Custom Sports Apparel Manufacturer
Develop custom sports-activewear from your Tech Pack, reference product or defined concept through controlled sampling, private-label execution and bulk production.
- MOVEVOX supports established sportswear and activewear brands developing their own products rather than sourcing generic team uniforms.
- Work from a Tech Pack, legal reference garment, sketch, product images or a sufficiently defined concept.
- Select Seamless or Cut-and-Sew according to the actual product structure, material, fit and construction.
- Standard samples typically take about 5–10 working days after required development details are confirmed.
- Coordinate product development, branding, production and QC through one MOVEVOX responsibility chain.

Custom Sports-Activewear Manufacturing for Established Brands
MOVEVOX is most relevant to sportswear and activewear brands whose programs center on yoga, gym, training and related performance-activewear products. We support controlled product development, private-label execution and repeat manufacturing across Seamless and Cut-and-Sew routes.
Brand-Owned Product Direction
Your product may begin from an established specification or a less complete development input, but the objective is the same: create a measurable product standard that belongs to your brand rather than simply select a stock garment.
Multi-SKU Programs
MOVEVOX is suited to collections involving leggings, sports bras, shorts, tanks, T-shirts, long sleeves and coordinated activewear sets, subject to technical review by product.
Repeat Commercial Manufacturing
The supplier model is particularly relevant when approved styles may move into additional colors, repeat POs, collection extensions or larger commercial quantities.
Clear Category Boundaries
MOVEVOX does not position itself as a specialist manufacturer of every sports category. Team jerseys, league uniforms and dedicated sport-uniform systems are not represented as core manufacturing strengths.

Is MOVEVOX the Right Manufacturer for Your Sportswear Program?
Supplier fit depends on product category, manufacturing route, customization depth, quantity and repeat-production requirements—not only whether a garment can technically be made once.
| Fit Level | Project Profile | MOVEVOX Position |
|---|---|---|
| Best Fit | Established sportswear / activewear brands developing yoga, gym, training and related activewear | Strong alignment with current product, development and manufacturing systems |
| Best Fit | Multi-SKU programs combining Seamless and Cut-and-Sew products | Both manufacturing routes can be coordinated through one supplier system |
| Can Support | Projects beginning from Tech Pack, legal reference garment, sketch, images or defined concept | Technical review determines the required development path |
| Can Support | Initial commercial programs meeting applicable garment, material and customization minimums | Suitable when project conditions align with confirmed MOQ and production requirements |

Where Custom Sportswear Programs Commonly Lose Control
Custom sports-activewear combines product, material, sourcing and production risks. Those risks become more significant when a style moves from development into repeat commercial manufacturing.
Wrong Supplier-Category Fit
A supplier may accept a product even when the structure, materials or process fall outside its repeatable manufacturing strengths.
MOVEVOX response: Product categories outside established activewear capability should receive technical review before commitment.
Material Changes After Approval
A fabric or yarn change can affect stretch, recovery, appearance, opacity, measurements or sewing behavior.
MOVEVOX response: Significant material substitutions should be reviewed against the approved product before production use.
Version Drift
Old Tech Packs, measurements, patterns or Seamless programs can reintroduce issues already corrected during development.
MOVEVOX response: Approved revisions should become part of the current released product version.
Sample-to-Bulk Gap
A development sample is produced under different conditions from a commercial production lot.
MOVEVOX response: Approved references move into pre-production review, First Article and production QC.
MOQ Misunderstanding
Garment base MOQ may be lower than the actual MOQ created by custom material, dyeing, logo, labels or packaging.
MOVEVOX response: Base MOQ and effective project MOQ are evaluated separately.
Uncontrolled Production-Site Change
Moving production after qualification can introduce different equipment, operators and quality systems.
MOVEVOX response: MOVEVOX distinguishes its owned core factory from satellite capacity and can follow buyer-defined site restrictions.
Why Brands Evaluate MOVEVOX for Custom Sports-Activewear
MOVEVOX's position is based on development flexibility, two manufacturing routes, an owned core factory and a transparent path into controlled repeat production.
Manufacturing-Driven
MOVEVOX operates its own core manufacturing facility in Yiwu rather than functioning only as a commercial sourcing office.
Seamless + Cut-and-Sew
The core factory combines 28 Italian Santoni machines with approximately 24 main garment-production machines.
Development Before Bulk
An approximately eight-person development team supports design interpretation, pattern work, sampling and product revision.

Controlled Scale
Stable managed finished-garment capacity is approximately 150,000–200,000 pieces per month across the current controlled manufacturing system.
Supply-Chain Transparency
MOVEVOX distinguishes its owned core factory from six long-term Yiwu and two long-term Guangzhou satellite factories.
Core Sports-Activewear Categories We Manufacture
MOVEVOX's strongest sports-apparel relevance is in activewear, yoga, gym and training-oriented products. Actual manufacturing route depends on each product's structure.

Leggings
A core MOVEVOX category available through appropriate Seamless or Cut-and-Sew development. Requirements may include material, waistband, fit, rise, inseam, pockets, knitted zones, logo and packaging.

Sports Bras
Sports bras may use Seamless knitted structures or Cut-and-Sew construction according to coverage, straps, pads, underbust structure, material and fit requirements.

Training Shorts
Shorts can be developed around fabric, waistband, inseam, pockets, panels, fit, color and private-label details.

Biker Shorts
Biker shorts can support yoga, gym and training collections through Seamless or Cut-and-Sew routes depending on the product structure.

Tanks
Athletic tanks can be reviewed according to neckline, armhole, body fit, material and required manufacturing route.

Training T-Shirts
T-shirts can be developed around fit, fabric, neckline, sleeves, construction, logo and labeling.

Long-Sleeve Tops
Long-sleeve activewear tops can extend a training or seasonal collection while retaining product-specific measurements and construction.

Coordinated Sets
Related leggings, bras, shorts and tops can share selected material, color and branding systems while retaining separate technical specifications.
Where MOVEVOX Is Strongest Within Sports Apparel
"Sports apparel" covers many unrelated manufacturing systems. MOVEVOX separates established capability from products that require additional technical review.
| Capability Level | Product Direction | MOVEVOX Position |
|---|---|---|
| Core Strength | Leggings, sports bras, yoga/fitness shorts | Established activewear categories |
| Strong Regular | Biker shorts, tanks, T-shirts, long sleeves and activewear sets | Suitable for recurring sports-activewear programs |
| Technical Review | Selected extended sportswear products | Structure, materials and manufacturing route require review |
| Technical Review | Complex multi-material or unusually engineered products | Equipment fit, MOQ, QC and repeatability need project-specific evaluation |
| Outside Core Positioning | Specialist team jerseys, league uniforms and full team-kit systems | Not represented as MOVEVOX's primary specialization |
| Not Accepted | Counterfeit or intentionally infringing products | MOVEVOX does not accept intentionally infringing projects |
Two Ways to Start Custom Sportswear Development
The right path depends on how much technical information your brand already owns.

OEM From Your Tech Pack
When your team already has a complete or largely complete Tech Pack, MOVEVOX reviews drawings, measurements, material requirements, construction, colors, branding and packaging before sampling. Missing or conflicting information is raised for confirmation rather than silently interpreted. Pattern or Seamless-program work then follows the current approved direction, with physical samples used to verify execution and manufacturability before bulk production.

Development-Led Support
When a project begins from an incomplete Tech Pack, legal reference garment, sketch, images or defined concept, MOVEVOX can help translate that direction into measurements, materials, manufacturing route, construction and sample requirements. The customer remains responsible for product and brand direction; MOVEVOX supports manufacturing translation and execution rather than unrestricted speculative design.
What "Custom" Can Mean in a MOVEVOX Sportswear Program
Custom manufacturing should be defined by approved product, branding and retail specifications rather than one general "fully customizable" claim.

Product Customization
Product requirements can include fabric or yarn, color, fit, measurements, pattern or Seamless structure and construction.
- Fabric / yarn
- Fit
- Measurements
- Color
- Construction

Brand Customization
Common private-label requirements can include logos, main labels, size labels, care labels and hangtags.
- Logo
- Main label
- Size label
- Care label
- Hangtag

Retail Packaging
Packaging requirements may include polybags, stickers, barcodes, custom bags and carton marks.
- Polybag
- Sticker
- Barcode
- Packaging
- Carton mark
Boundary note: Specialized team-uniform decoration systems such as full sport-specific numbering or professional team-kit sublimation should be reviewed case by case and are not represented as MOVEVOX's core specialization.
From Product Input to a Bulk-Ready Sportswear Standard
The objective of development is not only to create a sample. It is to convert buyer requirements into information that production and QC can repeat.

Input
Development can start from a complete or incomplete Tech Pack, legal reference garment, sketch, product images or defined concept.

Technical Review
MOVEVOX reviews product structure, measurements, materials, manufacturing route, branding and unresolved requirements.

Engineering
Approved direction is translated into pattern or Seamless-program decisions, material references and measurable product requirements.

Sample
A physical development sample is produced for the required fit, structure or product-approval objective.

Revision
Customer feedback is converted into updated specifications, patterns, programs or construction information.

Approval
Applicable fit, Size Set, PP or other agreed approval stages establish the current product standard.

Bulk Handover
Approved product, material, branding and packaging information is transferred into commercial-production references.
What to Send Before We Review Your Sportswear Project
A complete Tech Pack is useful, but not mandatory for the first discussion. Better input reduces assumptions and makes technical review more efficient.
Minimum to Start
Provide at least one clear product input: a Tech Pack, legal physical reference, technical sketch, product images or defined concept. Also share the product category, approximate quantity and target market.
Better for Development
Include available measurement information, fabric or yarn reference, color target, logo artwork, labels, packaging and intended fit direction.
Required Before Bulk
Commercial production should have a current released technical version, approved measurements, material and color references, applicable approved sample, branding, packaging, final quantity and size/color breakdown.

Six Questions We Review Before Sampling
Technical review identifies hidden development and sourcing risks before they become physical-sample problems.
Product Structure
Are panels, pockets, waistbands, straps, pads, seams, knitted zones and other construction details sufficiently defined?
Intended Product Use
Does the requested structure make sense for the buyer's intended yoga, gym, training or activewear application?
Fabric or Yarn
Is the proposed material compatible with structure, fit, appearance, MOQ and manufacturing route?
Fit and Measurements
Are measurements, POM definitions, reference fit and product proportions clear enough to proceed?
Manufacturing Route
Is the product more appropriate for Seamless knitting or Cut-and-Sew construction?
Branding and Commercial Risk
Do color, logo, labels, packaging, quantity or upstream supplier minimums change the project's feasibility or timing?

Can the Design Be Repeated Reliably in Commercial Production?
A garment can be possible to make once without being suitable for repeat production. MOVEVOX reviews materials, product structure, equipment fit, MOQ, quality-control requirements and repeatability before treating a design as bulk-ready.
Green — Ready to Develop
The product fits established manufacturing capabilities and the available technical information is sufficiently clear to begin controlled sampling.
Yellow — Review Required
The product appears feasible, but material, construction, MOQ, color or other technical conditions need confirmation or modification.
Red — Redesign or Decline
The design may be visually possible but too unstable, commercially impractical or outside confirmed manufacturing capability for responsible repeat production.
Commercial Manufacturability
Manufacturability includes upstream material minimums, sample effort, production efficiency and QC complexity—not only technical possibility.

Select Sports-Activewear Materials Around the Product
Fiber composition alone does not define the suitability of an activewear fabric. The final decision should consider structure, weight, handfeel, stretch behavior, recovery, appearance and product fit.

Nylon + Spandex
Commonly relevant to leggings, sports bras, shorts and selected tops. Actual composition, GSM and structure remain project-specific.

Polyester + Spandex
Can be evaluated for selected training and activewear products according to structure, stretch, appearance and commercial requirements.

Seamless Yarn Systems
Yarn selection interacts directly with Santoni program, knitted density, size and engineered garment structures.

Brushed Fabrics
Brushing can alter handfeel, surface appearance, thickness and stretch behavior and therefore requires physical product approval.

Rib Structures
Rib may come from Cut-and-Sew fabric or Seamless knitting and should be evaluated within the intended garment construction.

Textured Structures
Texture can create product differentiation but may also affect dimensions, stretch, color appearance and logo execution.

High-Stretch Materials
High stretch alone is not proof of suitable athletic performance; recovery, fit and product structure remain important.

Customer-Nominated Materials
When a buyer specifies a material or supplier reference, MOVEVOX can review availability, MOQ and manufacturability.
Turn Sportswear Fit Into a Measurable Production Standard
Fit becomes useful for manufacturing only when subjective comments are converted into measurable and current technical references.
| Stage | Purpose | Controlled Output |
|---|---|---|
| Target Size | Define intended silhouette | Base-size direction |
| POM Setup | Define where measurements are taken | Measurement chart |
| Pattern / Program | Convert fit intent into garment geometry | Current pattern/program |
| Fit Sample | Evaluate physical fit | Fit comments |
| Revision | Apply agreed corrections | Updated product version |
| Grade Rules | Define size progression | Grading logic |
| Size Set | Verify selected/full size range | Size-level approval |
| PP Sample | Establish applicable production reference | Approved physical sample |
| Bulk Measurement | Check production | Inspection record |

Engineer Sports-Activewear Through Seamless Knitting
MOVEVOX's Yiwu core facility operates 28 Italian Santoni machines. Seamless manufacturing connects yarn, machine program, size, knitted density and engineered structures.

Yarn System
Approved yarn references influence appearance, elasticity, handfeel and knitting behavior.
Machine Program
Program versions translate the product structure into repeatable knitted forms and must remain controlled by style and size.
Rib Zones
Rib structures can be engineered into waistbands or selected garment areas.
Mesh Zones
Mesh may be integrated where the design requires it. Placement and openness should be physically approved.
Textured / Engineered Zones
Texture and local knitted structures can create product differentiation but require stronger program and measurement control.
Necessary Sewing
Seamless does not mean absolutely no sewing. Crotch, shoulder, neckline, label, pad-opening or other finishing points may still require sewn operations.
Build Pattern-Based Sports-Activewear Through Cut-and-Sew
Approximately 24 main sewing and garment-production machines at the Yiwu core facility support products requiring patterns, cut panels and sewn construction.

Pattern Engineering
Patterns translate approved fit and measurements into cuttable product geometry.

Cutting
Material direction, stretch and cutting accuracy can affect assembly and finished garment dimensions.

Overlock
Used where the approved garment structure requires suitable joining or edge construction.

Flatlock
Relevant to selected activewear seams where the product structure requires a flatter joined construction.

Coverstitch
Can be used for hems or selected finishing points according to fabric and approved garment construction.

Complex Assembly
Panels, pockets, straps, elastic, pads and multiple materials increase production and QC complexity.
Build Multiple Sports-Activewear SKUs Around Shared Standards
Multi-SKU programs become easier to develop and repeat when selected products share controlled materials, fit principles, colors and branding systems.

Shared Material Platform
Leggings, shorts and selected tops may share an approved fabric where product requirements allow it. Different structures should not be forced onto one material simply for sourcing convenience.

Shared Fit Language
A collection can share brand-level principles such as rise, waistband direction or silhouette while each SKU retains its own measurements and physical validation.

Shared Color System
Common color targets can improve collection consistency, but different fabrics and yarn structures may display the same nominal color differently.

Shared Brand System
Logo, labels, hangtags and packaging rules can be reused across multiple styles while size, color, SKU and barcode information remains product-specific.
Turn an Approved Sports-Activewear Product Into Your Brand
Private-label execution works best when garment specifications, brand identity and retail packaging remain connected to the same approved SKU.

Product Standard
- Fabric / yarn
- Fit
- Color
- Construction
- Approved Sample

Brand Identity
- Logo
- Main label
- Size label
- Care label
- Hangtag

Retail Packaging
- Polybag
- Sticker
- Barcode
- Custom packaging
- Carton mark
Each brand component should be approved with the correct product, size and color information before commercial packing begins.
Sampling Is a Controlled Product-Approval Process
Each sample should answer a defined development question and move the product toward an approved production standard.
Input Review
Confirm current product, measurements, material, color, branding and unresolved questions.
Technical Setup
Prepare the required pattern, Seamless program, material references and construction information.
Sample Build
Produce the appropriate development sample through the selected manufacturing route.
Internal Review
Check relevant measurements, construction and workmanship before customer evaluation.
Buyer Review
The buyer consolidates fit, material, color, measurement and branding feedback.
Revision and Approval
Agreed changes are incorporated until the applicable fit, Size Set, PP or other approval stage is reached.

Standard sample development typically takes about 5–10 working days after required development details are confirmed. Complex products, custom materials and additional revision rounds may extend the total calendar.
Transfer Approved Sportswear Into Controlled Bulk Production
The approved sample is only one part of the production standard. Current technical, material, branding and packaging references also need to reach the bulk team.

Approved Product
The applicable Approved or PP Sample provides a physical workmanship and appearance reference.
Released Technical Version
Production should use the current measurements, construction and product information rather than superseded development files.
Approved Material and Color
Bulk fabric or yarn should remain linked to the approved material reference unless a change receives review.
First Article
A representative garment using actual bulk inputs verifies transfer into production conditions.
Branding and Packaging
Logo, labels, SKU information and packaging become part of the commercial production reference.
Bulk QC
In-line, finished-product and final checks compare actual production with the applicable approved requirements.
MOVEVOX does not describe bulk production as mathematically identical to one sample. The target is controlled manufacture against approved specifications, material references, agreed tolerances and quality criteria.
MOQ Depends on the Actual Level of Sportswear Customization
MOVEVOX uses garment base MOQ as the starting point. Materials, colors, sizes, branding and packaging can create higher effective project minimums.
| Requirement | Current MOVEVOX Reference | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Seamless Base MOQ | ~100 pcs/style | Subject to yarn, program, size split and customization |
| Cut-and-Sew Base MOQ | ~150 pcs/style | Material, construction and trims require review |
| Standard Color Allocation | 50 pcs/color | Normal available-color conditions |
| Seamless Size Split | Normally ≥20 pcs/size | Style-specific |
| Cut-and-Sew Size Split | Normally ≥10 pcs/size | Product-specific |
| Custom Dyeing | Often ~400–600 garment-equivalent pcs/dye lot | Depends on material and structure |
| Custom Logo | Project-specific | Method and supplier setup may change MOQ |
| Labels / Packaging | Project-specific | Upstream supplier minimum may exceed garment MOQ |

Frequently Asked Questions About Custom Sports Apparel Manufacturing
What types of sports apparel does MOVEVOX manufacture?
MOVEVOX's strongest categories are sports-activewear products such as leggings, sports bras, yoga/fitness shorts, biker shorts, tanks, T-shirts, long sleeves and coordinated activewear sets. Dedicated team jerseys and complete sport-uniform systems are not positioned as core MOVEVOX specialties.
Can MOVEVOX manufacture fully custom sports-activewear?
Yes. Depending on the product, customization can include fabric or yarn, color, fit, measurements, construction, logo, labels and packaging. Actual feasibility and MOQ depend on the specific product and customization depth.
Can you work from our Tech Pack?
Yes. MOVEVOX can review drawings, measurements, materials, construction, colors, branding and packaging requirements before sampling.
Can you develop from a reference sample or concept?
Yes, provided the reference can legally be used. A legal physical reference, sketch, images or defined concept can be reviewed when a complete Tech Pack is not available.
What is your sportswear MOQ?
Current base MOQ references are approximately 100 pcs/style for Seamless and 150 pcs/style for Cut-and-Sew. Effective MOQ may increase because of custom materials, dyeing, logos, labels or packaging.
How long does sampling take?
Standard sample development typically takes about 5–10 working days after required development details are confirmed.
Can you manufacture both Seamless and Cut-and-Sew?
Yes. MOVEVOX's Yiwu core facility operates 28 Italian Santoni Seamless machines and approximately 24 main sewing and garment-production machines.
How do you control bulk quality?
MOVEVOX currently has five QC staff and uses staged controls that can include materials, pre-production review, First Article, in-line, finished-product, branding, packaging and final release.
What production capacity can MOVEVOX support?
Current stable managed finished-garment capacity is approximately 150,000–200,000 pieces per month across the controlled production system. Project-specific capacity must still be checked.
Can our company audit the factory?
MOVEVOX can discuss buyer-defined factory review and qualification requirements for the Yiwu core facility. No unsupported generic audit-pass claim is made.
Can MOVEVOX sign an NDA?
MOVEVOX can review buyer-provided NDA requirements for confidential product and commercial information.
Start Your Custom Sportswear Supplier Review
Send the product and sourcing information you already have so MOVEVOX can determine whether the project fits its sports-activewear development and manufacturing capabilities.
A complete Tech Pack is useful but not mandatory for the first review. You can also begin with a legal reference product, technical sketch, product images or sufficiently defined concept.
For a more useful assessment, include your company and target market, product category, approximate quantity, colors and size structure, development stage, Tech Pack or reference, fabric or yarn direction, fit requirements, logo and private-label requirements, packaging, target timing, and factory-audit or QA requirements where applicable.
Established brands may also identify NDA requirements, approved-site restrictions, third-party inspection requirements or customer-specific testing needs.
MOVEVOX will review the available information and identify the appropriate next step, which may include technical clarification, manufacturability review, material discussion, MOQ confirmation, sample planning, capacity review, NDA discussion or supplier-qualification meeting.
