INDIVIDUAL GARMENT INSPECTION

Every Finished Garment Is Checked Before Packing

Each garment is inspected one by one to ensure it meets the confirmed quality requirements. Workmanship, appearance, size consistency, and logo or label details are verified before it can move to packing.

1. WORKMANSHIP

Seams, stitching and construction are checked.

2. APPEARANCE

Stains, holes and visible defects are identified.

3. SIZE & SHAPE

Key measurements and garment shape are verified.

4. LOGO & LABELS

Position, orientation and label details are checked.

DEFECT HANDLING

Affected Garments Are Held, Corrected and Rechecked Before They Move Forward

When an issue is found during inspection, affected garments are separated immediately. Each piece is handled according to the issue type—then rechecked to confirm it meets quality standards before it can continue.

01

Issue Found

A problem is identified during inspection.

02

Hold & Isolate

03

Assess Issue

Determine the issue type and decide the correct action.

Repair

Fix the issue and restore the garment.

Remake

Remake the garment as needed.

Replace / Replenish

Replace the piece or replenish stock.

04

Re-inspect the corrected garment to confirm quality standards.

05

Still Fail → Hold Again

The garment still does not meet standards and is held again for rework.

Defective garments do not move forward just because production is finished.

They are held, corrected and checked again before release.

PACKING & ORDER ACCURACY

Correct Garments Still Need the Correct Packing

After garments pass final inspection, MOVEVOX verifies SKU details, quantities, labels, hang tags and packing requirements before the order is packed and released.

WHAT IS BEHIND THE PRICE

The Price Covers More Than the Garment

A reliable order also requires people, controls, inspection, correction and verification throughout production.

Lowest Unit Price
≠ Lowest Overall Order Risk

A lower quote may exclude some of the control, inspection, correction or coordination required to execute the order properly.

THE QUOTED PRICE INCLUDES

01

ORDER MANAGEMENT

Requirements stay aligned throughout the order.

02

PRODUCTION CONTROL

Key quality points are checked while production is running.

03

INDIVIDUAL GARMENT INSPECTION

Finished garments are checked before packing.

04

DEFECT HANDLING

Issues are isolated, corrected and rechecked.

05

PACKING & ORDER ACCURACY

SKU, quantity, labels and packing details are verified.

06

SHIPMENT READINESS

Finished goods and shipping cartons are confirmed before release.

The goal is not to make an order more expensive.

It is to reduce the cost of getting the order wrong.
