufacturability, measurements, construction and sample approval before production.
Base Product Standard
Start with strategically important products that establish the collection’s technical and visual direction, such as a legging, sports bra or short.
Shared Material Platform
Identify which SKUs can legitimately use the same fabric, yarn family or material direction without forcing unsuitable products into one construction.
Color System
Establish approved color targets and relevant physical references so different products and manufacturing routes can be reviewed under one collection color strategy.
Brand Identity
Align logo artwork, label rules, hangtags, SKU information and packaging so the collection is commercially consistent even when garment constructions differ.
SKU-Specific Development
Each SKU retains its own measurement, fit, construction, sample comments, version history and approval status.
Collection Release
Only approved product versions move to the applicable production route. Shared collection decisions and SKU-specific requirements are both transferred into bulk planning.
Manage Multi-SKU Sportswear Development Through Controlled Waves
When technical inputs and material routes are sufficiently clear, MOVEVOX can manage approximately 10–20 SKUs at different development stages. Larger programs are better controlled through development waves.
Project Setup
Establish SKU codes, priorities, technical-input status, target manufacturing route and shared collection standards before samples begin moving in parallel.
Shared Dependencies
Identify common materials, colors, labels and packaging so related decisions can be coordinated without treating one SKU approval as automatic approval for another.
Wave One
When appropriate, prioritize approximately 5–10 strategically important SKUs to resolve major material, fit and construction decisions earlier.
Wave Two
Release later SKUs after key dependencies become sufficiently stable, while maintaining independent sample versions and approval records.
Approval Tracking
Use a status such as Development / Revision / Fit Review / Approved / Production Ready for every SKU.
Production Handover
Only released SKUs move into material preparation, capacity allocation, First Article and bulk execution.
Scope: The actual number of simultaneous SKUs depends on complexity, shared materials, input quality, customer approval speed and timing. The ranges above are planning references, not a universal guaranteed development load.
Use Samples as Controlled Approval Gates Before Sportswear Bulk Production
The objective of sampling is to reduce technical uncertainty. Every sample version needs clear customer inputs, MOVEVOX outputs and an approval condition before the project progresses.

NDA-based cooperation is available when unreleased products or confidential sourcing information require formal protection.
How a European Private-Label Program Progressed Into Repeat Production
This anonymized customer program shows why a long-term sportswear supplier must control more than the first sample. Private-label execution, bulk QC, shipment coordination, repeat orders and later capacity response all became part of the supplier relationship.
Initial Product & Order Standard
The project moved from approved product and private-label requirements into formal bulk production. Product information, branding and packing requirements were converted into an executable production and QC standard rather than managed only through informal sample references.
Production Visibility
During production, project progress could be communicated through applicable photos and video. This gave the buyer visibility into actual execution instead of receiving information only when goods were ready to ship.
QC & Packing
The current case records describe garment quality checking before packing, followed by individual packing and export-carton preparation according to the order requirements.
Shipment Planning
The program used more than one transportation mode to balance delivery timing and logistics planning. Shipping therefore became part of order execution rather than an isolated activity after production.
Repeat Order
The relationship progressed into repeat purchasing. Previously approved product and brand standards created a stronger reference for subsequent production than beginning the complete supplier-development cycle again.
Capacity Response
When later demand increased, MOVEVOX responded with additional production resources while retaining the established product, QC and communication framework.

Why This Matters
The value of the case is not a headline growth percentage. It demonstrates a practical path from first bulk production to repeat ordering and higher production requirements while standards and supplier responsibility remain visible.
Customer name, logo, purchase value and commercially sensitive quantities remain withheld unless the relevant evidence and publication permission are available.
Understand Sportswear MOQ by Manufacturing and Material Route
MOVEVOX uses practical base MOQ references, while the final requirement depends on style, colors, sizes, material, branding and upstream supplier conditions.
Approx. 100 pcs/style
This is a standard starting reference for suitable Seamless custom products. Yarn, structure, color, size allocation and branding still need project review.
Best for: Custom Seamless development and controlled first orders.
Approx. 150 pcs/style
The actual order can be influenced by fabric availability, colors, size allocation, garment complexity and branding components.
Best for: Custom Cut & Sew sportswear and collection development.
Approx. 400–600 pcs equivalent
Custom color is usually driven by the selected fabric or yarn supplier and dye-lot requirement. This range is not a fixed universal MOQ.
Best for: Custom-dyed brand color programs.
Commercial note: Garment MOQ does not automatically remove separate MOQ requirements for fabrics, trims, logos, labels or custom packaging.
A Successful Trial Order Does Not Automatically Guarantee Successful Scale
Sportswear risks change when volume increases. A supplier must convert a successful development result into controlled material, capacity, production-site and quality decisions before scaling.
Trial Proves the Product
A trial or first commercial order helps validate product execution, customer acceptance and the working relationship. The approved product standard, material, branding, packaging and QC expectations should be documented so the next order does not restart from memory.
Scale Introduces New Variables
Higher quantities can create new material lots, production windows, additional lines or facilities, more WIP, greater packing complexity and increased inspection requirements. A product that worked at a smaller quantity can fail at scale if these variables are not separately reviewed.
Controlled Scale-Up
MOVEVOX reviews capacity, material readiness, production allocation, released standards and quality checkpoints before larger orders move forward. First Article, WIP visibility, inline checks, final inspection and traceability help maintain control as order size or SKU count increases.
Buyer question: The right question is not only “How much can you produce?” It is “What additional controls are introduced when my approved product moves to higher volume?”
Review MOVEVOX Capacity by Scope, Not One Inflated Number
MOVEVOX separates capacity according to manufacturing and delivery scope. Each figure has a different operational meaning and should not be added into a theoretical total.
Managed Combined Normal Delivery Capacity
Approx. 150,000–200,000 garments per month represents the managed combined normal delivery range under normal operating conditions.
Seamless Stable Capacity
Approx. 300,000 pieces per month describes the stable Seamless manufacturing capacity scope.
Cut & Sew Stable Capacity
Approx. 100,000 pieces per month describes the stable Cut & Sew manufacturing capacity scope.
Italian Santoni Machines
The core Seamless system includes 28 Italian Santoni seamless knitting machines.
Principal Garment Equipment
The core Cut & Sew production system includes approximately 24 principal sewing and garment-production machines.
Typical Individual Order Range
Typical order size can range approximately from 300 to 50,000 pieces, subject to SKU structure, material, manufacturing route, timing and project conditions.
Scope warning: Do not add the 300K Seamless scope and 100K Cut & Sew scope and publish “400K total capacity.” Formal capacity commitments should be reviewed against the actual PO and production window.
Control Material Changes Before They Change the Approved Product
In sportswear, changing a fabric, yarn, color route or component can affect fit, hand feel, stretch, opacity, construction, compliance and bulk consistency. Changes should therefore be governed rather than silently substituted.
Approved Material Reference
The released BOM, supplier or material information and applicable physical references define the approved product input.
Change Request
If the original material becomes unavailable or another source is proposed, the reason and proposed alternative should be identified before normal production continues.
Technical Review
The new material should be reviewed against composition information, GSM, hand feel, stretch, recovery, opacity, color, construction and applicable project requirements.
Commercial & Compliance Review
MOQ, cost, lead time, chemical requirements, testing and supplier evidence may also change with the material route.
Customer Approval
Where the change can affect the approved product or customer requirement, the applicable new sample, swatch, Lab Dip, documentation or evidence should be submitted for confirmation.
New Released Version
Once approved, the current material reference becomes part of the released project standard. Superseded material information should no longer remain active.
Control Sportswear Quality From Approved Standard to Final Release
MOVEVOX uses customer technical requirements, approved samples and released project specifications as the quality reference. A five-person QC team supports controls across production rather than relying only on final inspection.

Controlled Production Allocation
Project fit, facility capability, available production window and customer requirements are considered before allocation.
Unified Standards
Technical files, material requirements, PMC coordination, QC standards and final release remain under MOVEVOX management rather than being independently redefined by each facility.
Customer Site Approval
Where the buyer operates an Approved Factory Only system, contract restriction or required production-site disclosure, site changes require the applicable customer review and written approval.
MOVEVOX Accountability
The customer-facing responsibility window remains MOVEVOX throughout the project, including development, production coordination, quality and shipment execution.
Manage Sportswear Compliance by Market, Product and Evidence Scope
MOVEVOX uses a project-based compliance approach. Requirements are mapped to the actual destination market, buyer standard, product, material and evidence rather than reduced to a generic “globally compliant” claim.
Target Market
Identify destination-market requirements and any customer-specific vendor or compliance manual that applies to the order.
Product & BOM
Map the actual garment, fabrics, yarns, trims, labels and other components so compliance evidence relates to the correct product inputs.
Chemical Requirements
Where RSL, REACH or other chemical requirements apply, define the relevant sample and test scope. Existing reports should not be transferred automatically to different materials, colors or products.
Label Requirements
Composition, care, size and other applicable product information should follow the approved requirement for the destination and buyer program.
Testing Evidence
MOVEVOX can support customer-nominated or qualified third-party testing where required. Test results apply only to the actual sample, method, date and report scope.
Bulk Mapping & Change
Relevant bulk materials should correspond to the approved or tested project inputs. Material or product changes may create a need for new evidence or retesting.
Compliance formula: Market + Product + Material + Chemical + Label + Evidence.

Custom Sportswear Manufacturer Frequently Asked Questions
These questions address the product, development, commercial and supplier-verification issues most relevant to brands evaluating MOVEVOX for custom sportswear manufacturing.
Product & Manufacturing
What types of custom sportswear are strongest at MOVEVOX?
MOVEVOX’s strongest product base is women’s activewear, particularly yoga leggings, sports bras and yoga shorts, with regular capability across biker shorts, tanks, T-shirts, long sleeves and coordinated activewear sets. Gym, fitness, training, running, Pilates and athleisure programs can be developed when the product fits the applicable manufacturing route. Jackets, bodysuits, tennis-oriented styles and other boundary products require project review.
Do you manufacture both Seamless and Cut & Sew sportswear?
Yes. MOVEVOX operates both production systems. The core Seamless system includes 28 Italian Santoni machines, while the Cut & Sew system includes approximately 24 principal sewing and garment-production machines. Different SKUs within the same collection can use different manufacturing routes when appropriate.
Customization
Can you produce full-sublimation team uniforms?
Current MOVEVOX facts do not establish full-garment sublimation team uniforms as a standard core manufacturing specialization. MOVEVOX should not advertise this capability without project-specific technical verification. Confirmed regular logo routes include screen print, heat transfer, silicone print and embroidery.
What parts of a sportswear product can be customized?
Depending on the project, customization can include material, color, fit, construction, logo, labels, hangtags and packaging. Different components can have their own MOQ or lead-time requirements, so garment MOQ should not be interpreted as automatically covering every custom material or packaging component.
Sampling & MOQ
What is your MOQ for custom sportswear?
Base custom references are approximately 100 pieces per style for Seamless products and approximately 150 pieces per style for Cut & Sew products. Actual feasibility depends on style, colors, sizes, material, branding and order structure.
How long does sample development take?
Standard sample development is typically around 5–10 working days after the relevant development details are confirmed. Complex materials, custom colors, unusual trims, special branding or unresolved technical information can extend the actual timing.
Production & Scale
How long does bulk production usually take?
Regular bulk production is typically around 20–35 days, subject to material readiness, order quantity, complexity, customer approvals, testing, inspection and the agreed Cargo Ready definition.
What production capacity can MOVEVOX manage?
The managed combined normal delivery range is approximately 150,000–200,000 garments per month under normal operating conditions. Separate Seamless and Cut & Sew capacity figures have different scopes and should not be added to create an artificial total.
Supplier Qualification
Do you use satellite factories?
Yes. MOVEVOX operates an own core factory together with eight major long-term managed satellite factories—six in Yiwu and two in Guangzhou. They are managed production resources, not eight MOVEVOX-owned factories. Relevant production sites can be disclosed where customer approval or audit requirements apply.
Can our team audit the factory or request third-party verification?
Yes. MOVEVOX can support factory visits, technical audits, live-video verification, pre-production visits, inline inspections and pre-shipment inspections. Customer-nominated third-party testing or inspection can also be supported where applicable. Audit Ready does not mean a certification exists unless the relevant current document is verified.
Start Your Custom Sportswear Manufacturing Project With MOVEVOX
Whether your team already has a complete Tech Pack or is still organizing a sportswear product requirement, the most useful first step is to send the information that currently exists. MOVEVOX can review a complete or incomplete Tech Pack, legal reference sample, sketch, image, product concept, fabric swatch or other sufficiently clear development input, depending on the complexity of the project.
For a more accurate first review, include the product category, estimated quantity by style, color and size, intended material or hand feel, measurement or fit information, construction details, logo and branding requirements, packaging, destination market and target delivery timing. If your brand already works with a formal Quality Manual, testing requirement or Approved Factory system, include the relevant requirements at the beginning of the project.
MOVEVOX will review whether the product is best approached through Seamless or Cut & Sew manufacturing and identify major technical, material, MOQ, sampling and production questions before commercial confirmation. Standard sample development is typically around 5–10 working days after relevant details are confirmed. Base custom MOQ references are approximately 100 pieces per style for Seamless and 150 pieces per style for Cut & Sew. Custom colors and special materials can have separate supplier minimums.
Submitting a project does not mean every specification, cost or delivery date is automatically confirmed. Material availability, manufacturability, testing, capacity and quality requirements must be reviewed against the actual project. NDA-based cooperation is available for unreleased products and confidential sourcing information.
